I absolutely love raintree!! It's cheap, they always have something going on and close enough to BYU for me to walk to campus. Any time I've had a problem, the maintenance team has seen to it within a day! Highly recommend!!

I’ve loved my time here at Raintree! It’s super social and has plenty of amenities. It’s in a beautiful area—right alongside the Provo River Trail! Maintenance is great—I would highly recommend this place to everyone—and I have.

I love Raintree!! The location is great and management is AMAZING!!! I’ve never had a problem getting maintenance and love all the fun activities Raintree hosts! They are the best!

Nate Thompson has been so helpful. Whenever I have a problem, he always has a good attitude and help helps me fix things around the apartment complex

Great maintenance! 10 minutes after submitting a request they showed up (at 8 pm on a Saturday night) and started repairs. They needed to order parts but got it fixed by Tuesday! They also came back and did extra maintenance for us that we hadn't requested. Great job Ryan!

Um Ryan’s fixed so many things in our apartment and he’s the best! Thanks for figuring out the leak in the apt above ours so we don’t have water dripping down the wall, stripping paint, replastering the wall, fixing our fire alarm, disposal, and dish washer. Maintenance is so fast and communication is so kind and clear!!

Honestly one of the better student housing places to live! They do fun activities and give out free food all the time which is so helpful when you're a college student! Nate has also been super helpful with anything we've needed whether it's paperwork questions or maintenence checks!

Raintree has met my expectations for the most part. The management seems to have it together, which is nice. Maintenance is up to date and the apartments are nice for student housing. Much better than my last apartment (I came from Liberty on Freedom, so this is a major improvement). The only thing I will say is that sometimes general maintenance is done that can be pretty inconvenient and without warning. A few times in the months that I've been here, they've turned off the water without informing tenants they would be doing that. I don't love that. But overall it's been a good experience.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Raintree Commons. The community here is super friendly, and it’s easy to feel connected with the people around you. The management has been helpful anytime I’ve had a question, and maintenance is quick to respond and take care of things. The location is great—close to campus, food, and everything you need. Overall it’s been a comfortable, positive place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing in Provo.

Any maintenance request is always answered and fixed the next day and with great service.

Love this place. Lived here for a few years, and they have been very responsive as things break or need fixing. Ryan just recently helped fix our shower head less than 24 hours after we submitted the request, and left a note about it afterwards. Great service!

The maintenance team is AWESOME. Always come within 24 hours of submitting a request if it’s on a weekday. Super friendly too!
