    Cleanliness

Living here has been such a peaceful and positive experience. Management is great and responsive the community is consistently clean and well‑maintained, and it truly feels like a calm, comfortable place to come home to. I genuinely love living here and appreciate how smoothly everything is run. Highline Square has been a wonderful place to call home.

The management and maintenance staff of this place is outstanding! The location is perfect, and I feel safe and right at home.

Lauren is a great leasing manager she is always attentive and listens to her tenants. She is always on top of things and makes sure to get back to you as soon as possible. I’ve been happy with Highline square, Lauren and hector. They make this a community you want to live in. I appreciate you.

Loved living at High Line Square! Tammarah was by far the BEST property management we have ever worked with. Our move-in and move-out were both very smooth. This complex has wonderful amenities, we loved using the media room. It’s kept clean and comfortable. The location is excellent! The walking distance to Smith’s and other shops is so convenient. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the area, lots of little local restaurants to try out, fun activities happen at the nearby park all the time. The Provo library is a 3 minute walk, The best part is having the Rec Center right across, you can always pop in for a last minute fitness class. Hector does an amazing job with the maintenance of this building. You can always tell he is doing his best to get things taken care of in a timely manner. We lived in the 6th floor facing North- and let’s just say that the view is breathtaking! We enjoyed watching firework shows from our balcony over the summer! We used the stairs a lot! Which was an excellent way to stay active and get your daily steps. I could say that the ONLY con to this place was the elevator, it is kind of a slow elevator and it’s the only one for the entire building. So if you’re carrying a big trip of groceries it can be a little hard to hold your heavy groceries while you wait for it- especially if other tenants are using it. But to me this is a minor thing. We moved out of State but we have said that if we ever have to move back to Utah, we will move right back into High Line Square. *biggest perk of living here is having the gelato place right downstairs 🙃

  • ★★★★★Jan 2025

I lived at Highline Square for a little over 2 years. This building serves its purpose well and is located right in the heart of Provo, which is ideal if you're looking for convenience. In my opinion, what makes any company great is the people, and Tammarah, the property manager, is what makes this place truly worthwhile. She is one of the most empathetic, hardworking, and patient individuals I have ever met. Whenever there were differences, she always took the time to discuss them further with me. Her door was always open for any of my concerns. I will truly miss her presence, and I know that she will continue to radiate her enthusiastic energy throughout Highline Square. She truly is a significant part of what makes this place worth living in!

  • ★★★★★Dec 2024

It is the best season in all the years that I have been living in High Line Square (5 years). The Administration of kindly Tamarah has responded with luxury to the entire operation of the property, her attention, dedication to those who live here, also her attitude that everything works and her quick response to what is required and the optimal conditions in which she maintains the property has made us feel safe, supported and comfortable and makes living in High Line Square desirable. ParkingFees & rent

It is crazy how these reviews are all either 1 or 5 stars. Management is usually awesome, there are a couple of rules like parking that are pretty heavily enforced by the tow company, but that is mostly because they differentiate indoor vs. outdoor parking and it is easy to forget your car overnight when you or a guest park in the "30 minute parking." You (or your guest) can park in the Rec center's lot whenever, (yes overnight too,) and just remember your permit does not apply outside if you get the indoor one. Management themselves (Tamarrah) is great, she is very friendly and tries to help you whenever she can, but with a lot of legal things like property management, what employees can do tends to be relatively limited. Everything I have had issues with she has been able to quickly help me out with or explain really well, so I can't relate to any of these one star reviews. However, they have switched rent and utility payment systems a number of times, which has led to a lot of confusion. The most recent one does work the best though, and you don't have to pay utilities to the city separately anymore (majorly convenient by comparison,) so I hope they keep this one. Quietly, and you didn't hear this from me, but you *might* be able to get a drink or piece of candy whenever Tamarrah is in if you ask for it... Or so I have "heard." Maintenance in my experience (Hector) has also been great, he lives at the apartment itself so is able to get to issues very quickly most of the time. However, two things that commonly break down, like the elevator and garage doors, have to be serviced by their origin companies themselves so those usually take more time to "get to," but Hector will usually force and leave the gate open if it breaks, and if the elevator breaks... Gotta love those stairs and normal entrances... The three/four work orders I have put in have all been completed quickly and well, (same or next day,) so I can't relate to other comments explaining that they have had many issues. However, those might have been from their switching systems, or the fact that there is only one maintenance "guy" (his name is Hector and he's awesome,) to do them, so if a bunch of orders get lined up all at once then yes, there will be a delay. However, I have never experienced a delay so far. Regarding the building or "lifestyle," if you need/prefer having a bunch of out-of-apartment amenities, then this is not the place for you, otherwise, it is awesome. They don't have a pool, game room, or gym, which is usually present in apartments this expensive, they DO however have a terrace with incredible views, and some grills I have admittedly never seen anyone use. Beyond that, there is technically a TV and conference room, along with couches and another TV in the lobby, but basically nobody ever uses those either. (I heard they considered making the TV room into a small gym once, but one can only dream...) Cleaning crews for the common areas come in daily, they have surprisingly nice scented air fresheners for I believe every floor, (changing scents consistently,) and the building interior/decor is just really nice. This may not technically be part of the resident building but the building is quite literally on top of two public desert places, so... If cookies or gelato are your thing... 👌 For the actual apartments, they are honestly fantastic, the apartments are spacious, high quality and exactly the type of luxury you would want and expect. They come with high speed internet routers, and you can pay for Google Fiber (yes, you do still pay for WiFi services.) Solid granite counter tops and really nice appliances. If the feel of the actual apartment you live in is what you care about, it is rather hard to get much better than High Line. Overall it IS pricey, but depending on your budget, that cost may likely be worth it. While I have had to move recently, this has been my overall experience over the past year and a half. Not perfect, to be sure, but overall pretty good/great.

My wife and I have lived all over the world in the last 4-5 years, and High Line Square was by far our favorite place!! We had our eyes on it years earlier, and were so excited when we finally had the opportunity to move in. The management and staff were exceptional. They were personable, hardworking, and always willing to go beyond the necessary to help--even when we were moving out. The apartment was also amazing with one of the best condominiums views we had ever had, excellent use of space, and high-quality appliances. The location was also unbeatable--walking distance from several great restaurants, Smiths, and the Provo Recreation Center (which my wife and I walked to almost daily). I would recommend it to EVERYONE!

Tammarah seriously was so amazing and helpful! I’ve lived at a lot of places and none of them offered the level of friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine care for the tenants that she did. She always went above and beyond to make sure my living experience was top notch. Maintenance team was always ontop of everything, and I never had any issues living at High Line. Great residents lots of kind and respectful people, and a BEAUTIFUL north facing view! Recommend this to anyone in Provo looking for a luxury feeling higher end living experience! Sad to leave, but onto the next chapter!

High line is such a gorgeous community. The maintenance guy Hector is super friendly he even helped mount our TV. Tammarah manages with genuine care for us as tenants and they even have community events that are fun to go to. I believe you get what you pay for in many cases but high line is competitively priced for real quality homes. We have never had any bug issues, noise complaints, or any major issues in our home. The small touch ups we did ask for were fixed within minutes of reporting them. We have experienced kindness and convenience every day living here!

  • ★★★★★May 2024

Moving across the country is no easy feat, especially when you're not able to view apartments in person. Tammarah was a lifesaver in answering my MANY questions, helping my fiancé and I move in despite quite a few obstacles in our trek to Utah, and has continued to be a wonderful asset since we've moved in. It's been 4 months of nothing but positive experiences here at High Line Square.

High Line Square is Legit. One of the best complexes in all of Utah County! They have amazing amenities, awesome staff, sweet rooms, and just all around a great place to be! Tammarah is the property manager and she is awesome! She goes above and beyond to help out everyone! She is the best property manager I have worked with as most property managers don't really care about the building or tenents, but Tammarah makes it a personal goal to go above and beyond to help everyone with what they need and make sure you have an extraordinary experience!

    Fees & rent

When it came time to renew our lease, Tammarah, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. She was able to find us a renewal that fit in our particular time frame, and made sure we wouldn't have any increase to our rent or fees on top. That quality of customer service from a management company in Provo is incredibly hard to come by, and the main reason I'm giving High Line Square 5 stars. Additional information: - We live on the top floor, and never have a problem with noise from the street or from our neighbors, but we have heard that can be an issue from others. - The natural lighting of our apartment and the way the building's HVAC system works means our energy bill has been much lower here than any other place we've lived in Utah. Also the natural lighting in the apartments is very nice. - Like most apartments, rent is just the baseline. Parking, pets, building maintenance, and other fees are added on top. For us, with two parking spaces and not including utilities, we pay about an extra $100-120 in fees per person per month on top of rent. - This is a nice complex and we've really enjoyed living here. Location is incredible, and we walk to Center Street all the time. Both the property and mailroom have pretty decent security as well, which its nice.

My experience with high line square has been amazing since day one. Initially I was in a scramble to find a cozy and decent apartment since I was moving from out of state. Alyson helped me from day one and has been amazing. She answered all my questions and never hesitated to respond quickly to my emails. When I had my tour of the place, the apartment complex was still in construction mode. When I moved in July, the units and floors seemed so different. The amount of hard work that went into designing the place in a month was amazing. Josh (the manager) has also been amazing and very kind. He took into consideration every aspect of the design for a modern feel including the high speed internet and energy saving appliances. I cannot thank the staff of high line square for making a transition so smooth. If you decide to take a tour or interest in high line square I suggest to see the amazing clubhouse, cinema room, conference room, and the community porch/bbq area. All those additional amenities are a plus when considering if you will have guests over.
