    I have loved living here. Josue the maintenance guy has done a fantastic job responding to my work orders! The apartments are somewhat old but they're just fine to me. Great price. One of the cheaper places to live near BYU. There's also a UVX station nearby. About a five minute walk so also an option for UVU students! There's a Walmart really close by as well. All in all a great location!

    The staff members are extremely helpful, involved, and caring. Delaina has regular, informative, and positive communication with all residents through email. She is friendly and professional and she takes the needs of all of her residents seriously. Josue always completes work orders in a timely and high-quality manner.     Management

    Stadium 150 is Provo student housing. As such, you get what you pay for, but in terms of getting what you pay for, you get a pretty good deal here. Management changed not too long ago, and since then, they are super easy to work with - especially Delaina, who actually remembers who you are as a resident and makes it easy to enjoy renting here. The maintenance team lead by Josue is fabulous. Josue himself is a super friendly guy and responds quickly to most requests. When I moved into my apartment, we had a window without a screen and a leaky dishwasher left over from past residents and past management. Josue came in and quickly replaced both things, adding new blinds to the windows we hadn't even asked for but that were greatly appreciated. The North campus position is ideal for people looking for a lively yet chill community. As far as Provo housing goes, I would recommend.

    This place is run by great people! Delaina and Taci help so much with questions concerning the facility and help the best they can. I also really appreciate the Maintenance guy Josue! When things are broken or not working right in the apartment he’s able to fix them and fixes them faster than I would have expected. Not only that but he’s a chill guy to talk to when he’s over.

    I've really liked living at stadium 150! The new management is awesome, super responsive, helpful, and kind. Delaina (idk if I spelled that right oops) is awesome and Andrew has been super helpful. We have had 0 cleaning checks so far which is freaking awesome because at the last place i lived they scammed us out of so much money with cleaning checks. Maintenance is super responsive too, though we've only had minor problems so far (like a drawer handle was loose; nothing serious--at my last place we paid so much every month and never even had hot water; so far there's been nothing like that here). parking is easy, there are general and reserved spots and some are covered which is nice for winter. If i could improve something it would be the gym, it would be so nice if there was more equipment. but other than that my roommate and i have been really happy here. I would say this is one of the best places to live in provo for the price. Also their office always has candy soda and chips which is the best. yayy -maren and sophie

    Overall I enjoyed living here! The management was kind and ready to help with anything! For the price it was pretty good, it looks a little old and there are a couple hidden fees but they don't amount to too much or anything crazy. Warning that the walls are thin but other wise loved living here! The ward is amazing too! Its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest UVX station or 20 min walk to BYU campus

    So far the apartment is a little small, and there are little inconveniences here and there, but overall the apartment suits my and my roomates needs. The people and management are amazing and I’m really enjoying living here. It is aways from either campus so walking would be annoying, highly suggest a car or bike. The apartment itself is a little old and the floorboards and walls are a little beat up but otherwise its nice.
