    The Blvd 120 town homes are wonderful. First, the property is centrally located. There are plenty of dining options close by, as well as shopping, and parks for the kids. The property is quiet and truly feels like a community. On the one occasion I had to submit a work request, Gonzalo came out and fixed my problem the same day and was very kind. The staff here are friendly and always hosting community events with sweet treats and opportunities to meet your neighbors. The parking situation is similar to other townhomes we looked at in the area. You have a two car garage and street parking is first come first serve. There is a good mix of families, college kids, and everything in between.

    The management has been nothing but amazing to work with, responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. It is a very nice place to live, safe, clean, and a really nice location right by the freeway entrance. I would definitely recommend anyone to look into living here!

    We have LOVED living here. Kristie is very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that arise and Gonzalo is always so quick to address all of our maintenance needs. This has been our favorite rental we have ever had! I highly recommend living here.

    I just want to thank the BLV120 team for making our move in process fast, and effective even though we were in a tight schedule. Kristy and Melissa’s help was paramount and very dedicated to top notch customer service. Gonzalo in the maintenance side of the house has been able to answer all of our questions and help us with everything inside the house.     Excellent place to live. The homes on Blvd 120 are beautiful, clean, and have a very luxurious feel. The location is very convenient, close to everything.     Excellent experience at Blvd 120. The apartments are truly beautiful, clean, and have a luxurious feel that's evident from day one. The location is super convenient.
