Collegeplace woodland is super nice. All of the apartments are renovated and mine even has stainless steel appliances! Tons of amenities and it has the BEST ward and bishopric. Maintenance is super quick and efficient, and the amenities are awesome. Only downside is the price, they overcharge and they hit you with a lot of unexpected monthly fees.

Pros: The apartment interior is well-designed with tasteful colors. Appliances are nice and gives the apartment an overall modern feel. Communication with office is great and they are quick to address repairs. Right next to the campus; close to getting to BYU. Cons: Entrance to parking is pretty steep (although they are great with making sure snow and ice is removed quickly when present). Exterior of the building isn't cleaned frequently. Overall it's a nice apartment and the ward is also great. While a little pricey for Provo, you get what you pay for.

I've lived here for about a year and a half now. First off, its a nice place. The couches are surprisingly comfy, it comes with a TV. You got your own room. Two bathrooms for 4 people, its pretty sweet. I love the space. The maintenance team is really nice, however its really hit and miss on if they actually fix your stuff or not. We were without a washing machine for 3 months because it broke and they just couldn't seem to get another one for some reason, but also one time our sink broke and the guy was there in like 10 minutes and fixed it in no time sooooo yeah. Its really nice being close to BYU and having a parking space under a roof is actually really nice. It's overpriced I think. It's like as much as the village maybe more now idk. But for the location and your own room, honestly its worth it to me.

    AmenitiesParking

It’s super nice and the maintenance always fixes problems really quickly! It’s kind of annoying that all of the amenities (pool, gym, etc) are at collegeplace provo. Also it’s super weird that our visitor parking is all the way across town at collegeplace provo too. Other than that it is great!

    Management

I have lived here for 2 years. Honestly, the first year was terrible. Had terrible management and never did anything. Thankfully this year the management changed and it’s AWESOME. They actually do their jobs. Are quick to fix things, and actually answer the phone. So shoutout to CollegePlace for hiring better people.

This place is nice, however, they’ve gotten the room assignments wrong every single time I’ve checked with them they put me in a wrong room and put my friend in a wrong room twice. We also had a broken washing machine for 3 months until they finally installed a new one which made me really mad. It’s not that the staff isn’t nice or something, they’re just so unorganized it’s embarrassing. That being said, they are good people that will listen to you, just don’t expect perfect maintenance cause it doesn’t exist here, and probably anywhere in any Provo apt. Complex. The place itself is very nice l and the kitchen is sweet. I love my little room and it’s nice because the apt is like a 10 min walk to BYU. Anyway, I give this 4 stars because I have enjoyed living here a lot, but the maintenance is definitely not the best.
