My girlfriend and I toured Village Park to get a head start on moving later this year, and we had a great experience. Emily gave an excellent tour, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. The apartments are affordable and have everything we’re looking for — definitely at the top of our list!

Village Park has been the single best place that I have rented from in my adult life this far. When we moved out to Utah 5 years ago, we spent a year living in downtown Provo before we were priced out. We then moved to Village Park, where we have been living for the last four years. The best thing about Village Park is the community and it's even better if you get to know some of your neighbors or have friends move in. Much to our surprise after about a year here, we found that a coworker lived here and we then proceeded to all hang out at least once a week. The buildings are old, but they are always working to improve the community, from repaving roads and fixing the curbs, to fixing up the sports courts. The apartments are spacious, especially for what they charge. Our rent never went up more than like $40 each year. The office management is kind and they are always willing to help (but be sure to check your work orders if you go to let the office know about any issues, they are only human after all and may forget). You will be hard pressed to find a healthier apartment community for the value in Utah County. The only downside is that I have to leave.

My son and daughter-in-law live here. We stayed with them for a week and it was nice to see how well the apartment managers were having things updated on the buildings and keeping things clean.

Nuestro contrato terminó en junio, vivimos 2 años ahí y siempre fue excelente servicio, muy tranquilo, daban solución cuando uno necesitaba algo por parte de la oficina de mantenimiento súper rápido el nivel de respuesta. Las instalaciones limpias, Muy cumplidos al momento de procesar la devolución del depósito todo muy detallado definitivamente un buen lugar para vivir los recomendaría a ojo cerrado. Solo que si deberían tener en la recepción personal que hable español e inglés.

They were great in explaining the price and how the details worked. They don’t feel the need to make immediate purchase and were very friendly.

Very kind, nice apartments and they keep the property clean, there is a cute little park, a basketball/soccer court and a small dog park so they are pet friendly , there is a laundry matt on property but you can also rent washers and dryers for cheap.

I couldn't ask for better management and maintenance! My concerns are always met with quick solutions! The ability to communicate so well with them is a huge part of why I've been here 3 years now.

Great staff, especially the maintenance team. Prompt and professional. Great location. Pretty sweet mountain views. Well maintained property. There's a pool, basketball court, playground area. It's definitely a great place to live.

A great location, beautiful complex, and management is kind and helpful! The apartments are well cared for. It does take a while for maintenance to come around, but they always let you know when they are coming

I have been living here for about 3 months. the location is very good, the bus stop is outside the apartments. parking lots are assigned. You can walk to all kinds of commercial premises. that's one of the things that I like the most. villagepark takes care of delivering information and getting it through email or with a note on the doors (which is appreciated because I don't always have time to open emails). the office staff is very friendly. If I have a problem with a repair they are always very concerned and quick to fix everything. something that I would like as a resident is to have a better payment system. something newer like resident portal. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because I would really like the pet areas to be cleaner and remodeled. I would very much like to take my dog ​​to that entertainment area but it is dirty. I know that place has potential. it just needs to be repaired.

Management is great and very interactive. They have been making a lot of improvements to common areas. Apartment is a good size for the price. I only wish our kitchen had a window for ventilation. We had one instance where someone stole something from our patio but I don't think it happens often. Most of our windows don't have screens so we can't comfortably have them open, as we're on the first floor. Overall a nice place to live.

I really enjoy the staff here. They are very responsive and really try to make this complex better for the residents.

I love living here. If anything happens it is fixed in a timely manner. They are always making improvements to the property. It a quiet and friendly place to live. The office and maintenance people are wonderful people to work with. You can't find a better place to live.

Took a tour recently and staff were pretty nice especially the leasing agent Kelly, she answered every question I had. I didn’t end up renting there because I found somewhere closer to my work but this definitely would have been my top choice. Good location with not too much noise pollution from the main road.

Living here has been such a blessing. My husband and I cant say enough good about this place! The staff are welcoming, the grounds are well kept and that apartments are spacious. I love that I feel at home here! ❤

This place is great! My wife and I have lived here for just under a year, and we just renewed our lease! They are making all kinds of great upgrades, making the property really nice. I would say the best part of Village Park is the location. It's super close to a lot of great places, and not too far from the freeway. The office and maintenance staff are super helpful, and way nice. Check these guys out!!!

Literally a beautiful apartment. Parking is sometimes a hassle with no parking spaces often past 10 pm. Manager is the best and helps with anything !

By no means is it the Taj Mahal. They tend to over water the grass and some of the lights are broken for the front doors but I the staff has been friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I've lived here for almost a year and it's been great

We love living here! We had some issues when we first moved in with some electrical issues and A/C problems. They were very quick taking care of it and replacing what needed to be replaced. Very easy to work with and to move into.

We have lived at village park for about 6 months now and we really like it! It's a great price for the amount space you get compared to other places and management is great. The apartments are old, but well enough taken care of. We love that we can have our dog and the apartment has been exactly what we've needed. Honestly my biggest complaint is that they water the lawn too much and it turns into a bit of a marsh in some spots. Other than that it's a great place to live!

Overall it was a great place to live. PROS: - Great location to everything - Comparable pricing to other places - Swimming Pool - The staff were very welcoming and very helpful - They responded quickly to issues - The floor layout for the 2 bedroom apartments was very good. CONS: - Dog poop everywhere (do not step off the concrete walkways) - Lots of flies - My upstairs neighbors were loud (but that is not the apartments fault) - Designated Parking can be pretty far away from the actual apartments. It is evidently not for everyone, but I would certainly recommend it.
