Pinnacle Highbury

So far this apartment complex has been outstanding! The community is wonderful, clean and not any louder than a neighborhood would be. Most importantly the staff management is top tier! I moved in 2 weeks ago my apartment was unfortunately not move in ready. I wanted them to know about the issue but was assuming nothing would happen of it. I was wrong and im so glad for that. They let me know theyd been having issues with their cleaning company and will be getting that fixed immediately. They offered me compensation for the cleaning I had to do before unpacking. Even went above and beyond and brought me a care basket. Everyone makes mistakes it all about how you make things right and they certainly did just that.

First time in my life meeting a wonderful kindness helpful person like Rio Valiente if needed a place to stay Pinnacle Highbury is the best place for you thank you Rio you put a big smile on my face ♥️♥️♥️

We recently toured this complex and had a really great experience thanks to Diana. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, genuine, and you could tell she actually cared about finding something that would be a good fit for us. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process go smoothly. If the rest of the team is anything like her, this seems like a place that actually takes care of its residents!!Highly recommend asking for Diana if you’re coming in for a tour 👍

Upscale and very spacious apartments. Just moved here and love the setup and location. I toured the apartment, instantly applied, and Rio got me approved within hours. He was very helpful all the way through the process. Glad to be here!

We toured this apartment on Saturday and Rio gave us an awesome tour! He was honest, straightforward, and made sure we understood all the fees, details, as well as the best highlights of the community. We can’t move until July due to our current lease, but because of our experience with him and how informed and comfortable we feel, this apartment is our top contender. It’s also truly a beautiful place in a nice, wide-open, and clean area of West Valley. Thank you Rio!

Rio, gave us an excellent customer service. His kindness and willingness to help us finish our application is 💯 I hope he stays the same on our entire stay at pinnacle. I can see he is very approachable and makes his way to help you with your concern. :) the whole place looks nice quiet and clean.

I lived here at Pinnacle Highbury. For about 2 and a 1/2 years the property manager Kayla, is very nice person not once ever had any issues with her. A very understandable person if you had any. Maintenance issues, kayla what's on top of it would put the orders in and by time you know it, the maintenance were already there. Pinnacle highbury it's around a lot of stores and also schools. Super friendly and polite staff and maintenance team! Clean and safe grounds, clean modern apartments with a beautiful social room, exercise room, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, playgrounds and cabana, personal garage or covered parking available, balconies. I watch the beautiful sunsets from mine! Convenient to major shopping stores, and health facilities. I am very satisfied living here!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have been able to work with Seth here at Pinnacle Highbury. I am used to moving and lease signing being extremely stressful, but from touring to moving Seth was has been incredibly informative and attentive to my situation. I am very thankful to be a member of the community and I look forward to settling in!

My experience started with Seth at the office. Always very polite, knowledgeable and understanding every time I had a question or need. Very professional! All the staff are very respectful and accommodating. Requests are addressed promptly. I love the area, very convenient to stores and adjacent cities. The apartments and grounds are kept clean. With the convenience of a gym, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and playgrounds. Feeling secure and comfortable. I recommend this apartments highly! Great experience!

A very nice community that is conveniently located. Property is very nice with clean units and amenities. Management goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done right and that it is a great community to live in. Kayla is extremely helpful, and cares about the community. On May 27th I attended a baby shower with my family at the Pinnacle Highbury. The event was held in the clubhouse, which had a kitchen, dining area and lounge area with fireplace. Everything was clean and easy to add personalized decor to the mix of cozy ambiance of the space. The office staff present was accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We all had a wonderful time as a result of our interactions. It’s a boy!

I’ve enjoyed living here for the past few years. Seth is very helpful and helps us with any of our concerns promptly. Also the maintenance is always respectful and kind. However there is a lot of dog poop.

Great customer service from both the office staff and the maintenance team. We toured this property and others last weekend and by far this was the best experience. All of our questions were answered. We ran into one of the maintenance techs, I believe Louis was his name, and he told us of nice restaurants to try around the area. We will be looking forward to moving here in the next few months, once our lease is up!

This overall 1 month in has been a great place to live. There have been hiccups such as a leaking kitchen sink causing massive water damage and a full mold check. But they did the necessary things when something went awry which is what is needed in an apartment complex. Kayla the manager is thoughtful and kind. Things can be misunderstood with office staff but is generally great at ensuring information is properly relayed. No where is perfect this complex is definitely not perfect but neither will anything be perfect. We love the parking options with our garage and designated spot. Free parking is somewhat limited but overall if you work odd shifts parking is always available first come first serve. We love the ability to grow in our new apartment thank you Pinnacle Highbury for allowing us to call this place home.

I travel alot for contract work and stay 6 months to 2 years. Pinnacle is in my top 5 places I have stayed in the last 10 years! Great management response to questions and concerns! 5 stars from me.

Cute place to live, love the pool and playground for the kids. Grounds are well kept and management is amazing.

Pinnacle is so great!!! Kayla is so wonderful!! The pool is so big and nice and I’m considering moving there when my current lease is up.

Great apartment complex. Love the gated dog area with cleaning station with plastic bags. Unfortunately some people do not pick up after their dogs. After the rain this area smells pretty bad. Wish the management is a bit more strict about cleaning.

This property is so nice I loved going over things with Kayla she was amazing and helped me so much I can’t wait to get a place here!

Toured a 3 bed place today and the guy who helped us was very helpful. Office is very clean and great location. Close to allot of things.

Very caring office staff and the best maintenance team around. Once you report a problem someone is around with a day or two to fix it. We love living here.

I love living here the Management is amazing! The maintenance team is awesome! It's a little short handed at the moment but they still do a really good job that's the only reason I give 4 starts other wise it would be 5. I would have done like 4.5 lol. They have awesome community parties that my children love! Gabby,Chance and Seth you Rock! I don't know the maintenance guys names but I would name them also if I did. They are so nice , honest, and hardworking. I never worry about letting them in if I'm gone which is a huge relief because I have lived places where that was a concern, not ever at Pinnacle Highbury. It's clean the pool is awesome. There is a nice workout room, for the most part friendly neighbors. Good work Pinnacle Highbury apartments.

Extremely nice office staff always willing to help in any way that they can! The maintenance team is always on top of their stuff and making sure that everything gets done in a timely manner.

I love it here! It's an awesome place. Love the lake and river with all the ducks, swans, seagulls and fish. I see people fishing all the time. I used to think these people were kinda weird but now I think they're smart. These fish seem to know all about fish hooks. I've been here almost 4 months now and have yet to see anyone pull a fish out of the river or lake. And I know there in there I see them all the time . The staff has been nothing but super-kind, helpful, and welcoming. The residents in my building seem very quiet and respectful. It's awesome having a gym and pool on site. The in-unit washer and dryer, walk in closets, balconies, high end appliances and central heating and air conditioning and actual parking garage are all excellent amenities just to name a few. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

The property is gorgeous and well kept up. The leasing staff was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating. The location putting you near all the shopping, dining, and entertainment is amazing. The apartments are spacious, clean, modern and quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. Maintenance is fast and very knowledgeable, Juan went above and beyond to get my ice maker fixed same day. The lake and canal that runs on the west side of the property is beautiful and relaxing. 10/10

Great place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lived here a few years now. Been through it all here at Pinnacle. Theft, crime, violence, pandemics and the shady towingx10. Now!!!!! Finally!!!!!! The Management team hands down is the best!!!!!! You want to come home. Great neighbors too!!!! Community engagement!!! Thank you Pinnacle for hiring caring and loving people!!!!! It means the world as a resident.

i am very pleased on how communitive Mary and her team is. They answered all of my emails on time and i did not have to wait a long time for an answer. I'm really glad that i could do everything from Hawaii and get my 3 bdrm apartment ready for me to move in at the end of July. They have been really really awesome. Great place to live. Love the area, there’s a nice little lake a few minutes away to go on walks and nearby are a ton of stores and restaurants. The staff is always helpful and very professional.

This community gets a 5 star! It is a clean, beautiful property with a gorgeous lake. Their amenities are great for all ages. It's location is central to most needs, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff is amazing as well. They were all very helpful and friendly!
