Aldara Apartments

We had such a great experience working with Liam! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole leasing process smooth and stress free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, well kept, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. We’re so glad we chose this community and really appreciate everything Liam did to help us get settled in!

Great experience here! My wife and I have been impressed with the office team and maintenance staff! Our garbage disposal broke last week. Within 3 hours of it breaking, they came and fixed it. The community is well-kept. Our 2-bedroom apartment has so much storage. We love living here!

My wife and I have rented all over Salt Lake and Utah County. Aldara isn’t the newest or most expensive place we’ve lived at, but we think it’s probably the nicest. After moving in, it was the things we didn’t consider that have made living here really great. Compared to other places we lived, here are a few things we’ve noticed and appreciate: - TOOOONs of storage!!! This is probably the biggest thing. There’s a whole storage closet, a linen closet, coat closet, and a hallway closet on top of the closets in the bedrooms. We didn’t realize how much of a difference it makes to have so much extra storage. - Large decks. These decks are uncommonly large for an apartment - Valet Trash We weren’t sure about this moving in. We thought it was an unnecessary expense (My wife and I are a bit OCD. Without valet trash, people drag heavy trash bags to the dumpsters making the community dirtier. Not a problem here). The communities is cleaner and it’s really convenient to just place it in a can outside the door. - Ice maker in the freezer - Well-kept landscaping (this is important to me) - Large shower/tub. Much bigger than anywhere else we’ve lived. - Stainless Steel Appliances just look good. Our friends have commented on this. - Gas Stovetop (phew, gas is so much better than electric) - Oversized fridge and freezer - Large vanity with drawers and full-size mirror - The last place we lived had no water pressure. It’a great here! - They recently remodeled the clubhouse and bought brand new gym equipment - Super Quiet between floors and walls. We’ll occasionally hear the neighbor’s dog barking but it’s pretty rare. - Super well located. It’s a 3 minute job from just about anything.

We have loved living at Aldara! Our experience here has been way better than many of the other complexes we've lived at.The staff are so helpful and responsive. The community is clean and well-kept and the amenities are great. Their gym is the best I've seen at any apartment complex. We also don't have to deal with hearing through the walls, which was a common issue in every other place we have lived. The area feels safe and is within walking distance of almost everything you need! Definitely would recommend!

What can I say about Aldara Apartments? I’ve lived here nearly 8 years, I must love it. Frankly, the location cannot be better! We are within walking distance to everything. Any kind of food you could want, it’s right here. Plus, you are close enough, most everyone delivers….! Nice! Even Pharmacies. Now, the apartments are great! They are well kept, and solid. I have been in other places and I can hear the neighbors sneeze. Not these. If you could buy these places, I would have bought it years ago ! It’s quality. Maintenance is right on top of everything. They make sure these units are well maintained. If I ever need anything, they are out right away. The office staff has always been so helpful. They are lots of fun to be around and create a pleasant environment in the office. Jordan is wonderful to work with! It is wonderful knowing management is there to address your needs. I give Aldara a 5/5. Great place to live and call home.

Update: the management changed again recently. So far everything is so much better! Office staff and maintenance are friendlier and communicate better. They schedule the inspections and give more clear notice when they will take place.

Aldara made our apartment searching so easy, was able to tour and sign a lease all in the same day! Whenever we have had an issue maintenance and front office got back to us quickly and fixed any issues, we absolutely love living in our beautiful apartment! Would recommend to any one!

New management is handling everything great

These apartments have been absolutely amazing so far. The apartments are in great condition and any issues we’ve had they have been quick to fix within a couple of days. I didn’t have high expectations due to past rented apartments I’ve lived in but Aldara has truly made me happy. They’re so accommodation and they actually listen to their tenants.

Great apartment living. Pool & BBQ space is nice on top of that great customer service in terms of answering the phones very flexible with rent options- now they are doing more community events which is great. Fireplace is amazing wish they had one more though!

I've lived here for a year, and everything is good imo. The staff is friendly, the maintenance guy is the best, and maintenance emails are answered quickly and repairs done right away. The grounds are well kept, and we are kept informed re: building, pool, parking, etc..

I appreciate the people who keep these apartments running so well. I had the chance to meet Ben and he was so nice and thoughtful in helping us get some things done and on time ! Thanks again Ben.

Lived here for 13 months. Loved the experience. Would definitely rent again here; I left because I had to move out of town. Nevertheless, I'd like to mention Liliana especially for going above and beyond and making sure our time in Aldara was nothing short of perfect. Will certainly miss this place and keep it in my heart along with the memories. You'll love it here! Don't let the bad reviews make you think otherwise, the management here is quick to address problems and requests and overall very civil and caring. All the best to Aldara and the Mecca team!

Aldara is a truly enchanting community that exudes beauty and warmth at every turn. As you step into Aldara, you’re greeted by an ambiance that instantly feels like home. Each apartment is a heaven of tranquility, with spacious layouts, beautiful kitchens and an open design concept. I loved the clubhouse, with rustic but elegant decors, inviting residents to gather with friends and neighbors. Lastly, Jordan, the manager is great, and along with his amazing staff, they work tirelessly to ensure that every resident’s experience is nothing short of exceptional!

Friendly staff. The apartments are HUGE and provide lots of storage space.

I have to say the staff was very friendly and helpful when I came in to look for an apartment. They answered all my questions walked me to see the unit and was very prompt at returning my calls back. Love the property I love it here.

Going to try to make this review as helpful as possible, so here it goes. Overall Score: 4 out of 5 Breakdown of Score: ()Physical Apartment 5/5 + Excellent layout and a ton of storage space in the floor plan (i had a single bedroom apartment) + It was very rare for me to hear any of my neighbors around me so good insulation. + I adored the gas stove and the ice maker was excellent. I never had an issue with either. + Great amenities, loved the pool, gym, basketball court, and sand volleyball court. - One thing that bothered me was that the apartment did not have a lock on the bathroom door. ()Location 4/5 + In regards to easy access to shops and other amenities Aldara is hard to beat. Especially since the area is being further developed as I write this. This location also has easy access to the major roads for travel. - However with the development it definitely isn't as quiet anymore. I was woken up at times during the night due to noise. ()Community/Neighbors 2/5 [Did not affect the overall score too much since this is more of a personal experience and varies for everyone] - Neighbors are a hit or miss. You will meet some neighbors that are very nice and you will meet some neighbors that have concerning habits or lifestyles. Personally, I adored most of my neighbors, however some in my building did not take care of their space which resulted in trash build up on their patios etc. - The reason for the low rating: I don't know what it was with my particular apartment building but we were always the building with fires or needed police/ firefighter intervention. In the three years I lived there we had two fires that definitely had the potential to get out of hand and burn the building down (thankfully no one was hurt during these fires). For example one of the fires was a car engulfed in flames parked in a garage inside of the building. I’ll leave it at this. When I got back to my apartment and saw sirens at my building it started becoming less and less of a shock to me. ()Administration 3/5 - As you have probably read in the other reviews, yes the staff is relatively new to managing this apartment complex. I will not lie the previous staff was better run but I am assuming that is because of experience. However I will say they are not the best at the moment at returning calls/requests. Advice I have for individuals living or going to live at Aldara, if you have a concern or question and want a timely response. I recommend going to the office in person if possible. ()Maintenance 5/5 +Short and simple, the maintenance staff is amazing. Always responded to my tickets in a timely manner and were very nice and respectful in my apartment.

Awesome from Day 1! Needed a place for my daughters last minute for school. They were quick & accommodating. Listened to my concerns as a mom, & the expectations were meet as promised. Thank you Ky!

This is such a beautiful community and wonderful area! I did a tour with Ky and he was so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions about the place. I was hoping to sign a lease but due to some unforeseen circumstances I am no longer able to. If I have the opportunity to be back in the area I will definitely keep Aldara in mind!

Since the change in management Aldara has seen much improvement. The new maintenance tech Jake is fast and super friendly! I would highly recommend living here.

I have loved living here. The apartments are huge. The floorplans have tons of storage. All of our requests for repairs have been addressed in a timely manner, with kindness and professionalism. The location is perfect for all daily things.

Dave is awesome! He came out after hours to open my garage after locking myself out. He was very nice, understanding, and came quickly after I had called. Aldara has always been accommodating and quick to help us with any problems we have had.

I've enjoyed living at aldera for a couple years now. I just had an emergency with a broken pipe and they sent over their handyman. He was extremely helpful and also fixed up my washing machine while he was here, and in good time. I believe the employee's name was David and I was very satisfied by the help and professionalism provided by Aldera. The staff of the leasing office is also great to work with and has always been swift to help with problems when needed.
