I’m very happy living at Odessa Apartments. The managers are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff provides great customer service and responds quickly when I need assistance. The community is clean and well maintained. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience, and I appreciate all the support from the Odessa team. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Max and Jordan have been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire experience at Odessa. They are very approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to help. As someone that relocated from Florida to Utah, choosing an apartment sight unseen was a big decision, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. My apartment was spotless and move-in ready on the day I arrived, and the management team made every effort to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable during the transition. The community itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are great, and the location is hard to beat; it's close to everything you could need. I would absolutely recommend Odessa to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you again, Max and Jordan, for making my move such a positive experience!

I can only speak to my experience as a potential tenant since I have only been doing apartment tours. Max was phenomenal in assisting me. For some reason, my appointment was not on the schedule, but Max went out of his way to ensure that I get a tour of the apartment unit and amenities. He also went over all the available units with me, including all the tiny details that set each unit apart from the others. I also appreciate that Max gave a full breakdown of all the hidden costs with me in an effort to be completely transparent with tenants. He is very experienced and is genuine in wanting to help people looking to rent here.

I really love living in this area and this building!! Maintenance and the leasing office are very friendly and efficient.

I’ve lived in this apartment community for about a year, and renewing my lease was an easy decision. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need. The quality of the construction really stands out. My apartment is quiet, solid, and well‑insulated, which makes a huge difference in day‑to‑day living. The gym is another highlight. The equipment is modern, well‑maintained, and far better than what you find in most apartment complexes. It’s been a great perk to have such a high‑quality fitness space just steps from my door. But what really sets this place apart is the management team. They’re consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s a quick question or a maintenance request, they handle everything with professionalism and kindness. Their care for the residents is a big part of why this community feels like home. All in all, I’m grateful to live here and excited to stay another year.

Odessa has been a great place to live. Beautiful, spacious, updated apartments. The huge windows let in so much light. Being able to park in a covered garage as well as having a bike storage room are major pros. Maxwell recently started as the manager and has been fantastic to work with, so professional and flexible. We would not be moving if we were staying in apartment living.

Moving in was seamless! Brittany is amazing and was so kind. We sent her countless of emails and she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful. The apartments are beautiful and so quiet. We love it here! Update February 2026: The maintenance guys are awesome! They always fix everything I need so fast and they are so nice and respectful in our apartment. They are the best!

Odessa has been a wonderful home! Very clean, with very cool amenities. Frank and Max are awesome!! Super-friendly, professionals, and are always available.

Absolutely great apartment! I have experienced a few over the past 10 years. I love this complex. It’s Safe. Everything is accommodating. Great tenants & great management. They just switched management, both have been fantastic, the past & present. They care about their tenants.. if you’re a single woman, I would move here… Safety in numbers also elevators are a bonus, especially if you’re sick or older….The door are locked outside, so there’s even more safety measures than most…it’s a wonderful complex… wish they had a garden on top…that would be the best! But I’ve had a wonderful experience with the people and the complex…thank you.

This is the best customer service and helpful people . I’m so impressed with The ODESSA at the district leasing office. I made a mistake fill out my papers for housing. They went above and beyond to try to fix it and make it right for me. Wanna say thank you so much for Brittney’s help . I would Recommend these apartments to any of my family and friends. Plus, they’re very nice inside and clean. And Britney is super nice and helpful.

I've lived here for 3 years and I'm so sad to be moving! It's just getting a bit too expensive for me, which given the quality of the space and the location, is understandable. It's been a wonderful experience here. Previous management was difficult to work with, but the new team has been wonderful. The amenities are well worth it (as mentioned in previous reviews, the spa is often out of order, but I never used it and so hardly noticed). There is tons of natural light in the apartments with the large windows, and the apartments are very nice and updated. The neighbors were always great, and the valet trash service was a life saver. I loved living here, and loved the new management! The location is great, and it's such a small, cozy community. Highly recommend living here!

I went to ask about the available apartments and their prices and the attention I received was excellent both in English and Spanish, the person who attended me despite being in the maintenance area and that is not his forte, gave me the tour of the entire property and all the necessary information until the manager was vacated and all excellent. I am just waiting for my lease to be up and ready to move in.

Amazing place, the manager really friendly and professional, the Maintenance staff really helpful and they have everything in order, clean , and they have a plus having someone on the team who is bilingual. Good location, I like a lot .

Odessa is a great place to live. The apartments themselves are modern and have cool smart home features that are nice to have. Jaren - the property manager - was always prompt with his replies and great to work with. I always appreciated how clean and maintained the property was. The maintenance team was kind and a good addition to the experience. I would recommend Odessa to a friend.

Jaren has been a rockstar during my move!! I moved back to Utah from Colorado to accept a new position out here and he was great about getting everything done quickly and he even went above and beyond when we first got keys and it wasn’t up to our standards but he immediately changed that for us! Glad to be back in Utah I would definitely recommend Odessa to anyone that is looking for an amazing place to live and friendly staff.

Jaren is amazing I have never had an attentive manager like him. the community feels like family and the vibe is awesome. Any time I have a question he takes the time to talk to me and explain it so i can understand. You will love living here.

What makes this place awesome is you have a shopping center just walking distance. Jaren and Calista are great to work with. My wife and I love our new place!

The property is adjacent to shops, restaurants and groceries. It's also a short walk to the trails and lake at Daybreak. The management does an excellent job keeping the facility safe, secure and clean. It is a great place to live and at rates comparable or better than many apartments in the area. Five stars.

Everyone has been super friendly and extremely nice since we moved in!

I had an issue with the amount of my rent. But the manager was able to look at the situation and she fixed it no questions asked. Management has always been helpful in answering any questions.

I stopped by to tour this place since i was in the area and the office lady was super nice! Im not gonna move until the fall, but ill for sure come back👌🏼👌🏼

I loved the move-in experience. It was easy, swift, and stress free. They have an accessible elevator and a large cart that made moving my property flawless. The location of the apartment is just perfect. I can walk to the movies, Target, everything basically.

It’s a decent place to live. We’ve lived here two years and have had relatively comfortable lives. Biggest complaints for me are the imitation hard wood floors the apartments have. Best of luck to you if your upstairs neighbor is a heavy-footed oaf that wears their shoes inside their apartment, you will hear them walking around all the time, the vibration will have your ceiling fans rattling. It’s beyond me why the apartment isn’t all carpet besides the kitchen area and bathroom, the carpet obviously would limit the noise to an extent. Also, no recycling. For an apartment complex that prides itself on the “smart home” features, it doesn’t make a lot of sense why they can’t figure out a way to have recycling. I save all my recyclable trash every other week to drive across town to my parents to deposit into their recycling bin lol. Also, Mike the maintenance guy is a true professional and a nice guy. People that live here more often than not always stick to themselves and give each other their space.

We lived here for a little over a year and have nothing but good things to say about Odessa. The apartments are beautiful and upgraded. Sidney and Mike really care about the residents and are super nice and helpful. They always addressed any issues we had right away. We really loved living here and would recommend it to anyone!

Living at Odessa has been great. My wife and I love our apartment. The floor plan is great, the windows are huge and the finishes are amazing. We love being close to The District where we can walk to shopping, restaurants or a movie. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we were promised some things upon move in that were important to us and haven't been completed yet. Also, the enclosed hallways in the south building really smell like garbage most of the time. Aside from those problems which we hope will get fixed, the apartment and complex is pretty amazing!

Great place to live! Sydney and Taylor are really easy to work with and Mike is great at getting things done. Great location, everything you need is nearby.

We have lived here for over a month now and have loved it, the amenities are amazing, the elevators helped so much with moving, there is so much parking, not to mention the leasing agents are so amazing to work with and the maintenance guy is so nice and always gets things done for us! Highly Recommend!

I have absolutely loved my experience living here. Not only are the apartments brand new and beautiful, but the management is seriously the best I’ve ever had. We’ve had a few maintenance requests that have always gotten done by the next day (one was even on a holiday when they weren’t in the office) and they take complaints seriously. There have been noise complaints by other residents and they put out notices about being respectful and allowing others to be comfortable. Someone once hit me in a parking space on the road and they found out who it was within a few hours and got me their contact info. The huge hot tub, gym, game room and free soda are huge perks that have made living here even better. I don’t foresee any issues in the future and my husband and I are thrilled to finally have a place we love living in!
