Heritage at Draper

I have lived in the Heritage Apts for the last 8 years, and have been very happy here. I am most impressed by the Maintenance and upkeep of the apartments. When I have something at my apartment that needs fixing or repaired, the maintenance engineer, Ahmir shows up to assist immediately. Even when the situation is not an emergency. When there was an emergency gas leak in another apartment close to mine, He brought me a space heater to make sure I was warm while repairmen fixed the leak. (unexpected kindness) I find Ahmir talented and knowledgeable regarding electronics, plumbing, landscaping, heating, and general repairs. Today my furnace was not working, I stopped into the office to put in a service request, Ahmir was there and insisted he would fix it right away. He and his assistant had the heat flowing in 10 minutes. Thank you so much for your responsive help!! Office Ladies are also helpful, they listen to me and help when necessary.

Excellent service any time

I needed the bolt lock replaced on my front door yesterday. I went down to the Leasing Office and reported it to Cynthia. Within minutes, Admir was at my door and not only replaced the bolt lock, he also replaced the door handle, as well. The replacement job was done well and quickly. I very much appreciate the quick and competent action taken by the Manager and Maintenance to get my front door fixed.

The maintenance was doing great Job he fixed all and stop he's evening day off and address the plumber situation. Vladimir and The manager Cynthia is awesome she always is helping me with any situation that I have with online payment

Great place to live. I had a maintenance issue and Admir fixed it and upgraded my sink faucet and even a few other things since we’ve lived here for a few years. He has a great personality and he fixes things quickly.

A few years ago, we decided to call The Heritage Apartments our home, and we truly love living here. Cynthia is wonderful at management, and Amir is quick to take care of the maintenance. We definitely feel blessed to live here ❤️.

I've been living here 2 months and love it! Cynthia was great getting me all settled in - super professional and really nice 👍🏽 Also had a small plumbing problem with shower and maintenance (Admir 💥) was here instantly 💪🏽 and was quick and super cool and funny 😀

We've lived here since 2009 and have gone through a handful of maintenance people but the team we have now does 100% a good job

The maintenance team are great especially Mr. Admir. He does his work well and on time.

I've lived at, the Heritage for years. All upgrades & repairs are done quickly and with skill. The team is proactive and promptly does repairs and upgrades when requested. Admire always does quality work, and on time!!

Updating review, still 5 stars, pool area very nice and clean Admir and William both very helpful nice place to live. Cynthia is awesome too! Like the options of playing basketball and having a workout area, which alot of other apartments don't offer.

THESE PEOPLE ARE HEROS. When our kitten was stuck in the cabinet the maintenance crew was here in MINUTES! They saved her from god knows what could have happened! Despite it NOT being their job. I TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY LIFE!

I had called 911 to help with my poor little kitten stuck by the neck under the dishwasher, when they referred me to Draper animal control, they said and I quote “that’s not my job” after calling and getting ahold of the maintenance team, they were here in seconds flat, they helped me take apart and lift the dishwasher quick to release my kitten from the dangerous depths of the dishwashing monster, these gentleman are my outstanding hero’s. 👍

Fabulous...Our Maintance Team is Class A-1...Walking around the complex you can see the work of our Maintance Team and when you put in a work order, they are right there.

I'm a new resident to the property, I have been here for a little over a month now. The apartment was in perfect condition when we moved in, the leasing office staff has been nothing but great from the application process to now. I'm in love with the grounds maintance really does a great job always clean no trash or little pieces of paper. I have had the please to speak maintance and they have been so great they answer my questions and always have a smile. So far this has been a great move to a fantastic property. One more thing that makes me so happy the pool is always open and clean. That is a huge benefit.

Admir (maintenance) is one of a kind. He is fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. He is very particular with his property and it shows.

My experiences with Heritage for many years has been great. Cynthia in the office has been very nice, agreeable and positive. Admir is great. He always takes care of any issues or problems quickly and efficiently. He does yard and parking lot maintenance well and timely. Great people and great community.

Have lived here on and off for several years. The maintenance has been amazing and consistent. They have truly been helpful. They are always on top of work orders. Aside from that, there has been several instances of Small kind gestures that are just nice.

Great maintenance, responds quickly and fixes what I need in a timely manner. I had a bad tv mounting experience a few weeks ago where my tv actually fell out of my wall, leaving two massive holes. Maintenance fixed it for free and did an amazing job, can’t even tell the holes were there!

Admir (apartment maintenance) is awesome, he responds quickly to maintenance requests and often follows up to make certain there aren't any other issues. His repair work is excellent. Also, the office staff Barbara and Cindy are responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Admir who is the Maintenance Manager at the Heritage apartments at Draper is a true professional. Admir always has a solution for the problem that is at hand and is always prompt. I have lived at Heritage apartments for over 6 years and it is a great feeling to know that your maintenance crew knows what they are doing. Thank you Admir!!

I have been at Heritage for over 11years. I have seen it change ownership and staff as you can imagine but the maintenance guy, Admir, is one of the best we've had. Always courteous and efficient to get whatever fixed that requires it.

I just moved in and I put in a request to have my doors checked and Admir was there, the next morning, ready to go! He fixed ALL THREE of my doors, along with help from the other maintenance employee (didn’t get his name, unfortunately). They were both great! Worked seamlessly, quietly, and did a fantastic job! Thanks guys!

Less than 3 hours after reporting we had no hot water Admir fixed the problem. He was not only professional, efficient but friendly. Thanks Admir!

I love these apartments. It’s my first time moving into my own apartment and I thought it was going to be a hassle. The staff is so friendly and the move in process was quick and easy. The apartment itself is cute and homey. They were even able to update all the appliances which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend these apartments to everybody.

I am super impressed with Admir who is our newest Maintenance Manager. He was on the property today (Saturday) & noticed the water heater was leaking from my 2nd floor apartment. He acted quickly to get the water shut off & within 2 hours he had the water back on with a brand new water heater, keeping me informed thru the entire process. How often does the person responsible for fixing the problem discover the problem? That has to be a super power. I have lived here almost 18 years so I thought I had seen it all - good & bad - but this is very impressive. Thank you Admir for working so hard & so efficiently to take care of what could have been a very stressful situation. I appreciate all that you & Manny do! 11/21/20 The Saturday magicians did it again. I woke up this morning to a very cold apartment & discovered the heating system was blowing cool air. I called the emergency maintenance phone number around 8:30-9 am and spoke to Manny who told me that either he or Admir would come check it out as soon as they could. Admir called back shortly after and by 11 am there was hot air coming out of all of the vents and Admir brought by a portable space heater just in case. It's 6:30 pm now and Admir just called to see if the heat was working - I had been so comfortably toasty all day I hadn't thought about it. It's working perfectly. I appreciate Admir and Manny so much - they are always friendly and respectful and cheerful and I see them both outside picking up trash which is appreciated. Thank you Admir and Manny for taking such great care of everything!

Admir is one of the maintenance workers at the apartment complex who with the help of Manny did an excellent job of replacing both the kitchen and bathroom faucets quickly, as well as cleaned up behind themselves which is rare with other places I have stayed. Thank you guys we appreciate your efforts.

Admir is amazing at getting things done quick. He fixed everything in one day.

This review is solely for the new maintenance team. AC went out July 30th 2020, and management setup an appt for AC repair with a contracted company, Friday August 7, 2020. In triple digit heat. For an apartment that is upper floor, facing west that captures the heat blast all afternoon. It was reaching 110 degrees in my apartment! Manny!! What a savior. He was able to get the AC repair man out on August 1, 2020. Manny is to be commended. We had to stay a night in a hotel. We will find out if management is willing to reimburse. We waited since October 2019 to have maintenance fix our oven. Just Monday August 3, 2020, Admir walked in as the new Maintenance Manager, replaced the air filter and fixed the dangling thermostat. Tuesday August 4, 2020 at 9AM, Admir showed up with a brand new oven! Installed very quickly. Admir is a positive, very professional, and very experienced individual. We are very glad to have him!

I have lived here for going on three years recently the building has changed management to Greystar. Victor is now in charge and Chips is the head maintenance man. I moved apartments because I need more space. When I arrived in the new apartment things weren’t working and I called Victor and told him. He has been so attentive to helping get everything fixed and working. I got a new heater, new fridge, and a new dishwasher all brand new within a few days of living here. Chips installed and fixed everything in a timely manner. Ever time I call the office I always get a answer. I love the community and feel very safe here. I am loving the new owners as well. I highly recommend living here.

Heritage Apartments is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I will cherish the memories I have made here. The property manager cares about his tenants and knows them by name. He responds quickly to requests and concerns. He is the best manager I have ever had. The maintenance team is also amazing. If I happen to see them while walking through the complex, they always wave hello. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are always willing to answer questions. My apartment was very well-maintained. When I moved in, the apartment had just gotten all new flooring and new paint. The complex’s landscaping is simple, beautiful, well-kept, and always well-lit. The location is great for easy access to stores, restaurants, malls, and I-15. I have loved my stay here at Heritage. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to this area. Based on my experience and the research I did when I was apartment shopping, Heritage Apartments is by far the best experience, best location, and best price of the apartments available in this area.

My 5 year old daughter and I have lived here for 2 years and we have loved making memories here. It is clean inside and a comfier floor plan that feels more like a home. George the property manager is always fast, efficient, and handles any issues or concerns promptly and professionally and is the best landlord I could ask for. Our maintenance men our equally awesome. If there is ever an issue, big or small they are there immediately and if after hours will also be there. Its a great community to live, and our pool was one of our favorite places to spend time. Our property grounds are well kept and moved and leaves blown and scheduled with routine. It is maintained and always improving. I have nothing but good things to say, and will miss living here and the great friends and neighbors we have come to know. Thank you George, Pedio, and Lynn! We moved in here last fall-best apartments, ever! Super quick maintenence, George is the greatest guy ever, they are so friendly, quiet, incredible view, perfect location, 5 stars!!

I had a great experience living there. I was there for 6 months and the staff was very helpful and understanding! Especially George, he was the best Landlord I've ever had. The maintenance was always there on time, friendly and took care of things right away. I would recommend to anyone who wants to live there that it is highly recommended. Nice location which is right off of the freeway and it sits right in between Draper and Sandy so you have lots of options for restaurants, shopping and schools.
