It has been a very pleasant experience living in this apartment complex. Although the management has changed several times, most of the employees have remained, especially in the maintenance department. The girl in the office is very kind, and I have felt very good about the treatment I’ve received. Richard, the maintenance gentleman, is always willing to help, has a good sense of humor, and I’ve always seen him working in the apartments. The maintenance supervisor is new compared to Richard , his name is Abraham and I really like him because he is very friendly, always smiling, and has an excellent presence. Even though you see him working all day, he is always clean and well groomed. In addition, it usually takes no more than two days for them to respond to and resolve any request. They have been six wonderful years. Thank you very much

I have lived here for almost 4 years, and I am giving 5 stars only because of the maintenance manager ABRAHAN. He has always been very attentive, responsible, and quick to respond to all my apartment issues. He is also the only person who speaks Spanish, truly cares about the residents, and works hard to keep the property clean, nice, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the administration is very disappointing. There is no warmth or good communication, and the office is often closed or unavailable. Still, the maintenance manager’s dedication makes a big difference and is the main reason I continue living here.

I’ve lived here for two years and have always had a great experience, especially with the office staff, who are consistently helpful and professional. A few days ago, my bathroom drain got clogged, and the maintenance team responded immediately. The issue was fixed quickly, and everything was left clean and in perfect condition. Huge thanks to Abraham and Richard for their quick response and kind, reliable service — truly appreciated!

This will be my fifth year living at this property .. everything has been very pleasant for me , the new office staff are very friendly , One of the girls is always helping me with my package deliveries… the maintanance team are amazing .. they are very kind and helpful, they always double-check with us to make sure the problem was solved . I’m very impressed with the emergency call. When an emergency happens, they dont hesitate to show up , no matter what or what time you call them . Nicole, the leasing agent, is outstanding. she is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents and prospective tenants feel welcome and supported. The maintenance team, Abraham and Richard, are dependable and efficient, and they handle requests promptly. They are respectful, thorough, and do a great job making sure any issues are taken care of quickly and correctly, which really adds to the comfort and peace of mind of living here. The community is also consistently maintained thanks to Dominic, the groundskeeper. The landscaping and common areas are always clean and well cared for. All in all, Sunset Ridge Apartments stands out because of its hardworking, reliable, and friendly staff. Their combined efforts make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

The maintenance team deserves a lot of credit as well; they are responsive, efficient, and respectful, and they do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. The property is always clean and well maintained thanks to his hard work, and it really makes a difference in how nice it is to live here. Me and my wife lived at Sunset since 2021 the first few years it was rough… it seemed the management at the time was difficult to work with and only one of the maintenance guys seemed to care (Richard)… after time they switched management and the maintenance got a new manager… huge improvement.. when we needed something either Richard or Abraham came same day and were very friendly and helpful. I also liked how clean they kept the property. Also, huge plus when they upgraded the lighting around the property. Also during the winter the guys were out there making sure the walk ways were cleared. The management team was very pleasant during our move out and were really helpful. We are going to miss it there and heavily considered staying but our family was growing and a 2 bedroom just wasn’t enough. The down side about Sunset is the garbages fill up fast and are constantly overflowing, also the buildings are a little older and some of the balconies are slanted / needing repair in the stairwells as well.

I loved living at Sunset Ridge Apartments and I referred my granddaughter and daughter to live there too. I’m so glad that they have a safe and very clean place to live. The management team is awesome and Richard Noseworthy and Abraham take excellent care of the property and they help the residents with attending as quickly as possible to any problems with their apartments. Richard is especially a great asset to Sunset Ridge Apartments, He has a great attitude and is also very kind.

I have been living here for 2 months, and from day one the service has been extremely good. Communication was incredible, and even though Nicole does not speak Spanish, she helped us throughout the entire process. As soon as we moved in, we filled out the damage and improvement form for the apartment, and the very next day the Service Manager, Abraham, was already fixing everything that was needed. In other places where I have lived, this has never happened so quickly. My experience living here has been very, very good.

Richard and Abraham on the maintenance team as well as Nicole in the Office always take really, really good care of me as a tenant. Thank you very much.

Been here for over a year now and we love how fast management is with any issues we might have. Hillary is always so kind and helps us with no worries. Of course there can be some people that love her that don’t respect the property but I see the staff constantly cleaning the property and making sure it’s a nice place to live . We love that we have a covered parking space and washer and dryer in our unit.

Sunset Ridge new management has been a breathe of fresh air. You can tell they actually care about the community and staying on top of things. Communication has been much better, maintenance requests are handled quicker, and the property overall feels more organized and well-run. It’s nice to see positive changes happening and to feel like concerns are being heard. Definitely a step in the right direction. Hillary was amazing I must add! She made things go so smoothly and was on top of everything. Made moving feel less crazy! Love being here.

Sunset Ridge Apartments has truly been an amazing place to call home. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the pride and care that goes into this community. The property manager Hillary is very friendly, they had warm cookies as you enter. This doesn’t seem like a low income apts. it is well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and work hard to keep the community running smoothly. The apartments themselves are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to feel right at home. The maintenance comes and fixes issues the same day I had an issue with my dishwasher and they were here within the hour, and they are very nice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels safe, cared for, and well managed. They put together monthly events that are also very fun and a great way to get to know the community. Also, my kids really love the school that they go to. The school district is really good. They love their teachers

This place is a GREAT FIND ! This is an affordable housing and it doesn’t even seem like it did at all. It seems like you’re at a five star resort. The pool is nice for the kids, they have a gym, basketball court and barbecue area. My kids love it and the landscaping looks immaculate. I really enjoyed visiting with the property manager. She was very friendly and the move-in process went smoothly. I put in a maintenance request and it was done the same day. I’m very glad I found this place.

These have been one of the nicest apartments I have lived at, They don’t seem like low income but they are ! I’m glad I chose to move my family here! I have lived here for 10 years now and haven’t had and real issues. It’s close to Mountain View hwy, which almost never has traffic. It’s in a great location I would definitely recommend it!

I’m a new tenant and the move-in process was super easy and well explained. the grounds are really nice and apartment was very clean apron moving in. It’s nice and it’s a really good deal, The manager was very friendly and responsive . So far I’m enjoying my new home

I recently moved to sunset ridge and it has by far been such a wonderful experience. Hillary the new manager made the process of moving in so easy and painless. She has by far the most amazing customer service I have ever received at an apartment and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The apartment is very fairly priced especially due to how hard times are right now. The apartment is updated and modern inside new floors . My son loves having a pool, hot tub & basketball court available at all times. Your neighbors are friendly and most importantly MIND THEIR BUSINESS 🤣. The office and maintenance staff are always happy to help. I truly appreciate this community!

I lived here back in 2008-2009 and loved it so much, I am re applying to live here once more with my fiance and 3 boys. The office ladies were so nice and made me feel comfortable even though I felt a mess trying to get everything together for them. I really hope we get approved and be able to stay for many years to come. ❤

I have lived here for 3 years and We have had a great experience. The place is well kept, the pool is great, very close to Schools, lots of green areas for the kids to play and friendly staff.

Very professional and fast service, Makael was so nice and fast, we were so amazed how fast she send us a link to apply at Sunset Ridge, within 3 minutes wow !! this tell us a lot how they handle their tenants in case of any emergency.

I’ve been here for a month and I absolutely love it! Mykyla is the best she’s super nice and super sweet she really helped me a lot with the move in process. Maintenance is super nice and keep up with everything and everyday!

Seems like a decent place. The ladies in the office could use a little sweetener in their attitude and could be more cheery but other than that the pools good and the workout center is decent

I feel that a lot of people are blowing things way out of proportion with this complex. We lived at this location from 2013-2017 and I would go back in a second if we lost our home. We never had problems with the management or maintenance crew they always fixed issues that we had in a timely manner. The staff were always available to us although some days they would be extremely busy but would always get back to us the following day with an apology. I never noticed any garbage or trash laying around except on garbage day when people would knowingly overfill the garbage can so trash would fall out when the truck would try to empty it but the maintenance crew would always clean it up as soon as they could. I would recommend this place to anyone especially young families who are making a start in life. Thanks Sunset-Ridge for giving the community a safe and nice place to call home.

I haven't lived at Sunset Ridge for 2 years but after reading some of these reviews I feel like I need to share my experience. I lived here 2 different times; the first time from 2012 to 2014 then again from 2016 to 2017. I really enjoyed both apartments here. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Anytime I had a maintenance request it was taken care of immediately and professionally. The ladies in the office were always super friendly and helpful and always willing to help with any concerns I had; they always did their best to make sure my family had a pleasant living experience, they never made me feel like I was a burden. I loved how they would do fun little activites for the kids during the holidays. My kids enjoyed it here because there were so many kids for them to play with. I would also like to add that both times I lived here they were very fair in returning my deposit, I was never charged any ridiculous fees, both times I recieved almost a full refund of my deposit! If this place wasnt income restricted I'd go back in a heartbeat, unfortunately I dont qualify for an income restricted apartment. If you're looking for a great place to live this is the place to go.

Great place to live! My wife and I moved here back in 2013 and we still love it! Only thing is maybe an upgrade on the treadmills in the gym but other then that it's a great place to live.

very nice!:) i fell inlove with them the second i saw them ...the color inside the home aswel as the carpets and space gave it the homie touches...the receptionist and neighbors i saw the first day were really friendly and brings out a good vibe .as well as the cleanitie. .for me it was a five star personaly because it had everything i was hoping for and more! just the location is a plus its calm new and has this fresh air u dont get in the city. the porch ! really my stile looks good feels rich ..i would recommend this place to anybody. .

Don't listen to the other reviews from over 2 years ago. We moved in Oct. 2012 and I still love it here. The Management Office Staff is Always helpful and treat me very well and if there is an issue the Maintenance guys are right there to fix it quick and clean. The walls are pretty thin for an Apartment Building for Families though so that is the one draw back. The Apartments themselves are HUGE 1100 Sq. Feet! in a 2 bedroom. We need a 3 bedroom now and we are staying in this complex because they take good care of us. I don't know who everyone is talking about in the other reviews but those things just don't happen. At least not anymore...
