Oquirrh Hills Apartments

Oquirrh Hills has been a fantastic place to call home so far. The apartments are well-maintained, offer spacious floor plans, and are very reasonably priced for what you get. The staff has been incredibly easygoing and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I had the pleasure of working with Claudia while getting settled in, and she was patient, kind, and professional every step of the way. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more welcomed while leasing an apartment than I have here. The property amenities are another big plus, including a great pool and hot tub, as well as a 24/7 fitness center that’s always accessible. Overall, I’m very excited to spend the next few years here and would highly recommend Oquirrh Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Again, I highly recommend asking for Claudia when stopping by to check out your next home!

Hoy mis 5 estrellas son para el personal que trabaja en la oficina en especial Betty y la manager pues hicieron que quedara enamorada de ese condominio tan acogedor la limpieza de sus áreas la tranquilidad los niños juegan por las areas con mucha confianza y el aire fresco que se respira en el lugar es exquisito les confieso que me tuvieron mucha paciencia pues estoy en embarazo y un poco isterica , la verdad me tratan con mucha amabilidad y respeto explicaron en detalle los requisitos y formas de ingreso a dichos apartamentos ya quiero poder moverme y que mi bebé nazca allí mañana vuelvo con ustedes chicas así que espérenme saludos y bendiciones

Update to add we have been here for 2 years going on 3 years and every time I have an issue and need to do a maintenance ticket for repairs Ed has been there getting it done in a timely manner and ensuring im happy with what he's done. Oquirrh Hills Apartments is a hidden gem! From the moment I stepped into the community, I was struck by the beautifully maintained grounds and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The layouts are thoughtfully designed, making them perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The amenities are top-notch, featuring a well-equipped gym, a stunning pool area, and inviting common spaces that foster a sense of community. Location is another huge plus; it’s conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area. Overall, Oquirrh Hills Apartments provides a wonderful living experience, combining comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community. I couldn't be happier living here!

We moved here in 2018 and we've never had problems with management. Maintenance could use some work but for the most part we are satisfied with our life here.

Betty is the gal in the office. She is the absolute best. She cares about the tenants. She tries everything in her power, or speaks on their behalf to help a family in need of a little more time to pay rent. She doesn't judge or look down on. She's just a super person. Thank you Betty. Since I first came across Oquirrh Hills Apartments, customer service has been amazing ! Everyone especially Betty has been super helpful , super professional and I couldn’t have made a better choice to live here .

My girlfriend Kalena applied and paid the 250. Before getting the approval (which they acknowledged) she notified them that she was no longer interested and wanted to withdraw. She agreed to just get refunded the 200. It has been over a month and they still have not refunded. This kind of tactic will make you understand the way management works when they do not care. This type of mentality carries over to its tenants. My recommendation is find a different apartment. You don't want to live somewhere management doesn't care about people or it's response. When you have an issue, you want to know management is not only capable, but wanting to help. Don't see that here. Housing market is hard, and I know there are fewer options than before but don't give your hard earned money to people who don't care. Updated: she finally got her check. While I appreciate the final result, I think the communication with the office is lacking. Because of the end result, I upgraded to 4 stars, but can't justify 5.

Las personas de la administración son muy amables y brindan un excelente servicio. Siempre están dispuestas a ayudar y a atender todas las necesidades de una manera muy amable. También en el momento de mi mudanza fueron muy atentos y rápidos haciendo todo el papeleo. Es un buen lugar para vivir.

This is the best apartment in magna Utah that we have lived at thanks to Betty for helping us get moved in and answering all of our questions. All of the lady's in the office are so nice and friendly and the maintenance men are on the ball with all of our fixes that we needed in the apartment. These apartments have clean walkways, really bright lighting outside which is perfect at night, we love the pool, the gym, and the Luxor packages lockers which is convenient as well for when your not home so packages don't get taken. Love that it's close to the freeway and there are shops and fast food places down the street. Thanks for everything that all of you guys do.

We went from a huge house to a two bedroom apartment and absolutely love it. Close to Cyprus high school and surrounding stores Walmart 711 and a post office across the street Family Dollar. Has a playground for kids weight room, swimming pool and a dog park. Seems to be patrolled quite often so less crime Office people are very friendly and helpful so is The Maintenance. Did not know how I was going to feel about going from a big house to a two bedroom apartment but it’s a slice of heaven.

I have lived here since the apartments opened. There have been ups and downs as with all apartments. However the Office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff gets to things as quickly as possible. Great place to live. Internet is reliable, hallways are well lit and the common areas are taken care of. The office staff does its best to take care of issues or cleanup but overall it should be the responsibility of all who live here if more would take pride in where they live the staff could focus on other things instead of fixing what residents cause.

We've been here since January of this year and it's been great so far. Betty helped us out with the paperwork and any questions we have. If there's something wrong in my apartment, the maintenance usually come within a couple days to fix my problem. The community is awesome and everyone is so friendly. This place is way better than my previous apartment complex, and it was about the same price I'm paying now. My brother recently moved in and he likes it here too. I would tell anyone who wants a friendly community, amazing management and huge floor plans for a reasonable price to come and live here. Thank you oquirrh hills staff!

We have been living here since 2021, and it has become our home at the right time in relations to inflation. The rent is affordable compared to inflation right now. We are a family of 5, and we have loved being here! We have a great maintenance team who is fast with their work orders, and keeping our place clean! We have great neighbors! We have an amazing, hardworking Managment in the office! We receive newsletters and activities often for residents here! The area is a perfect place for schools, shops, auto, gas, stores, etc. We love it here! Thank you guys for all that you do!

Great apartments! Right next to the freeway. Friendly staff and office management. The gym here is clean and updated great for a workout. The year round hot tub is nice and the pool is fresh! Plenty of parking and friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend.

Moved in here in February while looking for a place to live... front office people have been super nice and everytine we needed maintenance done been done in a reasonable amount of time. Great spot and good people

My kitchen sink was plugged. Maintenance came by and drained it then said it would need more work the next day. I went out that evening and when I came home, the sink was overflowing with water. It was like Niagara Falls in my kitchen. Water was everywhere. Someone upstairs had used the dishwasher and the water came down and caused the overflow. I called the emergency maintenance phone number and he came right over even though it was late at night. It was a serious issue and he was willing to call emergency plumbers to get someone to come by. He called for quite a while before finally getting someone to come fix it. The plumber and maintenance were here until almost midnight fixing it. I am very grateful that they worked so late to fix the sink. Thank you!

Y decidí quedarme aquí por la atención en la oficina, donde mi petición vale y soy escuchada y atendida.

From my first meeting with Betty Perez, I knew this was a place that I wanted my husband and I to live. She was so patient, courteous and friendly. Through no one's fault our application was delayed. I sat on my couch thinking about what to do. About a month later, something said call Betty, she was so happy to here from me. She even helped me with my application issues. I am loving my apartment. She said that she would get us in by Saturday, and she did!!!. Her customer service skills are impeccable. They need to have a Betty Perez in every apartment complex!!!! Now if she can just help me unpack...LOL

Nice apartments to live here in Magna. I’m going to almost a year living here and I have not experienced a bad experience at the moment. Office are really friendly and nice when I go to the office the leasing agent Betty always welcome me with a smile. Teresa and Jenn are helpful as well. I would really recommend living here!!

I would recommend it here for the reason , I was given the best customer service and acknowledged and all my questions were answered with no problem I been to other ones and you can’t compare to the service Betty provided me ! We’re going on our second year here at oquirrh hills, and we love it here. From the staff to our very own privacy everything is great! Our staff is very helpful and communicative with everything! The maintenance guys are always so quick to response to work and goes thru it thoroughly! If I could give more then five stars I would!

I loved living here for the past couple years. I only moved to be closer to my children. The staff is very personal and friendly; Jennifer is amazing. Also the maintenance is on top of it and respond really fast.

I give the community a 5 star since the beginning of entering the office and the process of Applying for a unit, it was so fast and easy to apply. Betty was really helpful and the ladies working there as well greeting you with a contagious smile. I really love living here the maintenance guys doing a great job maintaining our community clean. I really would recommend living here.

Excellent apartment complex. We loved living there, and the maintenance guys were always available. Jennifer was always accommodating and worked with us during the covid crisis.

I have lived there for 5 years and love it! The staff is stellar and units are large and prices are lower than anywhere else !

I moved into Oquirrh Hills in 2018, and from day 1 the staff here have been nothing put steller. In Aug of 2022 my daughter was killed; when the staff here found out, the warning affectionate loving open arms we received was what helped us through such a tragedy. If you are looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live, but home, Oquirrh Hills is my recommendation. The apartments are spacious and they have several Floorplans to choose from. They're close to several attractions and only an hours drive from Wendover, NV also close to the Salt Lake City Airport. and The Great Salt Lake. I’ve lived here since October 2020. ❤️ The Oquirrh staff is absolutely incredible. The maintenance men are literally the most friendly and supportive group of men you’ve ever met. Even my kids love them! Mindy, Jen, and Holly are some of the most down to earth women. They’re kind, make you laugh, and are even a good listening ear! 🥰 The apartments are huge, high ceilings, washer and dryer inside, big bathrooms, huge kitchen, and good storage closets. This is a community of some incredible people. We are a community of families, young adults, older couples, single moms, hard working dads, and many more. No place you live is perfect. But this is pretty close. I’m glad I get to call this place home. I’m grateful for all the people I know and have met through living here. 10/10 would recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We moved to Oquirrh Hills in December of 2020, and our experience here has been great. The management staff is wonderful, and always very helpful. Maintenance is quick to help with any problems, and super responsive! The area around the apartments is great for walking around, with access to several public parks nearby. The floor plans are spacious and very open, and the kitchen is huge with lots of storage. This apartment (2bed, 2bath) is definitely the best bang for your buck in the SLC area.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and love it. I work from home and use the on-site gym during my lunch break, it’s so convenient to have so close by. The office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly kind. This is a great place to live!

The front staff is very nice. It’s quick and easy to apply. Maintenance is always friendly and come pretty quickly to resolve any issues in the apartment (: I have been enjoying my stay here.

I absolutely love the apartments. They are updated, great price, I love my kitchen. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance is even better. Any time I’ve needed anything they were there to help or fix any issues I’ve had. Only down fall I don’t like is the parking some nights we don’t have room for our second car to park except the main road.

The staff has been great to work with, especially during these times. The apartments are clean and even though the tenants don't clean up after their dogs, the staff tries hard to keep the grass cleaned up. I just wish people would clean up after their pets, but that is not the staff's fault. They do try with messages and warnings about cleaning up after pets, but some people just don't care.

Jen is fantastic! She works so hard for all of the residents. She is the BEST!
