Not intending to move out any time soon. I wish our neighbors would though. Loud music with the base vibrating the floor, barking dog on the balcony. However the Staff is great. They are on top of things all the time

The staff is very nice and when you need a work order done they come on the same day!!

Luis was very helpful and resolves any questions and or concerns that I have! Best place to live!

My experience here has been the most wonderful exciting experience i can hafe everything is close by schools,intersection 215 groceries stores and more leasing agent luis is doing a extraordinary job that shows his professionalism at 100% bilingual and translates everything for people to understand and works around to get things done and marche i cant even say she is the most understandable person I could ever met a another extraordinary property manager and a excellent mentor we can hafe here in the community and for lynn and his team there the most efficient workers he can half flexible and hardworking people marche dont let go this team you got okay 💙

Sandalwood apartments is an amazing place to live. There’s so much included and so many perks that is so amazing. The staff is awesome. They answered any and all questions we had. They make you feel at home and welcomed.

Me gusta este complejo de apartamentos porque la atención a tus necesidades como residente son atendidas en el menor tiempo posible, cualquier arreglo y reparación es atendida por un excelente equipo de mantenimiento desde el fallo de la estufa o el portón del garage y hasta la lavadora, solo necesitas llamar y siempre abra alguien dispuesto ayudar. Las instalaciones siempre están en buen estado, puedes hacer mercado o ir a un buen restaurante solo caminando unos pocos metros, realmente es muy agradable vivir aquí y todo lo que necesites está muy cerca.

An excellent place to live with outstanding amenities, attentive management, and a consistently high standard of cleanliness and quality. It has been a wonderful living experience, and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Sandalwood Apartments is a wonderful community and a fantastic place to call home. While rent is a challenge everywhere, the value here is reflected in the quality of the home and, most importantly, the exceptional and responsive management team. The team has always been helpful, but I wanted to specifically highlight Marchè. She is an absolutely fantastic Property Manager. I had a recent issue with my internet that was causing frustration, and Marchè was incredible. She took complete ownership, maintained perfect communication, and proactively ensured everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Her dedication truly makes all the difference. It's a relief to know you have a team you can count on. I highly recommend Sandalwood to anyone looking for a home managed by people who care.

The office staff are so nice and friendly .

I've been a resident at the Sandalwood Apartments now for over 5 years. The location is incredibly convenient, I never drive/walk more then 5 mins and have access to countless eateries, shopping, entertainment and parks. The units are clean and modern however the best part of the complex is by far the staff. The manager is always willing to take a meeting to discuss any concerns and the maintenance staff are genuinely great people.

This apartment complex is wonderful, the management specifically Marche is fantastic to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a marvelous place to live.

The Sandalwood Apartment Community is wonderful. Great location as shopping and restaurants are close by. Management is great. Marché and her team are incredible and have the best interests of the community and its tenants in mind.

We moved in last month and so far everything has been great to date. The only thing is there is not enough parking for the residents which you are told before moving in. And if you want one you are put on a waiting list. Other than that we love the location which is surrounded by many stores which are walking distance. The management team here has been friendly and helpful as well.

The staff are friendly. The location is amazing! Next to a grocery store, places to shop and restaurants. Its very convenient and off of freeway and Mountain View.

Maintenance and management are great to work with. I recommend living here.

La atención por parte del personal administrativo a la hora de solicitar cualquier tipo de ayuda siempre ha sido excelente y así mismo el servicio técnico al solucionar nuestras dificultades han sido rápidos y profesionales por lo que mis espectativas en lo referente al conjunto siempre se mantienen en lo más alto para ustedes...!!!

We have loved our experience at Sandalwood! Marche and Luis, in the office, are so friendly! Lynn, Tim, and the rest of the maintenance team are the best! They are quick to come fix any issues and always say hello when I'm walking around the community.

I like living here. The staff are friendly. They always say hi when I see them walking outside, especially Lynn the maintenance manager and Luis. The location is amazing! Next to a grocery store, places to shop and restaurants. It's also right next to a BEAUTIFUL biking and walking trail.

About to move in to Sandalwood & I’m really happy with how smooth and accommodating Victor has been for me! Hopefully he gets paid for how awesome he is! Would recommend their service to anyone looking for a place to live that is convenient for shopping, work, & peace!

Sandalwood Apartments has been my home for the last 3 years. I absolutely love my Sandalwood experience so far. It is strategically located to a large number of restaurants, fast food locations, grocery stores, UTA routes and theater. Maintenance personnel are extremely helpful and efficient. Office staff are always willing to help me if needed. I totally recommend to anyone looking for housing.

I’ve been living here going on six years now. Can’t imagine living anywhere else. Peaceful and quite. I just wish owner would clean up after their pets. However, our maintenance crew does a great job cleaning up. I would love to see greener lawns. Never had a problem with any staff members. They are willing to help with any issues. As being a Veteran, I love hearing, thank you for your service. So too ALL the people who keep Sandalwood running smoothly, I say, Thank you for your services. 😎

Hi everyone I would like to do a review for one of my favourite person is Rosa who work in the office we been living in this apartment almost five years n Rosa is a very nice person she is very friendly n very respect to us the way she talk n explane every things to us n she unsderstand thank you Rosa for been a good person n your helping us on everything thank you

The ladies in the office are great. Maintenance staff is amazing. I forgot the young mans name. He helped me hang up my curtains in my living room.
