Naomi from the office staff has been wonderful. She's always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful, whether it's a maintenance request, a question, or just something random that comes up. She follows through to make sure things actually get resolved and treats residents with warmth and respect. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and she makes living here a much better experience. I’ve never reviewed an apartment complex before, but Outlook is truly one of the best places I’ve ever lived! It’s in a beautiful and quiet location, the amenities are cared for so well, and the maintenance and staff are genuinely amazing. If there was ever any kind of issue, they were there to help immediately—I never felt like I had to fight to get ahold of them. We moved out of state, otherwise we would have lived there as long as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

The property is beautiful and well maintained! Great clubhouse and pool area! Make sure to ask for Naomi when you go in to tour, she made the process so easy and was beyond helpful! Would highly recommend this place!

I’m coming up on my first year of leasing a one bedroom apartment, and it’s been nothing but top-notch by the maintenance crew and the leasing office. Very happy with the way they take care of the property, dog friendly, people friendly, and most of all tenant friendly. Thanks to Jada the property manager and the girls down in the office and all the maintenance crew. Polite and respectful when interacting with the team. Absolutely highly recommend if you are looking for 5 star apartment living. Rob

The leasing office staff are very friendly, attentive, and communicate regularly with residents. The property has the best family friendly atmosphere. They frequently have community events where food trucks, games, and other activities are planned by management for all residents to enjoy during the year. Then the apartments’ maintenance team are very hardworking and reliable!

Been living in this place for 3 years now and love it! The leasing office and the maintenance crew are amazing humans, they make the place feel like a family community! Shoutout to Jada for handling everything so gracefully and efficiently! Would highly recommend 😎

In the short 2 months we have been here so far, the management team has been incredibly welcoming and the maintenance team is hands down the best and most responsive team we have had to deal with yet - to the point saying "had to deal with" isn't even appropriate! Community events are thrown regularly to help everyone feel welcomed and included too!

I was SO sad to leave Outlook! I was there for two years and adored the staff! The office staff was always so responsive and kind! Maintenance was always on top of it! Every work order I put it was fixed within 3 days every time! I'll miss Outlook so so much!

I highly recommend Outlook Apartments! I moved out in April after only being there 1 year. I definitely planned to stay longer but I got laid off from my job and had to move out, unfortunately. I had quiet neighbors, super close to I-15, their amenities are amazing, and they allow pets! Management is super amazing at attending to any issues. I'll definitely be looking back into Outlook Apartments again when my current lease ends.

Love this place. I have all good things to say about this complex and the incredible individuals running it. The management staff and maintenance crew are as top notch as it gets. They are warm, friendly, professional, and always helpful. The property and rental experience has improved in recent years with new management (not that issues were prominent prior) and Peyton and Jada have been there for any concern, need, or question. Peyton particularly helped me in unique scenarios for which I am very grateful. He has gone above and beyond for me and this level of care is a rarity to find (especially when servicing hundreds of tenants). The maintenance crew is fantastic as well, and I feel absolutely blessed to have had these individuals servicing my home with their unmatched care and knowledge. Cory and Jaron are certainly to be noted for going above and beyond for me on my move-out day. These individuals have so much heart and soul. Know just how much I appreciate you guys! The property has a walking path surrounded by mountains and cows— very serene, while being just off the highway. This is the perfect property run by outstanding people. Interiors and balconies are gorgeous. Thank you Outlook for everything. You guys make it hard to leave . 💕🙏🏼

We love this place! I would seem them luxury apartments. They are not your typical apartment complex. We have been blessed with twice a month food trucks, cookie day and the fun decorations on holidays in the clubhouse and around are a fun festive treat. The patios are large and feel private. It’s the perfect place for a walk or run. Sidewalk trails go all around the outside and have parks to play on for the kids, benches every so often as well. There are picnic tables and grassy areas to play. Sports? Let me tell ya.. basketball, pickleball and ping pong are all here! Not to mention grills, swimming pool, work out rooms that are impeccably clean! The staff are friendly and last but not least in my books is how well the grounds are lit up at night so taking out our friendly pooch isn’t scary!

I’ve loved living here. The staff is super helpful, specially Payton has helped me a ton. The grounds are well kept and other people I’ve met here have all been really sweet.

These apartments and grounds are nice! Honestly love the way we’ve been able to make ours feel homey and everyone we have over loves the vibe. The staff is really helpful and shoutout to Payton in the office, he’s super nice and funny and fast with anything we need.

Having lived in a handful of properties along the 1-15, Outlook Apartments fits my needs. The staff makes the experience great, especially Payton, his work ethic and good-natured help shows in how he does his work. If you become a neighbor...look forward to a great gym facility, clean community center and a POOL! I just moved in and can't wait to try it out. Valet garbage service is very convenient, and the patio views of the mountains are very relaxing - I have an east facing view, so the morning sunrises really set the day off to a pleasant start. People around here are pleasant, our set of bldgs have a playground for the fam's with little ones. My teens like the PB court. It is close to the hwy, and near to shopping and attractions. Springville and Spanish Fork have great community events, especially in the summer. Access to camping sites, local reservoirs, and night life are not too far away. It is far enough from the busier parts of Utah County. Traffic is unavoidable, unless you hit the streets early and return late. 5am and 2pm are the prime hours to avoid slow downs. The units are also very quiet, where the neighbors seem to carry on with their days and I don't hear a thing (I work from remote so this is a PLUS)!

Worked with Outlook as a vendor. They were really great. The maintenance was responsive and flexible with my needs. The grounds were always nice and the manager was very respectful. Would 100% rent here

I visited my Neice and her husband who recently moved into the Outlook Apts. Fantastic layout, great amenities and topped off with the best staff ever. We even got a tour and are considering being new neighbors when our current lease is over. Amazing place.

Outlook Apartments has been an amazing place to call home! Payton Romney, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with finding our beloved apartment and addressing any problem we had. The view here is absolutely breathtaking, with mountains in the background and a peaceful farm right next to us. The atmosphere is incredibly calm, and the apartment plans are thoughtfully designed. It's also a pet friendly community, which has been perfect for us. Highly recommend Outlook Apartments to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful living environment!

Great service and very attentive staff. I went in and looked at a unit and the lady at the front desk was happy to take me on a tour even though I had no appointment. Beautiful facility!

We had nothing but a great experience living at Outlook and only moved because my job moved us out of state. The community is nice and quiet and always clean (at least whatever the management was able to control, people are still the worst sometimes.). The management staff specifically Jada were so amazing. Just such a pleasure to have lived at this community.

I loved living in this place. My fiance and I were here for about 2 years the apartment was really nice with a lot of storage space. The neighbors were always pleasant and the people that work in the office are very attentive. In that period of time I had only about 3 or 4 maintenance requests and they were always resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Parking is free and there was always a lot of spaces right in front of my building. I love that the main office does activities to bring the community together. The only improvement opportunity that I suggest is removing the obligatory internet, the cheapest option is a little over $100 and it is not a reliable interest, working from home two days a week I had to pay a higher mobile bill to get unlimited hotspot because the Internet in the apartment is constantly going out throughout the day. There are cheaper internet companies with better service and it would be nice to give residents the choice of their internet. That is my only suggestion for improvement to the management.

Great community. Great staff. And honestly very patient when it came to the move out process. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet community that allows pets!

I need little maintenance but when I do, I am overwhelmed by rapid response, professional competence and cheerful service. I feel well-maintained, safe and comfortable at Outlook.

We have lived at the Outlook Apartments for about five years. We are an older couple in our 80’s . We are on the ground level with a garage. Our experience here has been great . We love the way the complex is being managed.

Excellent support staff from leasing to maintenance who were responsive, timely and considerate. The apartment was perfect! The convenience of an efficient kitchen, easy to use washer and dryer, perfect garage for vehicle in the winter with direct access to the apartment, to the carpeted bedroom with a large closet.Our leasing period could not have been better. We also enjoyed the side walks and trails that made a brisk walk easy and convenient. The exercise facility was also a real efficient gym which allowed me weight lifting as well as challenging biking and ellipticals. In the winter months the walk ways were always cleared and salted. The location allowed easy access to Springville and Spanish Fork.

We were very pleased with our experience at Outlook Apartments. The community is very dog-friendly and set up well to make keeping the grounds tidy. The apartments were well-cared for. The master bedroom felt quite spacious for an apartment. I loved the views of the mountains during the day and city lights in the distance at night. The management team was readily available, friendly and helpful.

I have lived in 5 different states and thus, at least 5 different apartment complexes. Outlook has been one of the best. They truly do value their residents and try to make it a community. Maintenance has always been very kind and attentive, and the office staff helpful and pleasant. The location is great and I have had no issues with neighbors or other residents. I definitely recommend.

I have lived at Outlook for 4 years. I love the location. West of freeway and only a few minutes drive to the freeway. It is developing more and the main road, 2600 W. is becoming really busy.Other than that it’s pretty quiet. I love the management here. They are really great to work with and Jada is extremely friendly and professional. They do offer a garage, which I love. They also have extra storage space in your apartment.These guys are pet friendly. Four out of five stars.

On my second lease with outlook, great office staff, great maintenance staff, fairly quiet neighborhood, pet friendly.

I have been here since May 2017. I absolutely love it. It is quite, nice and clean. I love the spacious apartments. The staff is absolutely the best. They are friendly and answer all my questions. They treat me and my cat very well. I plan on staying here for a very long time. I highly recommend living here.

Excellent friendly staff. Great location that is very family and pet friendly. The move in process was smooth and their maintenance crew is always on top of any things I might need. Looking at other places before deciding where to land but ultimately this was an easy decision for me, super happy so far!
