    I had toured The Devon a couple times and on both occasions the front office was very receptive of my barrage of questions of what to expect from the property always with warmth and detailed information. Sadie and Liberty went the extra mile to make sure I found the place that felt like a right fit to call home, even so much showing as many different floor plans to better cater to my needs to the point calling me with updates and developments of units that became available otherwise weren’t on our tours, all the while not feeling pushed or pressured to make a decision. The property is in a prime location with Costco right next door and University Mall right down the block, all the while not feeling crammed in the mix of it all. The community that lives at The Devon I’ve come across so far seem very friendly and inviting. All these factors plus my dealings with the front office made applying at The Devon an easy decision.

    My wife and I recently moved in here, and the apartment has been great. The price is low for the size and the area it is in, and the provided appliances are nearly brand new and work amazingly. When we came in to do a tour, Emily did an incredible job at showing us around and showing us all of our options. She found an apartment with a concession on it and at a low price, and walked us through the leasing process and got us all checked in. So far they have done some very cool events, and seeing the community has shown us both just how nice the people and the apartments are.

    Management has been super helpful throughout the whole process of getting the lease and moving in (I worked with Cynthia and she was amazing). The facilities are excellent (great weight/exercise room w/ a climbing wall!). I love the parking garage, the amazon locker, and the bike storage. The location is unbeatable for the things I care about: close to the Scera Park, the Quarry, and the Provo River with Costco and the Mall (e.g., Trader Joe's) right at my doorstep.

    We completed our walk-through and signing with Eric, and he was great to work with. He’s been responsive every time I’ve reached out with questions—always quick to clarify and helpful without being pushy or overly salesy. The whole process felt smooth and professional thanks to him. As for the apartment complex, there are definitely some maintenance challenges. The pool and spa are frequently closed, and the garage door was out of service for about three months before finally being repaired. It’s also important to note that some issues—like pet waste around the property—come down to tenants not cleaning up after their animals. On the positive side, the basketball court is fantastic, the gym is well-equipped, and both the top-floor social area and the third-floor game room are great amenities. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, though. It would make sense for the complex to allow two parking spaces per unit, especially since most couples don’t share a vehicle these days. Offering enough parking for two tenants per apartment should be the standard.

    Only a month here so far but so far so good! The staff has been friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice as well. They've kept me cool during this heatwave. I also enjoy the plentiful amenities and close proximity to University Mall and Costco. My only nitpick is that it's a little tricky to do deliveries here.

    I absolutely love the devon at university! It's a very nice place to live, all of the neighbors here are very friendly and building apartments and staff are all very clean and I appreciate that. The building is very nice with multiple amenities such as the pool/hottub, 24 hour gym, and much more! In today's economy id say they are priced well, cuhz they apartments and building themselves are very nice! I also like living here alot cuhz there are alot of places nearby walking distance, u got costco, food spots, the mall, movie theaters, car wash, anything u might want there is one nearby! Finally I wanted to mention about the staff at the devon! Every single staff member that I have talked to including the manager here, are all very nice and very helpful! If u decide to lease from these apartments, then shoutout to their office lady Cynthia that works on site during the week! She is absolutely amazing at her job and she can help you any time of day during work hours! Is super nice and very helpful and will answer any and all question u may have up at the office of thru the office number. Would highly recommend going to cynthia for any issues regarding ur lease,payments,rules,events, or even work orders on ur apartment! Cynthia is the one to go to if u have ANY problems!! 10 out of 10 customer service! 10 out of 10 cleanliness. Would definitely lease here another year!

    I rarely post reviews, but my entire experience at Devon II has been exceptional! The facility is nice, clean and very comfortable. Residents are friendly. But, what makes this organization stand out, is the staff! Devon II has the best staff I have ever encountered. Everyone in the office and on the grounds has been consistently kind, and helpful. Erick, Assistant Manager at Devon II is absolutely the best! Every time I have reached out to Erick, he has taken the time to fully understand my need and has known exactly how to help. He is always friendly, smiling and kind. He remembers names and greets everyone by their name. Erick’s has exceptional customer service skills.     I've enjoyed living here for the past few months now. The apartments look modern, are of good quality and have modern appliances. I don't really notice my neighbors when I'm inside the apartment so noise insulation is good. When I've contacted management for a couple things they've responded promptly. It's a few minutes walk to many food joints, a movie theater or the Costco, which is a great benefit. I also enjoy playing basketball from time to time at the indoor court. I would recommend the complex.

    Absolutely loved the move in process and 6 weeks free rent. Joslin was amazing and easy to work with during every step. Like others have posted, the amenities are going to be awesome as soon as they are available. The basketball court, fitness center, and cycling room are spacious and plenty of equipment to use for working out. The rental agreement/leasing was quick and painless. I was able to move in smoothly and within a week of applying. The Devon apartments share a parking lot with Costco, Quick Quack, Cinemark, Roadhouse, Trader Joe's and much more. Easy access to Provo, University Avenue, and Provo Canyon. Great scenic view from the balcony, when looking out towards the mountains. I just moved in on June 1st at the Devon Apartments. Thumbs up all around!
