Bluffs Apartments

There are two people here at the Bluffs who always go over and beyond. In the office there is Jazmine, she is professional and respectful and knows what's actually going on when informed. In maintenance, there's Roy, he is at work rain or shine no matter what he is there. He is dependable and a very hard worker. The responsibility of completing checklists and making people happy in these apartments is a heavy task to do but they do it. Whenever I've had an issue I have taken time to communicate with both of them and fill order requests and it gets done. I understand owners have changed and people have left and that's ok as long as these two people stay I will be happy. Give them a raise working here is stressful!! It's so easy to complain but give credit when it's due. I personally have enjoyed living here. Its quiet and peaceful. Nobody is smoking weed outside buildings. There's lots of kids playing in the courts. Honestly there's normal wear and tear anywhere you live. But trash isn't always overflowing and if it is it is handled quickly. The people who live here are a community but also keep to themselves. If there's dog poop just tell the office. they handle it. The lawn is taken care of and the staff work really hard to maintain the outer appearance and yard. The main thing is communication, if you do not talk to the office they will not know. Nothing is going to be absolutely brand new, I mean they're apartments. The location is great especially with the brand new Smiths and it being off of Bangerter. I truly enjoy living here and the bus stop for the kids school is also convenient

I am so happy and lucky to be living here! The staff is friendly and they are super helpful! Hands down maintenance guy Steve is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Rent is high everywhere now but this is a very nice place for being low income

The management has changed a few times and I really like the new manager. She’s very friendly and always helps me right away. I put in a work order and it was done the same day. Since she started things have been looking better, And issues are actually being addressed. The grounds are cleaner and we just got new basketball hoops put in.

Great place to live and the lady in the office Hillary is the best very helpful!

This place is wonderful. So many amenities for the money. Hillary was so nice and explained everything in detail. She was a definite plus. We were looking a little early but they are top of the list when the time comes.

Since we got new owners and new management I have seen such wonderful changes. I have lived here over 9 years and never been happier living here. I call this home and plan on it being my home for many more years.

I have only been here a few months and I love it . They have come and fixed when ever I have a problem . Management and maintenance are great

I have only been a resident for almost a week. The move-in process was pretty easy and was probably the least stressful thing during my move. The place is older but is in good working order. I wish they had washer and dryers like some places but that's not necessarily their fault. The staff was nice and were really helpful with the pre and post-move-in.

I loved living at the bluffs. Management is great.

As far as management and staff 5 stars. But in the actual apartment i can hear my neighbors constantly i mean constant.

Management here is amazing and very on top of things! Kristin and Tanner are the best. They're always great to keep us up to date on any changes in the complex, and when we need maintenance they let us know a rough estimate of when they'll arrive which is beyond wonderful.

I have lived here four years and am now moving. It is so sad to leave cuz Tanner and Kristen have been amazing! Every little issue we have had has been addressed so fast and we love living in this kid and family friendly place! It’s hard to beat the atmosphere and management. Can’t recommend enough!

Kristin and Tanner are so easy to work with and very pleasant! They are always available to help and really listen to any concerns. Maintenance will work effectively and efficiently to resolve any issues. Great amenities. Clean place to live!

The Bluffs have great management and they have great activities it is a great place to live all together

My wife and I are looking for an apartment to live in. Kristan Jones, the assistant property manager is really nice and has great customer service skills.

Tanner, Kristin and the maintenance team are wonderful to work with. If you have an issue, it's solved within 24 hours, even small non urgent matters. The property is clean and the apartments are well taken care of. All around just a great place to live.

Spacious apartments and a family friendly environment. Management is honest and accommodating. Any issue we've had has been resolved in swift timing!

I have lived here for almost 6 months and I absolutely love it here. Management is great! Tanner and Kristen are awesome. This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. Neighbors stay to themselves but are friendly when I see them. I would definitely recommend this place!
