We’ve really enjoyed living at Eversage. The location is nice. Close to the freeway but not loud. Management is kind and always willing to help where they can.

I've had such an amazing experience living here so far! The office staff and maintenance are so kind! They know us and our dog by name and always say hello! I've always have 24 hour turnaround times for any maintenance or pest control work orders I've put in. They're very communicative and love to work with you! I love living here!

I have really enjoyed living at Eversage. There are many beautiful places to live around here but we chose these apartments because of the helpful and friendly ladies in the office. They answered all questions quickly and are very kind to people new to apartment living. The grounds are very well kept and is a great place for walks!

Pleasant staff on both the maintenance and front office sides. Clean apartments with no bugs at all. And the price is extremely competitive with the area. Very happy to live here

The two intelligent, beautiful, fun, competent ladies that run Eversage are perfect for their job ! The move-in was flawless except for miner snafoos on the tenets part, (yes that would be me), but that was immediately attended too for this technology impaired tenant. Love it...and no l'm not either of their mothers. 😁

Management (this includes Rich the maintenance man) has helped us with anything we need, and they are very amiable & professional. Maintenence: Six minutes after we called, Mr. Rich had our tub faucet done, fixed and were saying "...have a great day!" I was very impressed! He always takes good care of us, even though he is responsible for hundreds of units. But apart from that, We love the puppy park 🐶🐾, gym, pool area and all other amenities as well! (If you're considering Eversage, rest assured,...now it's ok to come here! ) 😄

Great experience with the apartment and management so far. My only complaint is parking. Unless you pay for it, good luck even finding street parking some days. Other than that, it’s the best apartment I've ever lived in.

I can whole-heartedly recommend Eversage. The location is convenient. The apartments are comfortable. The landscaping is pleasant. The staff are great. I have no complaints, only appreciation for a great experience.

I have loved living here, the community is so friendly. The office is always kind and willing to help anytime, and the maintenance team is amazing at fixing any problems that may happen in the apartment. The landscaping is stunning and the location right off the interstate is very convenient for those who commute for work. Awesome amenities as well, we used the grills by the pool so many times throughout the summer. It was perfect!!

Very helpful staff with application process

We just moved in and so far its been great. The process for renting was one of the easiest I've dealt with. We started looking for places months before we needed it and Jess was super helpful and welcoming when we finally applied and got moved in. No complaints so far, its a pretty quiet community, we dont really hear our neighbors or those above us at all. Haven't tried the amenities yet.

Still have issues of dogs pooping everywhere. Staff is nice.

The people here are super nice and helpful!! This was me and my boyfriend’s first apartment together and Jessica made sure to help us with every step. Such a nice place to live, very well kept and in an amazing location!!

Staff is very helpful and making sure that you are OK as a resident and things are going good very helpful with any questions that are had very entertaining to hang out with absolutely beautiful apartments. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience thus far (5 months). Office staff Jess and Tiffany are both amazing, and personable. They promptly answer questions and are always available, which is hard to find at Apts! Property is well maintained, and maintenance is so fast to respond to requests. Super dog friendly and apts are very clean upon move in.

The staff at Eversage have been very professional, courteous and helpful from the very start. They were great working with me through the initial leasing process which I was worried it was going to be difficult to get approved as I am self employed, but Jessica was great to work with and went above and beyond making sure the process was quick and smooth! It is a nice quiet complex in a good area with quick access to the freeway and to the town of Payson.

Good experience moving in. Staff is nice and helpful. Units are nice and maintained well. Community is peaceful and family friendly. Amenities are really well kept. Great place overall.

All the bad reviews are due to previous management. After new management took over, Eversage has done a complete 180. They were extremely helpful and accommodating my every need when moving in, and even got the exact apartment location I was wanting. They have been amazing at keeping up with pest control and maintenance is fast and efficient. Very happy with my choice of residence.

We have been here about 3 years, recently they have changed management companies. I feel like the change has been awesome and things are much better than they use to be. Would recommend Eversage to friends and family.

I have been here for a year and honestly the new management is such a pleasure because I’ve come across a lot less dog waste on the grass, the doggie bag station is always restocked and the new management is taking action. The main con would be that the teenagers from the trailer park comes and uses the pool and then everyone has to suffer with the pool getting close for others not following the rules but they don’t live here.

Edit: Under new management the maintenance and rules have gotten much better. I'll reserve a comprehensive review until we've had a few months. In the meantime I'll leave my previous review. -------------- tldr: it's a standard pet-friendly apartment with some amenities. As a resident of this apartment complex for the past 16 months, I want to share my experience with others who may be considering living here. Also a survey told me to. I have noticed that there are some negative reviews on Facebook and Google, but I believe that they are exaggerated. While I do have some critiques of my own, I want to begin by highlighting some of the pros of living here. One of the biggest pros is that the complex is pet-friendly. There are pet waste stations, dog parks, and pet-related activities. I have cats so meh. Additionally, the complex is newer construction and has updated appliances, which gives it a modern feel but also means it hasn't had time to wear down too much. The on-site office staff is also a plus, as they are easily accessible and helpful. I've only had good experiences with the ladies in the office. Another great feature of this complex is the amenities available, such as a pool, hot tub, BBQ, and gym. However, there are also some cons to living here. The maintenance team is swamped and it's falling behind, which can be frustrating at times. They don't want you solving your own maintenance problems (which for big stuff is understandable right?) and are pretty firm about it but the backlog is a few weeks minimum and months in some cases (usually HVAC). Some issues are dirty air filters, leftover holes in walls from previous tenants, hard water clogged aerators, some mold in the window tracks, drafty/whistling thresholds (the weather stripping gets worn down from move outs and isn't replaced) and some incidental paint problems from quick patches. Most of it is cosmetic but there are legitimate issues with water damage, air leaks, and bad filters. Additionally, prices are a bit high for the service, honestly speaking. Pet rent + Utilities + Rent is about $1900/mo. We got hit with the rent hike so it's a bit different rn. They've since reduced it again and added a $1K off 1mo incentive so maybe your math is different. For this next part, REVIEW YOUR RENTAL CONTRACT. Don't do anything to violate it. I chose my battles so I would not violate the terms. Your terms will say you need to report stuff like water damage, fire damage, and equipment malfunctions that can cause damage immediately. Don't be dumb. Report the big stuff. I did a few things such as replacing sink aerators/shower heads because of hard water clogging them (it's very hard water). I also patched the pin/nail holes left over, repaired the paint delaminating by the shower, resealed and seated the shower head and tub faucet (there is no PEX bracket to hold the pipe so the nitrile grommet will slide out), patched the existing window sill cracking (window settled and cracked the drywall), swapped the kitchen faucet (original one is a shallow faucet you can't get a dish under) and swapped the thermostat for an Ecobee (insulation seems sparse so a simple thermostat will fight the temperature hard). Additionally when the filters get dirty they'll freeze over. A basic thermostat will keep trying to work for hours and x2 your bill. This is why we swapped ours. I also replaced missing doorstops and closet magnetic latches (rubber nubs go missing from pets and I assume the latched broke off). All swapped items will be returned for the originals of course but just know that the as-is setup could use a few quality of life changes. It's worth noting that the management has changed hands a few times and some apartments have been left in poor condition which I'm sure nukes the maintenance teams schedule. Overall, I hope this provides more information for people deciding if they want to live here. While there are some cons, the pros outweigh them (I think). It's great place to live but there are some things to look out for. Here are some kitty photos to enjoy

My previous time at Eversage wasn’t the best. But with the new management, it seems like they care about the presentation, safety of the apartments. I’ve been impressed with how they have turned it around!

Eversage was recently taken over by new management and I am thoroughly impressed with the difference. The front office has been very helpful with information and requests. The apartments are being well kept and look much nicer! It is a beautiful apartment and close to the highway which makes it easier to get to work, stores, and other locations.

New management has been great, maintenance has been quick to respond to emergencies and everyone I’ve met in the community is nice.

I’ve only been living here a short time but during the management change. Old management seemed a little unorganized and didn’t communicate much. New management has been very kind and communicative. Super friendly and helpful. I love the puppy play area so my dog can play off leash in the little space. 4 stars for just a couple things. The pool was open for one weekend and then closed again because residents and guests misused the space. I understand having to close it for repairs and treatments, but I didn’t think it was fair that the whole community was punished because of a few residents being disrespectful. They remind us that there are security cameras, so I wish they would have punished those that participated in the bad behavior and not the entire community. I understand why, and they had an opportunity to set an example, but kinda stinks still. The only other thing is the dog poop. I have a dog, and I do my best to clean up the poop, but there is always a lot left in the doggy play area and a little bit around the community as well. Residents are supposed to clean up after their dogs, but I don’t see that there’s been any enforcement of that or really how they would enforce it.

We have lived here for a little over a year and have really enjoyed it. The new management is amazing and have been really working hard to improve everything. If I were to have left a review a couple months ago it would have been lower as the old management were nice but not helpful in many of our interactions with requesting assistance both for maintenance and other issues. Overall, we have enjoyed the apartment very much. We like the floor plan (we have a 3 bed floor plan), and the space it offers to us. We love our neighbors and their patience with our loud little toddlers. We have really enjoyed having the hot tub available year round as well as having the playground for the kids to play at. The location is perfect as it's so close to the freeway. Overall, I would recommend living here.

Great place to live, very quiet, good management.

The previous owners had a few issues. But I have found the new owners are open to listen and getting things done. Was not pleased about the pool closing but they did what they had to do and I think things are I. The works for change. They are good about communicating what is happening in the community. So far maintenance is top rate they will keep my praise is the walk ways are free if snow in the winter. Great team!!!!

As of the Spring 2024, Eversage is now under new management and I have been very impressed and pleased by how hard they are working to keep our apartment functioning and keep our community safe and clean. They are very personable and easy to trust. We have even decided to stay here longer because of it! Plus we have a killer view from our place

Resident here for a year and a half. I have enjoyed living here, And now that the complex is under new management I am very pleased at the positive changed.

I have lived here for 2 years and about to re sign for another year. We always recommend Eversage if I know someone is looking in Payson. Super understand and works amazing with their residents. Hope to stay here as long as they will have us!

Our experience at Eversage has been great! The staff has always been helpful. Compared to other apartments we've lived at, Eversage has been better. They respond to our maintenance requests promptly, answered all our questions, and provide professional correspondence. Apartment is nice and modern. Appliances work great. Sadly, some tenants leave dog waste outside of the building. It's not bothersome. Maybe those tenants are lazy, careless or forgetful to bring a bag. But maybe more pet areas outside of each building would help. The Eversage staff has been so nice and helpful. Thank you!

We are so glad they have been so accommodating! The office staff and maintenance workers are so kind and helpful! We love the high ceilings and the sunshine that we get in our apartment.

I have lived here since March of 2021 and this place just gets better and better. Cammie is great to work with!! Very friendly and honest. The maintenance crew does a great job of fixing any issue that may arise(to which I've had one) quickly and efficiently. Thanks yall for making this a great place to live!!

Clean with great management.

My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. This place is great! Kori and Mandi are the sweetest. I loved that you could come to them for any issue and they would handle it accordingly and not make you feel unimportant. They are constantly doing fun community activities (especially before the pandemic) and have frequent drawings to win stuff. Coming home after a long day of work and being able to jump into a hot tub was nice as well! The apartments are built very nicely and are spacious! I can honestly say my husband and I were sad to have moved.

Moved here in January and me and my Fiance have loved it! Up to date apartments with a very friendly staff! Property is clean and has a 5 star feel to it and our dogs love that they get to go on a walk everyday!:)

Me and my family moved here to have some time to relax after selling our home before deciding when and we're to buy our next. This place is just what we were hoping not only are we allowed our family pets but it couldn't be more relaxing here and my girls love love the pool amenitie. The staff is fantastic and makes everything super easy and stress free. We highly recommend eversage for anyone looking for that relaxing stress free living experience.
