Apartments are clean and updated. Management is very easy to work with and helpful. Pet friendly is a huge plus!

I do enjoy these apartments. We are here in between moving out of our old house and into our new house. They are a great size for our needs. They are clean and well kept. Applying was easy to do and the manager, Katie, is so great to work with and very knowledgeable.

We’ve really enjoyed living here! This has been the perfect starter apartment for my husband and me as newlyweds! The property manager and staff have been amazing! Always kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They especially went out of their way to help me with using a space for my massage work, which meant so much to me. It’s clear they truly cares about the residents and wants everyone to have a good experience. We’re very grateful for our time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I just want to say how much I appreciated the handwritten Valentine’s note they left on my door. It completely made my day! The office and maintenance team are so welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. You can truly tell that the staff pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about their residents. Small gestures like that mean so much and really show the heart behind their service. If you’re thinking about Lehi Tech, definitely do it! It’s such a great environment and totally worth it!

This is an incredible place to live. The staff here are second to none, whether it's maintenance or the office. They are all incredibly sweet and kind and have made living here amazing. A few months ago I put in a maintenance request for very minor things like a few light bulbs that burned out that I had been dragging my feet on. Only ten or fifteen minutes after I submitted the request maintenance was there and everything was taken care of. And if I've ever had a question on anything, the office has someone available to help me. They also are often throwing events with food and snacks for holidays or seemingly because they can. It's the best place to live because of the best staff

I've had the opportunity to work with and at Lehi Tech Apartments for several months now. It is an exceptionally well run and maintained facility, and we've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is all top flight, but I have to give a particular mention to Katie Forbes. Katie is awesome to work with, and does a lot of awesome work. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live that is within walking distance of pretty much every major convenience and restaurant in the area, and only a short drive to the major tech hubs in the state, this is THE premier option.

I've only been at Lehi tech for a little over a month and I'm obsessed already! I have lived at a lot of apartments and have never seen such a responsive staff! I put a work order in for my water heater and it was fixed the next day! Maintenance is ON it here! And the office staff is so incredibly sweet and polite and treats you like a celeb when you come in! Definitely will be here a while!

Adalberto with maintenance is amazing! So quick to get to your work order. The leasing staff is very responsive. Megan and Gisselle are great people. Katie and Stephanie manage the property very well. I recommended these apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe place to live with no crimes these are the apartments you should look at.

I’ve really enjoy living here! The apartment complex is always very clean and well maintained, and the grounds are kept looking great. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to work orders or any maintenance requests. I also love the community environment, it feels safe, peaceful, and welcoming. The management team does a great job organizing fun community events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

Been here for months. Megan and the maintenance team (especially James) have always been helpful. The complex has its flaws but management itself has been great!

I am a current resident and may I say the ladies in the office are amazing. I have nothing but a sweet and easy experience being here. Katie has been an above and beyond manager, any issues I have she always makes sure they are resolved and done in a timely manner to make me not feel forgotten, she is also so kind and respectful. Stephanie is an amazing assistant, she is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met and she is always super helpful. Megan is such an outstanding front desk girly, I have never met someone so caring and considerate to all of the residents and prospects. Maintenance is also top tier, always making sure my work orders are done in a timely manner, updates me on a postponement's and always makes sure it’s done right. Love this property and staff!!

The staff is amazing and they have such a great positive energy! As a bonus they offer free food time to time outside or inside the clubhouse!

I’ve lived at Lehi Tech apartments for over 2 years and I’ve got to say I’ve loved it here so far.The office is always kind and throw little shin digs everyone’s in a while and are always happy to answer questions.We had issues with neighbors in the past but the office jumped FAST to resolve noise complaints and unleashed animal issues.Im currently switching to a two bedroom with my wife and management were quick to make sure we can move quick and easy,I’m super thankful for Kinsey and Ashley kind emails for any additional questions.The housing market is bad currently but I’m super happy to have a nice/safe place apartment in the mean time to call home with my wife

Lehi Tech Apartments are very clean and you cant hear your neighbors, which is great. The front desk ladies, Ashley & Chloe, are very friendly and professional, and not to mention they are a whole vibe. They have great coffee, great snacks and a great 24 hr gym.

I love Lehi Tech. Ashley moved me in and she was so helpful and lovely. I typically come to the office for coffee but typically i come to enjoy the company of the office staff. All the girls in the office are very sweet, resourceful and always available to help. My apartment is my gorgeous and very cozy. I love it here at Lehi!

Edit after living there 1.5 years - Lehi Tech apartments were great for my wife and I. I recently checked to see their reviews and couldn’t imagine they are three star apartments. We lived in unit D522 and had no complaints about noise or neighbors ever. Could we occasionally hear our neighbors? Yes of course but you will in any apartment complex. The maintenance team did an amazing job. At one point we had a wasps nest on our porch, Luis took care of it. Another time our disposal wasn’t working and Luis fixed it within five minutes. Luis was friendly and great at what he does 10/10 for Luis. I see lots of reviews targeting management for some reason. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff here, so I feel as though these negative reviews are mad they had to pay a fee that they didn’t read through when signing their lease. Speaking of fees there are a lot of them, but there are everywhere. You have to do your due diligence and ask for a complete breakdown and see if it in your budget. Our top floor one bedroom had a bad rent of $1,340 and we ended up paying ~$1,750 total. I think this is a price we were comfortable with, even though Lehi Tech doesn’t offer many amenities. The location of Lehi Tech is absolutely unbeatable. That is, if you’re fine with freeway noise and driving down the road to Art Dye Park for any outside activities. We personally loved being right by the freeway, as well as any store and restaurant you could think of. Walmart, Home Depot, Texas Roadhouse, In N Out, and then thanksgiving point is just up the road. Overall we enjoyed our time at Lehi Tech. Do I think we could have had a negative experience if we weren’t in our exact apartment? Possibly, but that can happen in any complex. We are going to have a hard time finding a complex we like as much further north. Original Post - We recently moved into these apartments and have loved everything so far. They are really nice and updated. May at the front has been super helpful.

The staff at LTA is amazing! They helped me get approved quickly and worked with me despite some challenging issues on my side. I appreciate the extra time and effort they put in to get me approved and taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I am all moved in and couldn’t be happier! My place is super clean and nice. Amenities are great. Nice neighbors. Pet-friendly environment. Thank you, LTA staff - 5 Stars! I want to give a special shout out to Ashley as she worked really hard and made my experience easy and stress-free. 😊

Everyone was so fun to work with and super nice! They were very attentive to every part of moving in, and afterwards. They throw some fun parties and get to know you on a personal level. I love the community and the area!

I needed to move back to Lehi and I found the prices here to be reasonable for my budget and proximity to my new job. From my first phone call gathering information through signing my lease and moving in Ashley was very helpful. Her assistance has made the process of moving into my new home smooth and simple.

Ashley was amazing to work with! Under unfortunate circumstances, my plans fell though and had to find a place in two weeks. Ashley made this process so simple and easy! I was able to get keys and get approved after a few days. These apartments are also a lot nicer than the ones on traverse mountain… no complaints! Megan also made the move in process easy and getting keys easy as well. Thank you guys! Lifesavers!!!! ❤️

I love my apartments, the residents are real nice and comes with a ton of amenities. The leasing office and maintenance are always fast and tend to whatever problems I may need help with.

My family met with Tamira to tour a couple of units available and she was fantastic. Answered all the questions we had and made us feel at ease.

Really nice and peaceful community, Ashley was really nice and welcoming.

I'm going on my third year living here, I love it, and I have had no desire to leave and I'll tell you why. 1. Good apartment - good, functioning appliances, washer and dryer in apartment (which is SO nice), decent amount of storage space, not cramped 2. Safety - the buildings have secured access with doors locked at all times. The only way in is with a key fob or your app. I have never felt unsafe here. 3. Management - I haven't had any significantly negative experiences with anyone on the management team. The new property manager Evelyn is extremely nice, very helpful, and very responsive to emails. 4. Maintenance/Grounds - the maintenance guys here are awesome. They are SO nice, especially Luis. They always say hello and they're usually prompt with your requests. Luis replaced my blinds recently and even asked me how they were working for me a few days later. During the winter time, they get outside early and clear and salt the sidewalks for us. There is pest control regularly - I had a random influx of spiders once and the apartment manager had them come to my apartment specifically and put down extra spray to help with the issue, at no charge. 5. Price - I'm telling you, for all you're getting, it's a good price. If you want to live in an apartment with no amenities, have control over your own Wi-Fi and door locks and parking then go ahead and get a cheaper place. But for someone like me who just doesn't want to deal with all that this place is perfect. The fees are not HIDDEN. All fees are in the mother loving contract, which you should be reading because it's a LEGAL obligation that you are putting your name on. I've renewed my lease twice now and my rent has never increased. Cons: - parking is expensive but what are you gonna do. 🤷 girl's gotta park her car - the "smart home" features are really not that smart. You can't even set a schedule on the thermostat, which is pretty dumb. And the company that the system is through is incredibly slow at responding to tech support requests. It's horribly inconvenient and for what we pay to have a "smart" system, we really should be getting something better. - the general office staff email is very hit and miss. I think I get a reply like 40 percent of the time, which is annoying. But if I email the PM personally (which I try not to do unless it's been several days), she is very quick to respond. - the cabinets were super cheaply made. They're not that old and they're already losing nobs and falling off hinges, which is really easy to fix, but they're just really cheap quality. But that doesn't really matter for a rental so 🤷 Side note - I saw reviews saying homeless people live in the parking lot, which isn't true at all lol. I've seen a few wander around in this area, but that's literally just because this corner of Lehi/AF is like that. It's not the apartment complex. And yes, you do see police cars in the area but I'd rather see them working to keep us safe??? It's not like there's gun fights in the parking lot or something. Like, if you see police in the area you should feel safe because they're doing their job lol like idk why that's bad. TL;DR - been here for a long time, good space, good management, safe, read the gd contract, all in all very happy here.

Kinsey Evelyn has made this complex a very comfortable place to call home. My name is Enner and I don't live here but my mother does. Whenever an issue arises the response has been immediate and outstanding. My mother received a complementary Chuck-a-Rama gift card due to the explosive incident that happened last month. The situation was handled in a very efficient and professional manner by Kinsey and her staff. I would rate the with a 10-star review, but Google only allows 5-stars.

I was impressed and touched by the response of Lehi Tech's team today when they had an emergency. Due to an unfortunate incident and accident that was out of their control, they had to evacuate residents in the early morning hours until the fire department could clear the building. The management team was on-site as soon as they heard, arriving before 6 am. They opened the clubhouse so people had a place to rest, provided food throughout the day, and arranged hotels and replacement apartments for those affected. The corporate team at NXT Property Management quickly created a command center to get the resources needed on-site. 15 maintenance personnel from sister properties showed up to help clean and make new homes ready for those affected. Even though it was a chaotic situation, I was amazed at their office's level of calm and kindness today. They care for their residents and their property.

Lehi Tech Apartments is great place to live in. Their homes can be pretty cozy and the staff are great to talk to. The only thing I would change about the place would be their package room and the fact that they don’t have a hot tub. I would love to go chill in the hot tub after work on a winter day, but alas, there is not one for me. Their package room is secure, but it is also unorganized. They do have 5 building to hold mail for, but still I spend a fair amount of time in that room looking for my package. Other than that, great prices and living conditions. I would suggest it to anyone that asks.

First, shoutout May in the management team, you’ll always be taken care quickly with her helping out. We have been living here for a year now and just extended for 6 months before we move out of state and I am always worrying too much about getting things set up with new leases, etc. It has always been a positive experience here and May is the #1 reason why. She is always saying hi, checking in on us when we’re in the office and I have never once had to follow up about anything. I’ve always brought it up, she tells us it will be taken care of and in the same day it’s done. She along with the other management staff has always helped quickly and cares about your needs. Everything about Lehi tech has made these apartments the easiest and most worry free experience 😁

May has been AMAZING to work with! I am moving in this weekend and the process so far has been so nice! We toured a few places, but from the moment we walked into the office and met May, we knew we wanted to move here. She has been so kind from the start, which we didn't get from the other places we toured. She ensured that everything went smoothly from submitting our application to signing the lease. Over the last month, I have worried that I'm annoying her with my constant questions, but she has made me feel as if all my tiny questions are just as important as the big ones! I'm very excited and anxious to move in and continue working with May as we become residents at Lehi Tech!
