Bridge at The Kenzie

I have lived in the domain for five years, and four of them were at a different complex. I have to say that the management team of La Brea and Sabrina are top-notch. They keep everybody informed of everything going on within the community and their door is always open to listen to anything you need to talk about. They put on events that are fun and bring the community together. Compared to where I have lived previously in the domain, the apartment itself is so much better. The storage in this apartment is what sold me.. Previously, I did not even have a silverware drawer in my apartment and here I have a room for all of my needs. I would highly recommend The Kenzie strictly based on the management staff here.

I’ve lived at Bridge at The Kenzie for some time now, and I can honestly say the experience has improved significantly. The staff is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. A special shoutout to LaBria, who has been incredibly attentive, communicative, and proactive in addressing concerns. It’s refreshing to have a Community Director who is visible, approachable, and genuinely invested in making the property a better place to live. The team works hard to keep residents informed, and it’s clear that they are focused on improving the community. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff always treats residents with respect and kindness. No community is perfect, but it’s obvious that the management team is putting in the effort to make positive changes, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you to LaBria and the entire team for all that you do!

I have been living for 9 years now! First of all I would like to Welcome Labria Wells and Sabrina Bretz to the office! :) I would like to thank Labria Wells Sabrina Bretz and the community staff for all the updated procedures,etc. There is no other management like Bridge at the Kenzie! Took time to bring us goodies from a week ago! This was unnecessary It wasn't your fault at all! I never felt so at ease like I do know! They keep us updated on everything! I feel so at ease with all they do! I can never out of this company! Awesome job!!!! Glad to have you here! :)

We have had a wonderful experience living in this community. The property is always clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. A special thank you to Labria, the property manager. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for the residents truly make a difference. She is always willing to help, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so committed to creating a positive living environment. I lived at the Kenzie for the past 3 years, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The location is hard to beat—being in the Domain means you’re close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which makes day-to-day living really convenient. Last year, there was a big change in management. The building transitioned from Greystar to AMP, and that’s when the name changed to “The Bridge at the Kenzie.” Like any transition, it wasn’t the smoothest at first. There were a lot of new faces, and it was sometimes difficult to keep track of what was going on. That said, right around the time I was leaving, a new Community Director, La’Bria, and Assistant Community Director, Sabrina, stepped in. It looks like the new management is starting to take things seriously, with plans for future renovations and updates—which is definitely good news for current and future residents. I also want to give a big thank you to Cassey, the leasing specialist, who handled all the paperwork. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the process much easier. Overall, despite some downsides during the transition, I’d still recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to live in the Domain. It remains one of the better options in the area.

I had an amazing experience touring The Kenzie. The leasing staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative. A special shoutout to Yosie—she was especially helpful and friendly throughout the process. She walked me through all the details about the units, amenities, and community, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and positive energy really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, the staff made touring the complex a great experience, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right place to live.

Sweetest leasing staff, love them so much

I just moved in to Bridge at The Kenzie earlier this week. The new management team and maintenance teams have been great despite the issues observed from the previous management company. I understand now after reading some other reviews why there was a switch. I had signed a lease with the prior management company as I wanted a nice place overlooking the park and above the tree line with good light and minimal noise, and just before move-in day I was surprised to find out that a new management company had taken over. The new management has been incredible, hospitable, and helped get major issues with the apartment fixed quickly. The maintenance team has been friendly, and immediately took care of my most pressing issue with AC. Overall I think the change to new management will be positive and this place is worth checking out, as the location, ammenties, management team, and maintenance teams are all big positives from my move-in experience.

Living at the Kenzie has been such a great experience! The staff is friendly and the location can’t be beat. It truly feels like home.

Where do I start 🙂🙂.. The property itself is very beautiful and it's located in a very vibrant & social location in the Domain. Needless to say the property sells itself, but what takes it over the top is it staff, from the leasing agents to the property manager. Debbie was very personable and professional and friendly, Needless to say that the property & staff has made my top 3 prospect list... I will most definitely refer this place to co workers & family & friends.. Great job team Kenzie.

Living here at the The Kenzie at the Domain is a wonderful place to live. I can walk to all my favorite shops and the Domain Park. The office staff is always happy to help especially Angela. The maintenance staff is amazing!! I would like to thank Adrian a maintenance staff who rescued my jewelry from the sink drain. I am happy living here :)

The management team is very responsive when I have been unhappy and have made every effort to correct issues I have experienced. The location is great!!! You have access to everything you need and I do enjoy the apartment layout. I feel safe here, which for a single woman, is paramount. Secure parking and secure lobby and gym.

We were met by friendly helpful staff and given a tour of the property. Although we won't be calling this property home I give it 5 stars as it seemed well run and beautiful.

The Kenzie has a breath taking lobby. It’s so spacious and the view is perfect both inside and outside. The location allows you to feel like you could turn any corner and find an adventure. There’s something for everyone. The staff is so fabulous.

I could call this place the heart of Austin, because the location is like the beginning of the Domain. I love the fact that I can enjoy all the amenities this community has to offer from the inside to the outside. The park is really close and the pool area is perfect for get togethers . The manager Debbie and the office staff are so friendly and helpful.

Really loved living here. The public spaces were always kept extremely clean, there were always fun and free events for residents, and the office staff were literally the nicest and most helpful people on the planet. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the floors were pretty thin and you could always hear what the person above you was doing which definitely got annoying sometimes. But otherwise, it’s a great community, amazing building, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend living here.

The Kenzie is in a prime location in the domain...can’t beat it. Love the staff they are always helpful and make my stay here more enjoyable. Samantha, the Assistant Manager has helped me with setting up my resident portal/autopay and always has a smile! Debbie, the Community Manager is always working to make improvements around the community. Fun and creative community events.

The Kenzie offers a welcoming community right in the heart of the Domain. The property is managed exceptionally by an amazing staff who are the most helpful and friendliest group of property managers I have ever dealt with. The leasing manager Kayla went above and beyond during the application and moving process and continues to be a great resource in the building. The other tenants and occupants of the building are super friendly and very inviting. The property is well kept and is constantly being improved. It is on higher end of price but the amenities and location do make it worth it.

I cannot explain how excited I am living here at the Kenzie! Management is great and so attentive! My apartment is beautiful and I love how close I am to all my favorite spots here at the Domain and the events here are so much fun I have never lived in a place that was this interactive and happy all the time!!

Very professional and friendly staff, top tier amenities, and in the perfect location at the Domain. The Kenzie is only a few blocks away from the heart of the Domain, so the best restaurants and shopping are a quick walk away but it's not in the middle of everything where the noise could become a problem. I couldn't be happier!

We LOVE the staff at the Kenzie because they always go above and beyond for anything you need and are so sweet to fury babies ( treats included ;) ) . Sara, Sloan & Valencia make you feel like a part of the community the minute you come to visit. This particular staff is very special y’all . They all work so well together, coordinate fun events, and are always happy! Who doesn’t love happy?! The energy is filled with goodness that’s all I can say, which in turn, creates the best environment for future and current residents. Absolutely LOVE THIS STAFF! If there is an issue, they are on it QUICK! The maintenance staff is AMAZING as well and is friendly but even better, dog friendly ;) ! Brett, Maintenance Manger , knows our dog is vocal and will take his time to say hi to him when he enters our apartment, not to mention when it comes to completing jobs he’s on it! We’re just so happy we choose the Kenzie to live. Located 7 minutes away from our salon and spa, we are able to make more appointments more often and still come home for lunch and a walk with the dogs which the Dog Central Park is located right behind the Kenzie! Prime location for you dog lovers . Highly recommend
