Really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The maintenance team is always fast, professional, and friendly whenever something needs to be fixed. Appreciate all their hard work. Management and maintenance have both been helpful and responsive. Repairs are done quickly and the staff is respectful and kind. Great Place to live!

Really good townhome, perfect neighborhood. No problem at all. The office crew was always available and very fast on helping us with anything we need especially Bryan.

Pricy but matinace and Brian in the office are helpful and polite.

I had a great experience living at Olympus at The District Townhomes over the last year. The staff were always knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. From move-in to move-out, everyone I interacted with was friendly and made the process easy. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication was always prompt and clear. The location was also fantastic and very convenient. Overall, it was a great transition home for me, and I really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the team was throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live. 😊

Olympus at the district is awesome, lived a combined 4 years, beautiful grounds, awesome staff, and love how close it is to the district.

Brian was super helpful the whole process from starting our lease to the end. They always provide their tenants with cute little gifts. I picked up a spring cleaning kit and they’re always there for their tenants and I’m super excited to live here.🎉🙌

I LOVE my townhome! The staff were wonderful. They got me into my home so fast, so easy, and they were INSTANTLY responsive to every question I had and need my new home had. The staff are a dream, the area is beautiful and quiet, and the tenants seem friendly. What a great place to live!

Cindy and her team of Bryan, Nate, and Jake have been incredibly diligent and considerate with me and taking care of any issues and quick to respond.

Cindy and Bryan are the best, they always help me with all my requirements, I really love living here, it is a very quiet area and we have all kinds of restaurants nearby!

Cindy the property manager will do all she can to take care of things so you feel valued and heard. Things were not as hoped when first moved in and Cindy helped put our minds at easy and helped us to feel like we are happy with this being our home. Update. They added things to my bill I never signed up (like credit building... very clearly saying no we didnt want that and making sure we opted out... 2 months later it is on the bill)so be very careful. Update 2 they also do not have anything about roommate removals on the main paperwork to sign that make it a separate one so they can charge you more money. Becareful moving here

I have lived here for a year and just signed my lease for another year. The thing that has been amazing is that ther is absolutely no noise between units! If never know when my neighbors are coming and going, and I am in the middle of two other homes. The privacy is nice and not being woken up by random noise is excellent!! The staff here is respectful of your privacy, Maintenance is great, the amenities are very nice. It is like a little village in the middle of South Jordan! I do enjoy it here very much. I have never lived anywhere that had their own team to take care of you and your needs. Neighbors are nice and welcoming, i have nothing to complain about. I know there are some people that will complain but they usually have an underlying issues that do not reflect on the units or team that manages the community. This is a great place to live, the units are spacious, clean, and definitely feel like home. There are some long term tenants here because they don't want to leave. Storage is a nice option and there are plenty of ways to keep your storage safe. If you have not considered this property yet, you should!! The units are built well, not quixkly put together with drywall!! Units come with washer and dryer in unit, and if you ever have a problem they maintenance team will take more than extra care to make sure everything is working great. Thank you Cindy and team for such a great experience. I am looking forward to another amazing year here at Olympus at the District. ....I almost forgot to share how close we are to Bangerter and Mountain View Parkway, awesome shopping, restaurants, grocery stores! It is in the perfect location to settle into and call home. It is in a great community nestled in the River Heights Drive area. It is safe and boasts great views, beautiful units, and is pet friendly!! I wish I could give 10 stars. if made it this far you probably understand why!!! We are a vendor of theirs and they are probably the easiest customer we’ve ever had to work with! We love how easy they have made everything for us and their prompt professionalism has made us love this property!

We have lived at Olympus at the District since 2020. We have had a positive experience, we never hear our neighbors, they have activities for residents and do give aways. Nate and the maintenance team has been efficient and thorough when we have needed maintenance repairs. The leasing agents have always been friendly and welcoming. My kids love the pool and I really enjoy having solar panels and feeling safe my daughter also loves all the shops within walking distance. I would recommend living here.

I’ve had the chance to work closely with Olympus at The District as a vendor, and honestly… I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever seen. Because of my work, I visit a lot of properties all over Utah, so I get to see “behind the scenes” everywhere, I can reassure this place looks even better in person. The property is always incredibly well maintained, clean, organized, and you can tell there’s real pride in how it’s cared for. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and the whole place just feels calm and welcoming. It genuinely feels like somewhere you’d be happy to come home to every day. The team is kind, respectful, and truly cares. Cindy especially is amazing, always warm, helpful, and positive. She greets everyone with a smile and goes out of her way to help. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference. And the Daybreak area? You really can’t beat it. Safe, vibrant, walkable, and beautiful. It’s such a great place to live. After seeing so many communities over the years, I can honestly say this is one of the very best. If you’re thinking about moving here, you’ll be in great hands. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone.

Moving into Olympus at The District has genuinely been one of the best decisions my fiancé and I have made. From the very first moment, the experience was above and beyond — and that’s thanks to Brian. We didn’t even have an appointment, yet Brian took time out of his day to personally tour us around. He walked us through what is now our home, and we instantly fell in love. His warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The community itself is beautiful, well-kept, and full of life. There is so much to do here — endless food, shopping, entertainment, and places to explore, all just steps away. We truly feel like we are in the heart of something special. On a personal note, living here has even given me the opportunity to open my first brick-and-mortar coffee shop, The Majic Bean, right within the district. That alone makes this place feel even more meaningful and aligned with our future. We couldn’t be happier with our home, our community, and the experience we had — and still have — here. The Olympus at the district is the Best community that I have ever lived in, the office manager is So helpful and polite, the leasing agent is kind and helpful, the maintenance crew is fast coming to my home, and always does a great job, And everything is around us here at the district. This is the best home we have ever had!! The Staff is always there to help in any way. Access to every store and restaurant's you can imagine, within 5-15mins. Very quiet and you don't hear the neighbors.

We love it here at Olympus @ the District. We love living here. Management is nice and friendly and understanding. Cindy is the best. Maintance is top notch always on the go and when I put in a request maybe 2 hours go by and they are here fixing it. If I put the request in late in the day they are here the next day. Both Nate and Jake are also super friendly those are the maintance guys. I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time. The club house, gym, pool, and hot tub are very nice, there's even a section for little kids with a splash pad and 2 play grounds. People actually pick up after their dogs. It's animal friendly. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is GREAT! Like I said we just love here, I could go on and on. Can't wait to renew our lease come next year! 🙌 Thank you Olympus @ the District for giving us a wonderful place to live! ❤️

Management asked for a review so wanted to do something honest and comprehensive from my experience. I lived here since June 2023, this is my 6 month review and I'll update when I move out. Move in: Move in was pretty easy, nothing special but nothing complicated either. Neighbors: I only share one wall and the specific neighbors I have are on the quieter side. Still some noise, the garage doors are really loud here, but nothing that you wouldn't expect living with a shared wall. Other neighbors seem nice, no one is disruptive or rude. Location: Traffic noise is a consideration here. The convenient location right next to the district and 114th south is really awesome, and the normal traffic noise is barely noticeable in my apartment, except for the motorcycles and cars with excessively loud exhaust. Nothing management can do, just a part of being next to a busy road. Apartment: The apartment is great, everything works, no pests, and maintenance responds promptly and works efficiently. Space for storage is tight in the garage since there's two garbage cans. Two car garage would probably be better, mine is a one car garage so I have to be creative about how to fit my things in. The only internet available here is 100mbps, honestly it's been extremely reliable but that was fast internet 10 years ago, now a days it's barely enough for anything beyond web browsing especially if there's more than one person trying to use it. They need a Google Fiber connection DESPERATELY. Management: Good management overall. I appreciate their willingness to enforce rules. They're usually pretty willing to help, and call about once a month to check in that everything is going well. I'd recommend living here, I gave 5 stars even though it should really be 4 stars because of one single thing. They charge a convenience fee of $55 to pay rent online. That's absolutely ridiculous, 0 reason it needs to be that high. I could maybe see paying $5 but $55 for the privilege of paying an already decently high rent is not acceptable in my eyes. EDIT: 02/19/24 Management called me to let me know the convenience fee associated with paying online only applies to credit cards, but if you pay with a bank account it's free. Definitely makes a lot more sense and two big thumbs up for them calling to let me know and for it being free. They also informed me they are working on upgrading the internet speeds. Solid 5 stars from me, I can absolutely recommend living here.

Cindy was very nice, helpful and very informative. She tried her best to get to us downstairs as fast as she could. She came to help us even though she was busy upstairs in her office. We appreciate her for that. Great service!

I have never had a better experience getting into a new home. The team was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. Plus the maintenance was very quick and helpful when moving into the new home! Everything was such a delight, THANK YOU Olympus at the District!

Moving can be a seriously stressful situation even during the best of circumstances, but as a disabled mom and wife it can be ten times harder and sometimes people even with the best intentions can make things harder. But Cindi and Ani at Olympus at the District made this process so beyond easy (which is saying something because I called on the 27th of February and we picked up keys on the 1st). Ani was beyond kind, and patient. She answered every question I had and didn’t judge me for all the stupid ones (there were a lot). She walked us through every step of the rental process and ensured we understood what was expected and what we could expect. Cindi was also brilliant and helped us navigate the initial application and leasing phases, and made sure everything was correct and we felt comfortable with the process. I’m definitely super impressed with the whole team so far at Olympus and we’re super excited to start calling it home!

Update: we had a few issues here at Olympus at The District. However these issues were taken care of very quickly. Renting here for the most part has been good.

We moved in 2 months ago. We sold our house and are waiting for our new one to be built. I was apprehensive about moving into a rental, but the experience has been wonderful! Everyone from the office to the maintenance crew are marvelous! It feels like they are doing everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks everyone!

Incredible place to live that is in a great location. Cindy and Viola have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. I moved here in 2018 for dental school, moved out for a year and back in 2020. I enjoyed my time here and will miss it.

My favorite thing about the staff here is the maintenance team. Jake especially is always willing to help out and go above and beyond for us. Request him in your maintenance requests!

My family and I have loved living here, it is such a great location for the schools, shopping and dinning. We love all the amenities this place has to offer specifically the pool. What has been the best part of living here is they take such great care of us anytime something goes wrong… the maintenance team is so fast at responding to anything that needs fixing. My girl Cindy in the office is basically part of our family… she watches out for everyone living here and goes out of her way daily to make it a nice place to live for all of the residents… this place has been a great home for our family.
