Lived at Allegro for about 3 years and honestly… kind of regret moving out haha. The community is clean, quiet, and really well maintained. Management was always easy to work with, and maintenance was quick whenever anything came up. Big shoutout to John at Allegro, he was always helpful, professional, and made things smooth from day one. You can tell he genuinely cares about residents, that man deserves a raise. If you’re looking for a solid place in the area, Allegro is definitely one of the good ones.

What a rare find! The Management here is truly 5 stars! There's three folks at the front desk, and they are professional, courteous, and honestly good people. It's a safe place, and pet friendly. My cat is very happy, and so am I. Kendra, thanks for making this such a great place to live!

Allegro is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is great, the grounds are well kept, the staff promptly fix anything that breaks or any other issues you bring to them. Quiet apartments in a great neighborhood, 2 parks in walking distance, close to multiple stores, and right around the corner from airborne. Perfect for families.

I have nothing but good thing to say about Allegro. We have lived here for two years and it has been great. It’s quiet and a safe area. The leasing office staff is great and quick to answer. We have had a few minor issues with our dryer but thankfully maintenance was fast and efficient. The parking is great compared to many apartments complexes. Sadly we are moving but if we ever find ourselves back in Draper we will for sure be renting here again!

Simply, Jon (Assistant Manager) and Nicole (General Manager) provided the best moving experience I have ever had. Jon was very responsive, helpful, and caring. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my living situation. He helped me secure the apartment from start to finish. Also, the apartments are quiet, clean, and in a safe area. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any deficiencies. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move to the Draper area.

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. Nicole, the Property Manager, is truly exceptional. She is knowledgeable, strict yet kind, and always understanding. It's rare to find a property manager as good as her. The service maintenance crew, led by Tyler, is the best I've ever encountered. They consistently completed requests the same day. The property is safe, family-friendly, and the location is unbeatable. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live. It was really hard to move out of this apartment. We loved it a lot.

Ive been here for 2+yrs and love it. The staff is friendly and are always on top of everything inside and outside the apartments. The neighborhood is safe and quite with a park down the street as well as little playgrounds on the property! Thank you staff for all you do to make it so welcoming.

I worked with Elyse and she was amazing! She was patient and updated me on the whole process while I was moving to Utah! She answered all of my questions, was super kind during every interaction, and was very easy to talk to! I totally recommend!

First of all, I love living here. It will be a year in February and right from the beginning it has been a good experience. The staff here are friendly and really seem to care about the residents. Whenever I have a maintenance request, (which has not been many or severe) it has been handled promptly and with care. The apartments here have really spacious floor plans at very reasonable rates for the current market. They are simple but nice, the grounds and landscaping are well maintained, and the neighborhood is incredibly safe. Thank you everyone at Allegro for making this such a positive experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Allegro! We’ve never had any issues - extremely friendly and helpful, respond to maintenance requests immediately, never any surprise or extra fees, and everything is maintained SO well. I’ve never lived at such a great apartment complex that’s run so well (and I never review them either but that’s how much we’ve enjoyed it here!!).

Allegro is an amazing place to live. The community is clean and quite and all of the staff is super friendly and professional. We are conveniently located right across the street from a park as well, so the kids love it, and the pool is always the perfect temperature.

I loved living here. We had tons of related neighbors who would get together everyday after work and play badminton and at the playground and willing to include my kids anytime. Unfortunately, a lot of them moved back to India and we had to move also. Great schools in the boundary and bus would drop them off right in front.

The community is so quiet and well-maintained. Management is quick to respond to issues and maintenance gets the job done well. The apartments have a good layout and I really like that all units have laundry and dishwashers. The parking lot typically has enough spots for guests and the mail services are great. The apartments are a bit expensive but unfortunately that's the market's fault. Overall, I've enjoyed living here and will likely renew my contract again.

I have lived here almost 2 years and planning on re signing for a 3rd year. This complex has felt like home to me. The apartments are quaint and remarkably spacious. The grounds and complex are always beautiful, flowers in the spring, routine landscaping and grounds care are always keeping this place in great condition. Maintenance requests have always been responded to in 24 hours and the office employees have always been kind. For the most part neighbors are kind and quiet(it’s still an apartment so you’ll hear your neighbors from time to time) but out of the apartments I’ve lived in and visited, Allegro has exceeded expectations and I look forward to continuing my residence !

I just recently moved in and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. This is by far the BEST property management I have ever had. They respond to work order requests so quickly and always go above and beyond to help you. The community is so quiet, it's perfect. I'm so happy I chose to move in here, and don't plan on leaving any time soon. And no, I didn’t receive any incentives or get paid to post this. Trying to find a good place is hard now a days, so I wanted to help others out!

Maintenance tickets are handled on an high priority. It makes me so confident to stay here for long time.community is clean and beautiful. People inside the community are nice. It's very quiet and calm. Happy to stay here.

I see a lot of complaints here about the management. I don't know if those are old, but I can say in the last 2 years we've lived here, we've received 2 paper notifications that were clipped to all the apartments in our building from the management. The first was in response to a complaint about smoking (which I recall smelling) reminding residents that it is within their rights to fine and/or terminate a lease for that breach of contract. The smoking (as far as my nose is could tell) stopped after that. The second was due to animal waste being found around our building, again citing the breach of contract, requesting that owners take responsibility for their pets. While I was not the one who brought these issues up to management, it was apparent that they were listening and acting to rectify the problems. These apartments are well designed, and priced well compared to others in the area. The lot is well kept and has pleasant amenities. The maintenance team is crazy quick and efficient. We've had them here on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 years. This is overall a pleasant place to live. Editing to add in that the new management contacted me to let me know my renter's insurance was going to expire soon, and that I would need to renew--which was a very considerate gesture. Our first year living here (different management, I believe) we received no such notification, and when our insurance expired were charged a large fee on our next rent payment. While that charge was 100% within our rent contract and keeping renter's insurance up to date is my responsibility (not the front office's) it made me really appreciate the reminder we got this year. It showed a lot of consideration. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. But also, yeah, Google maps makes it difficult to find. I think if you leave the "West" out in "West Galena Park Blvd." it gets you to the right place.

Nice people quiet place

Wow! I am so impressed with the office and maintenance crew. I happen to mention at the mailbox about a dead branch and some garbage in a tree outside our window to the manager Nicole and then went to my afternoon classes came back and they'd already cleaned it up. I was afraid they'd think it was a weird request but instead made me feel important and quickly responded thank you Allegro apartments

I only lived here for a short time but was very happy with the complex. Whenever I needed to pop into the office everyone was friendly and professional. Maintenance requests were completed very quickly. The complex was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The only struggle I had was with spiders and cobwebs, and that was only during a couple months in the summer.

Great place to live. Good neighbors and they keep up with gardening, repainting, upkeep etc.

I have been a very satisfied resident for two full years at Allegro at Corner Canyon Apartment. It was a pretty standard process to get my application in initially, and they performed background checks and took the deposit. I also appreciate the low application fee. While residing there, I have had no issues with the apartment management, and the maintenance team is spot on, all of my issues resolved within 1 business day. The place is slightly older apartment compared to some of the other places nearby, but the shared gym and pool, as well as the BBQ facilities are a nice touch. The parking is also covered, and not garaged (though that is an option if you'd like to pay more). The only reason for my move is that I am now married and preparing to start a family. But for a single person or a couple, I would deem this apartment as a very accomodating place with easy access to the freeway to both SLC and Provo/Orem.

Good management, prompt maintenance, and a good location

I loved the layout of my apartment, I had a one bedroom and even with two dogs it didn't seem too small. The complex was always very clean and I felt safe walking my dogs alone. The office staff were friendly and left you alone which was nice. We had a BBQ on our porch, not because we were using it but because we moved in the day before and couldn't fit it in the storage and weren't sure where to put it.. and we received a letter saying we couldn't use it. We didn't use it, but they were very on top it it. All in all it was a nice place.

Best apartment complex I've ever rented from. Apartment had no major problems, maintenance was always fast to come and repair submitted work requests. Management was always willing to work with you.

I’ve been here for almost a year and rented 3 other apartments before here. I just have to say these are the best apartments I’ve ever rented in my life. They aren’t run down or old and gross. They keep the grounds nice and neighbors are quiet and kind. I feel safe enough to walk alone at night and keep my door unlocked. I don’t understand the other reviews stating that the office staff is rude. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. We will be renewing our lease this April. :)

I loved living at Allegro. I recently moved from Allegro and we enjoyed living there very much. The manager, Leonard and assistant manager, Stevie helped me anytime I needed them. They are very down to earth, friendly, and helpful. The complex is always beautiful and Tyler and the other maintenance staff keep everything immaculate and in excellent condition. Any time I’ve reached out for help they have always quickly responded to me to help resolve any issue I had. The local schools are wonderful and I always felt safe and at home. I will definitely miss my home at Allegro.

I've only been living here a month and yet I'm still so in love with this place. The people who work here are kind, rent is a fair price for what you get, the apartments are beautiful and spacious (even a one bedroom is fantastic), and maintenance is on point! I love my apartment so much!

I'm from farm country myself, and I was nervous about moving here to the city. This was the absolute best apartment experience I could've asked for. I never locked my car at night because I never felt like I needed to, had good interactions with my neighbors, and the maintenance crew was top notch; they would get stuff done IMMEDIATELY. Anyways, we didn't want to move, but our jobs took us else where. Rock solid experience.

Office staff is very informative and friendly. Tyler the maintenance guy is fantastic!! The apartments are nice and quiet. Pricing is competitive with the surrounding apartments.Over all I have enjoyed living here!

I've lived here only about a week but I am loving this place. The staff has been friendly and the apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Spacious with so much storage. Amenities are great too with a nice pool, hot tub, gym and outdoor grill. My only complaint so far isn't the complex but the exit to bangerter highway to the south. It's frustrating and there are few other ways to get out of the area. All in all I would highly recommend this as a great place to live.

I have lived at Allegro for 5 months now and it has been great. The apartments are nice, the gym is actually pretty decent, and the hot tub has been all through the winter. The management has been surprisingly really good to work with and accommodating. They worked with my roommates and I pretty well so that we can bring in separate checks at separate times as we "split" the rent. Overall its been a great experience.

I loved absolutely everything about this apartment complex. The staff is very nice and helpful. The complex is clean. Very quiet area. Big apartments! I would almost day these are condo looking/feeling apartments.

We are moving out this week so I can be closer to work, but if given the choice I would stay here another year. We had a 1BR 1 BT apartment and liked it quite a bit. ----------- PROS ------------ I actually had great experiences with the staff. Was a bit surprised to read negative reviews concerning them. I made sure to stay communicative with them and do my due diligence as a tenant (paying rent on time, being knowledgeable about the regulations for the complex, worked with them about 6 weeks in advance of move out) and had no issues with them. They even put in extra effort to help accommodate us for an oddly-timed move out. I loved the apartment. Everything was in good working order, and if there were any issues it would get repaired same-day or next-day. I thought it was a decent value for the area as well. Now that the construction is done across the street, the location is even better. Freeway access is great, and you aren't more than 1 exit away from most anything you need. Quiet area with a great nearby neighborhood. The gym and pool are nice. If you are heavy into weight lifting or something, the gym isn't the best fit. But it does offer good cardio options and at least basic weight items. It's on the better end of gyms from the 5+ complexes I've looked at south of Draper. ----------------CONS--------------- I only really have two possible cons for Allegro. The first being the Internet and water fee. The options for internet here are either Centurylink (which I'm not a huge fan of) or two options through the complex. I don't remember the prices exactly, but I believe it was $40 for limited internet, and $50 for unfiltered internet, both of which were "shared with the complex" so it could "slow down at peak times". I went with Centurylink and got a bit higher speed for less money, and it wasn't shared. I don't have a reason to use/not use a filter really, but it just seemed weird to me to charge more for full access to the internet. Perhaps they've changed this since I moved in a year ago though. The "Draper Water Fee" I don't understand fully either. The only other con is subject to any apartment complex really. You will always be at the mercy of the people who live around you, share a wall/ceiling, etc. We generally had a good experience with this, and had good interactions with the people we met here, but there were a small number of times where we had noisy neighbors, dog droppings left on the grassy areas, etc. Overall, I would recommend this complex. Not sure why some of the reviews are so hyper sensitive about birds and other things. We've looked at quite a few complexes recently (5-6+) closer to my work and if Allegro was closer to my job I would totally stay there.

I've been here for a year now and just renewed for another. Having lived in quite a few apartments over the last 10 years I'd have to say this is one of the better ones I've been in. There good and bad sides to every apartment community and Allegro is no exception. Pros: The staff is really very helpful. The complex, like so many others, belongs to a parent company so yes, there are a bunch of rules/regulations and strict deadlines for things but that is pretty standard anywhere. They are more than willing to work with you within the confines of those handed down rules. The community itself is really quite nice - great landscaping and like most complexes, there is a very nice pool/hot tub and gym available which is kept clean and nice. Repairs happen fast - if you have a problem in the apartment, you report it to the office, it gets fixed within a few days. Anything from a broken window screen to completely replacing an appliance to just moving where they install your Ethernet port (if you are using their internet). Cons: Animal droppings - The previous reviewers have mentioned dog and bird dropping issues and they are correct. If you see someone not picking up after a dog you can report them and the owner will be charged a fee but it takes people reporting it to stop the problem. At times the grass outside can become completely unusable due to the issue. There are a ton of birds here and the staff has done what can be done - wire netting around openings to prevent nesting, spikes on roosting areas, etc but there are areas that you just don't want to park a car. Animal policy - this is a pet friendly apartment complex so there is nothing preventing you from having someone with a couple of dogs living above you which can be very noisy. Odd Layouts - The floor plans are nice but in some ways very odd. You may end up with a super large master bedroom but fairly small rooms elsewhere or your kitchen can be right in the middle of the apartment or have a second bathroom that is almost twice the size it really needs to be. This isn't deal-breaker level odd, but just something to keep in mind. Overall - I really have enjoyed living here and plan to do so for the next several years. I have recommended the place to friends and would do so again. The rents are reasonable for the area and the construction mentioned in the posts above should be finished here in the next few months so that is really not an issue.

My wife and I have about 1 more month before we are moving out, so I thought I'd leave a review. Overall, the apartment has been good (though a little pricey). It seems that many people have had negative experiences with the staff, but they have been okay for us. We once received a letter for hanging towels out on the balcony, but we took them down and that was it. We needed things fixed in our apartment twice, and both times had no issues (fixed the same day). A few things: I heard that the internet they provide sucks, so we get ours from century Link (38 bucks a month). The rooms are not smoke free, it seems. Although my wife and I don't smoke, the people who lived in the apartment before us did, and we had to get rid of the smell. We cannot hear the train from our side of the complex - even when outside.

Excellent place to live! Very family friendly and beautiful landscaping! They have playgrounds for the kids and lots of open grass space. Management is very friendly and extremely helpful even after you sign a lease with them. They continue to help unlike a lot of apartments that put on a show to get you to sign then turn horrible. These guys were great from beginning to the end! Move out was a good experience they didn't try to rip me off on anything and my deposit was returned very quickly. I even left a item from my wedding when we moved and they pulled it aside and saved it for me. Most places would just toss it. Maintenance was really good they came quickly resolved any issues and made sure i was happy. They are a tad pricier than other apartments but it is worth the extra money. Nice area very quiet and peaceful at night!
