    I’ve been a resident here for a while now and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. The building is clearly well taken care of — common areas are consistently clean, landscaping is kept up, and the property in general feels well-maintained. It’s the kind of place where you can tell management actually takes pride in the community. The maintenance team has been one of the highlights of living here. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it was addressed promptly and the staff was professional and friendly throughout. No chasing anyone down or waiting weeks for a simple fix. The leasing office has also been easy to work with. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to want residents to feel at home. Whether it was during move-in or handling questions along the way, they’ve always been helpful and approachable. Like any apartment, there are small things here and there that could be improved, but nothing that outweighs the positives. For anyone looking for a well-run building with a team that actually cares, I’d recommend giving this place a look.

    I have never been treated with as much respect and kindness when touring an apartment as I was when interacting with Mel!!! Not only was she knowledgeable and answered every question I had, she was the absolute sweetest and made me feel comfortable with my decision to potentially live in these apartments. I feel as though kindness isn’t seen that much often these days, but Mel and her bright smile definitely made our day during our visit. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to work with us, so ask for her when coming in!!! Thank you Mel!!!!

    I had a great experience touring apartments with Mel! Even though I didn’t end up leasing because it was outside of my budget, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to show us everything, explain all the deals and specials available, and even tried to see if there was any way to lower the rent for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place and not just making a sale. I really appreciated how welcoming and honest she was.     Went to see your apartments for a family member, clean, safe and staff members were very helpful. Kevin, I believe he was a maintenance person was most helpful and made me feel like any of my family needs would be met. They are relocating from out of state, and I feel your apartment would be the most suitable of the five I’ve looked at

    I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is always extremely helpful, and anytime I’ve had an issue or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. It’s been such a great place to live, especially for small families. The community feels very safe, welcoming, and well cared for.     Very quiet, laid back relax apartment complex. As some one with company quite often the outdoor spaces are always clean and impress my guests at the property. Through this last year I’ve had 2 other friends who have moved into the property and they enjoy it just as much as I do. As some one with a larger dog the dog grooming room is very nice and located next to an outdoor playground where my son plays which is super convenient while I deal with that. It’s always super quiet in the halls and outdoor spaces. There’s a trampoline park next door which is great if you have kids and food and harmony’s close by. As far as office staff, by far if anyone is interested in renting here I recommend working with Jeslet Sotelo by far the most responsible and reliable person in the office. She has helped both of my friends get moved into the property. If there is a problem with either the unit or a mail or parking issue she will always respond and keep in touch until the issue is dealt with in a timely manner. Very professional and kind I wish there were more people working in the office like her. Highly recommend anyone applying or living here to ask for her by name when ever dealing with anything in the office to avoid a headache from other staff. Also rent is alittle higher and screening is kinda in depth but it’s very calm quite and the units are pretty nice for what you pay for.

    The professionalism, The care, the dedication of helping others are the main reason we chose Vista canyon apartments, the management helped us get into our place with determination with such a profound manor I’m very thankful for Aubrey on how knowledgeable she was on every question we had, I have a family and it’s hard to find places that are not trying to put you in a corner but with full confidence I recommend with working with Aubrey you will not only find your needs met with full transparency in the process of securing your home for your family. But a sense of care in a person who is persistent and capable of giving you 120% in the middle of chaos of moving. Aubrey in the leasing office deserves special recognition for her outstanding dedication and customer service. On numerous occasions, she has gone well beyond her normal responsibilities to assist me—whether it was helping track down packages or responding to inquiries, even on her days off. Her genuine commitment to residents’ satisfaction and her positive, helpful attitude truly set her apart. In today’s world, that level of personal service is increasingly uncommon, and it speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. I also want to acknowledge Anthony, Kevin and the maintenance team for their professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and thoroughly. The team consistently demonstrates respect for residents’ time and living spaces, and their quality of work has been exceptional. It has a doggie park and spa, pool, a nice club house, and the apartment is spacious and affordable compared to what we were paying. However, Aubrey, one of the leasing agents, made the experience better. She helped make the process go so smooth, easy, and is a great communicator. She answered our answers so quickly and clear, and that made it so much easier on our part. It is a great, clean, and safe area to live at!

    I don’t usually write reviews for apartment complexes, I try to stick to my lane and only review good food, but I had to share my experience. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND—truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind—something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. Anyone considering this complex book a tour and request Jeslet, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

    Eber helped my fiancé and I and she couldn’t have been more helpful! We walked in without having a scheduled time and she was happy to give us tours of multiple units, answered all of our questions, and made our application and move in process swift and easy. We had a very small window of time to find a new place so this overall was much appreciated. We got our keys within 24 hours of applying and being accepted and are enjoying our new spot very much.

I will say the maintenance of amenities I have already noticed is not great, the pool table sticks and triangle are all broken, most to the point of not being workable. And the shuffle board is very scuffed. Other than that, I have loved the personal interactions with Eber and her professionalism. And the apartment we moved in was clean. PLS do something about the amenities, we pay a lot for it. Which Im happy to do if things are usable. So 5 stars for Eber.

She was quick to reply to my your request, easily answered all my questions during the tour and made the application/ move in process seamless. She went above and beyond multiple times as I moved from out of state, she monitored my packages and put them into my unit prior to my arrival. The complex is nice, well maintained, and has good amenities. Overall it’s a great location but the customer service I received is the real reason I decided to move here over the other locations I looked at.

    I lived here for about a year and a half! I drove by and saw the 6 weeks free offer and was intrigued. I just moved out yesterday so I figured it was time to leave a review. The property is very well taken care of, there are so many cute dogs and nice people, I’m gonna miss having the gym right downstairs, anytime I had any issue, Victor the maintenance manager would be there within a super reasonable amount of time and was always so kind to me and my dog! One of my big complaints was that kids would come over from airborne and kind of mess with the property or play around in the gym, which didn’t seem super safe. As soon as I brought it to their attention, they made it so residents who live there with a key fob could get in, which I really appreciated. They did a lot of fun things like bringing food trucks on Mondays in the summer and having resident socials and parties. I also loved having the underground garage because my car was always safe.
