I am looking for a new place and ran into Alvera apartments on google. I called to get info which Jessica was super nice and helpful, she even offered me a tour of the place. These are some really nice apartments! The place is so clean and organized and all the staff is super welcoming. thanks Jessica and Craig for all your help, hope to be back soon!

I recently toured Alvera Apartments and honestly had such a great experience. The property is really clean and well taken care of. Jessica, the manager, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She took her time answering all my questions and made the whole tour feel comfortable and welcoming.

The Front Office and the Maintenance staff has been super helpful. We recently moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and we had a question about a dish washer that had some general wear and tear and they took care of the issue for us the same day. Their team responds to questions very quickly and the service has been excellent. I want to shout out Craig the maintenace supervisor for his service and help!

I’ve had a seamless experience moving in. Brooke has been immensely helpful, and Craig was in here day one fixing things for me. Great, close knit, caring team. Made moving in here pleasant and easy!

Brooke and Craig were such lovely people. I really enjoyed the property and they treated me so nicely would definitely recommend. Thank you again guys.!!!

Wife and I have loved Alvera. Lived here 2 years now and have enjoyed living here. It has a lot of a younger crowd, which makes it a vibe. Craig who works as the apartment maintenance tech is amazing. Very quick and helpful when it comes to any issues. Great place to live.

We love living here! So central to everything. Quiet and reliable! Management is dedicated and helpful for everything we need. Facility’s are well maintained and neighbors and friendly.

i recently moved in and i am so happy with how spacious and nice my apartment is. i was also impressed with how helpful and kind lorrie was when it came to any questions that i had for her and getting me moved in as quick as possible. when i needed a light to be replaced, maintenance was done as quickly as possible and was very efficient. i highly recommend living here!

The office personnel were very courteous and helpful. Craig, the service manager, responds quickly in effectively maintaining these apartments all with a cheerful attitude. The apartments are in top condition. Wonderful amenities! Dog friendly. location is easily accessible to I-15 and shopping. Outside clean and well maintained.

I just moved in a month ago and it has been the best experience. The move in process was easy. Kiley is the sweetest and was so responsive. Craig has answered and helped with any problems I have had.

Other than the amazing location Alvera also has the best office and maintenance team I’ve got to work with at any apartment complex Craig is so kind and quick to fix any issues or problems I run into can’t wait to resign my lease and continue living at such a great complex thanks to everyone who has made my experience top tier

I lived here for over almost 2 years and loved it. I actually miss living there and wish I never had left my home. Awesome staff from the office to maintenance! They definitely take care of all residents and make sure all amenities are kept well.Great place to live at. Walking distance to absolutely everything.

Have lived here almost a year and have loved every minute of it! Perfect location, spacious newly built apartments, great staff, and pet friendly. I don't have any complaints and recommend the Alvera to everyone!

I love the location of these apartments. So close to AF canyon, the freeway, restaurants, shops and much more! The manager is great. She is doing her best to make this place lovable for everyone and really cares about peoples concerns.

The managers here at Alavara are on top of things. The apartment itself is located in a nice neighborhood with quick access to the highway, shopping nearby in American Fork, and you're right between Salt Lake City and Provo, if you need to go to a "bigger city", but all the ups of living in a smaller, family-friendly town.

I have been living in Alvera for little over a year now. I love this place due to its proximity to Target, Cinemark, Walmart, Khols, Costco and a variety of fast food outlets and restaurants. The apartments are new, spacious and come with great amenities. The property manager Jennifer is kind and helpful all the time. She cares about the residents and does her best to resolve their issues. She also comes up with innovative ideas to make the place better. Recently she revamped the parking arrangement for all the apartments and now every resident has easy accessibility to their parking space. Craig responds to all the maintenance requests in a timely manner. McKenna at the front desk is always receptive of our queries and concerns. I would like to give five stars but Alvera’s lease breakage policy is a huge financial burden. Most of the places in Utah have lease breakage penalty as one or two month’s base rent. But in Alvera you have a legal obligation to continue paying rent till the end of your lease term no matter when you break the lease. If you have no problem with completing your lease term Alvera is the best place to be!

The price tag is higher than other places, but the location and services of the company makes it worth it. New management is on top of things very well and the quality of the property makes it a great place to live.

I lived here for a little over 2 years, and when we first moved in everything was perfect, until the apartment manager (Derrick) left and things were kinda going downhill until Jennifer started working, she's on top of everything, great apartment manager! The location is right in the middle of everything which is great.

Just picked up my keys for my new apartment here, and I am absolutely stoked to move in! Typically, getting into a new rental unit can prove to be such a grueling ordeal — but MaryLou in property management has been such a go-getter for us, and she communicated quickly and effectively throughout the entire process. She’s been absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for making this all so quick and easy, we are so excited! The property management here seems outstanding, and I’m really looking forward to living in this community of gorgeous apartments.

After reading past reviews I almost canceled my tour, and I am SO glad I didn’t! The new manager Megan is so great. I feel like the personal touch is what I needed and wasn’t getting when I looked other places. She and Mary Lou got me into the most perfect apartment because they really listened to me and really cared about what would work for me. They patiently walked me through the process of renting, which I hadn’t done in 20 years. The apartment is pretty, clean, and quiet! And you can’t beat the location because it’s right by everything you could ever want/need. I highly recommend this complex!

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! I lived at these apartments for 2 years and all I have to say is it was phenomenal. Megan Whiteley is by far the best property manager I’ve ever had. Not only were the grounds always clean, the garbage removed on time, and the amazing pool/hot tub area always clean. But they were always kind and easy to work with. If you want to live in the best area of Utah county, do yourselves a favor and stop in to check them out!

Living at Alvera has been nothing short of a fantastic experience. Staffing and maintenance deserve more than five stars! Derrick does such a great job with hospitality and event coordination. The best part about this place is the all-inclusive events and amenities.

Derrick and his team is very friendly and competent. He took care of all my questions and needs.

I had a tour of an apartment today, & it was great! The manager Andrea was very accommodating & was spontaneously described by another resident as "the best manager"! The apartment has exactly what my roommate & I need, & we're very hopeful about being approved for it! There's a pool, a gym, a kid's play area in the gym, & immediate access to the best shopping center in Utah County!
