I also had a great experience during the apartment transfer process while they were renovating the units. The staff made everything smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed throughout the process and ensuring the transition went well. I truly appreciate their dedication to improving the community and providing great service to residents. Highly recommend Canyon View Apartments

    This has been our home for 3 years. The management has always been so kind, accommodating, and understanding, even in some really challenging times for us. While we have noticed some apartment defects that can be frustrating (e.i. damaged door frames, worn down caulk,etc.) Our overall experience here has been great. The neighborhood is friendly and it is great getting to do the little events hosted by the office. We do wish there was a little better amenity maintenance!

    Was able to take a tour of one of the apartments here and from my observations as a non-resident it looks pretty good. The management staff and other staff that we came across were very kind and answered all the different questions that I had without making things too complicated or confusing and their explanations. I thought the interior of the apartment would be brighter, just going by the number of windows there were on the floorplan, but even with all the lights on; it was a little darker inside than I had expected. It's not like the walls were painted a dark shade or that the floors were dark, so I'm not entirely sure why the apartment seemed a little darker to me. But overall the apartment itself was fairly spacious, I did appreciate some of the built-in storage cabinets, and the appliances seem to be newer models, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was also extra storage on the patio as well and that it was a decent size.

    I have been living at Canyon View Apartments for the past three years, and my experience has been excellent. The management team has always been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Whenever my family or I had any questions or maintenance requests, they responded quickly and worked hard to help us find solutions. What I appreciate most is that they always treat residents with respect and understanding. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and offer different options, even when they were not obligated to do so. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and it truly feels like they care about the people who live here.     Vivir en Canyon View ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. Los apartamentos son espaciosos, bien distribuidos y cuentan con buenos acabados. Me encanta la vista a las montañas y la tranquilidad del vecindario. Es un lugar perfecto si buscas un ambiente seguro, limpio y con acceso rápido a tiendas, escuelas y rutas principales. El equipo de mantenimiento siempre responde rápido cuando se necesita algo, y la administración ha sido muy amable y profesional. También me ha gustado mucho la zona verde y los senderos para caminar; es ideal para salir a respirar aire fresco o dar un paseo.

    The office staff has been loads of help during my whole process of moving in. I've stayed with the same management company before and this apartment complex lives up to what I remember in personal service. They have worked with me and been super patient and kind.     Canyon View is a nice place to live, it’s reasonably priced for the services provided and the location is the biggest advantage for me. Maintenance and leasing are easy to get a hold of when issues arise.

    Fees & rent

    These guys are great and the service is awesome! The only complaint I have are that there are no Ethernet ports in the rooms and 1 of our bathrooms doesn't have a fan. The buildings is a little old in terms of its guts but everything else has been renovated and looks and functions great. Those are literally my only 2 complaints tho. They will do pest control inside upon request and maintenance is fast and nice!
