Nate was literally the goat! Helped me a lot with figuring out moving in. He is super chill and awesome low-key the reason why I’m moving to Alpine Village. He was nice to my mom too

I recently toured Alpine Village Apartments and was very impressed with the complex and the way I was treated. Alli was especially kind, professional, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the experience very welcoming. Excellent customer service!

Always great snacks in the office! Nate who works in the office is always so kind to talk to and answer any questions I have.

I’ve been living here for almost 8 months now and honestly I’ve had a really good experience so far. The building is nice, the amenities are great, and my roommates have been awesome too. My floor recently went through a renovation and it honestly looks way better now. Also, Nate in the leasing office has been super helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great place to live :)

Alpine Village is a really nice place to live. I would definitely recommend it to any student. Alli Severson was exceptionally helpful and sweet!

I've been at Alpine Village for almost 2 years now, and I've really enjoyed my time here. The proximity to the BYU campus is priceless, the unit has solid space throughout, and the various property amenities make the place feel very social and alive. Nate Hansen in the leasing office has been super helpful, communicates well, and is really personable. The responsiveness of the maintenance team also needs to be recognized, as that variable can make or break an apartment living experience. Javier, Lucas, and Cesar do a great job, and I'm always surprised by how quickly they get to my apartment after I've submitted a request.

The new staff really seem to care for the property. They've already thrown a really nice event for residents

Carley is amazing and the maintenance team are fantastic.

I asked for the standard couch that alpine offers and they got rid of my old couch and replaced it with a new one the same day. It was a very fast and easy process.

Living at Alpine Village is AMAZING! From the complimentary soda machine, the big living room TV, the location, to the friendly staff, I think it’s an easy choice. The biggest thing that I appreciate is the staff. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are right there to answer and they show that they truly care for you. 5/5!!!

(True rating: 1.5/5 stars) (resident for 1.5 years) Staff is reasonably helpful at times. Rent is too high and at times there are system errors that will confuse you within their website. The complex will make changes that aren’t even close to what you wanted such as adding a vending machine or charging you a garbage valet and then a garbage valet fee for having more than 2 bags every 3 days. “AMENITIES”: Soda machine isn't always great, most of the time it isn’t useable, they don’t clean the machine ever so it has what appears to me as mold. When it is working it is pretty watered down as though they have no carbonation. There have been complaints to get new grills or have them repaired for the last year, to no avail. But gym is decent, it was showcased as 24/7 but the clubhouse closes probably around 11pm or 12am and doesn’t open till around 5am. On top of this, the security guard on staff will come by and lock in the residents staying in the pool past the pool operating hours. This forces residents to climb the fence to get out of the enclosed area. PARKING: Parking underground crowded and the support beams have caused many an insurance claims. Parking above ground in the commercial area will get you booted if you’re a resident. Overall: The residents are what make it decent/worth living. I wouldn't say it's the best bang for your buck and you might even live more enjoyably without so many "amenities" elsewhere. I obviously wrote a 5 star review so people can read what they’re actually paying nearly $800 for.

Super helpful and very easy to move in!

The office staff are super nice and easy to communicate with. The rooms are nice and I’m excited to see future upgrades as well. Overall, I love the peaceful yet social atmosphere at the complex.

Alpine Village has a great staff! I haven’t lived here personally, but have stopped in the office multiple times and the team is always pleasant and quick to respond.

Alpine Village is a great place to stay! The staff are friendly and helpful, the property is well-maintained, and the neighbors are welcoming. It has a peaceful atmosphere and feels like a real community. Highly recommend!

Living at Alpine Apartments has been such a fantastic experience. The management is amazing especially the girl who helped me out. Hannah she was wonderful and answered all my questions, she was helpful throughout the whole process, she helped me with the accommodations I needed. I highly recommend coming here.

Living at Alpine has been an amazing experience. The new management has made the experience so much better as well. Everyone is super friendly and there are awesome amenities to use here. I’ve loved living here and the management has made it so much better, specifically Hannah. Hannah was so helpful with everything I needed.

Been here for a year - great deal, great amenities, great people. Just clean your apt and don’t fail the cleaning checks lol. And get a Hi Chew before ya leave!
