The Meadows at Park Avenue

I am going on 3 months of living here and absolutely love it…..From the amazing property manager, Yuliya, to the song of the birds in the mornings, beautiful views of the mountains and not to mention it’s quiet, dog-friendly (ESA friendly), people-friendly and an atmosphere where you will feel at home. The pool is relaxing and a 24-hour gym with rotating stairs, treadmills, free weights, a Peloton and a cable machine. The gym is small, but it is never being overloaded with people at any one time so choose your time wisely. I love it here.

Well maintained, professional management, and lots of privacy. Apartments are roomy with modern feel. Accommodates pets. Felt very safe when walking dog at all times day and night.

I truly enjoyed living at The Meadows at Park Avenue. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and I always felt safe and comfortable. Yuliya and Peyton were consistently kind, helpful, and often went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Danny handled maintenance issues promptly and professionally, making sure everything was taken care of with care and efficiency. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quality apartment that truly feels like home.

My 2 bedroom is great and roomy. I love having a fireplace. The pool\jacuzzi area is large. Jacuzzi open year round. The grounds feel safe and are very quiet after 10pm. The few times I've needed maintenance requests fulfilled, Danny has quickly handled business. Staff are always there to answer my questions\concerns. I like being able to text with the office directly and pay rent fee free online. 2025 Update: 3rd year here and I'm still enjoying my residence. No rent increase this year so that was great. Umbrellas added to the pool area are a welcomed addition.

Been living here for almost 2 years and I love it! It’s a nice area, the homes are nice and management is great. Special shout out to Sydney (who may not be at this location anymore) and Danny from maintenance, they’ve always been so kind and helpful!

Peyton was great and very helpful the time of our move in and other inquiries. She make sure the process is smooth and takes extra miles to assist us which I truly appreciate. Danni in maintenance was doing his best when the unit need some works. The community here is great & quite. Mainly the unit that I’m renting ,it’s really nice place but there’s no quiet time.it’s so noisy 24/7 due to poor insulation of walls and thin windows!! You can clearly hear all of the car passing thru within the whole unit and being in main road location doesn’t help. A little upgrade particularly on windows might help to reduce the vibrations coming in. it’s been tough everyday to get some proper sleep in this unit. Carpets and Blinds are beat up. Appliances are outdated but still works. For this 4stars considering every aspect’s , will updated in few months later if there’s any difference.

The staff here are simply the best! Everyone is so nice, and our maintenance guy is always quick to take care of our requests. We absolutely love it here!!

This has been a great place and the management has been wonderful. Update for 2025 - It is still nice and pretty quiet but, the Internet service you are forced to use is absolutely terrible. It disconnects very frequently and makes it hard for someone to work from home. Due to this I'm moving my review to 4 stars.

I moved in just under a month ago and I’m so glad I chose these apartments! Yuliya and Peyton have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Before my move in I primarily worked with Yuliya to set everything up and she went so above and beyond to help me. It’s also the first time I’m moving out on my own so I had a lot of questions that she was happy to answer. The staff here really are amazing! The actual apartments are great too! Very spacious and so much natural light. The grounds themselves are quiet and clean. Love that these units also come with your own personal garage. Maintenance is amazing here. I had my heater go out, and they sent them out immediately to fix it. As for more details about noise etc. over all the complex is very quiet, especially after 10/11pm. If you have a unit closer to the road you’ll hear some road noise, but it comes with having so many windows. It’s easy to ignore and well worth it to have all that natural light. The one bedroom units sit above the garages, so you’ll hear them open, but again, well worth it since you get a garage too. It was noticeable at first because I wasn’t used to it, but much easier to drown it out now. The walls themselves seem to have good insulation, so that does help with noise. Overall definitely a 10/10!

I have only been a resident for a few days, but from the very beginning of my interest in this community, Yuliya and Peyton were extremely friendly and kind. Poor Peyton answered soooo many of my questions, sometimes more than once haha and she was very patient with me and never seemed frustrated with me. They were very understanding of my concerns and reservations of going from a homeowner, back to being a renter with dogs. I can say with full confidence now that my original concerns are no longer an issue, because these two lovely ladies have put them all at ease. I love my apartment! And I love how safe and comfortable it feels. I’m very happy with my decision to live here!

I lived at the Meadows at Park Avenue for nearly 5 years. I began in a one bedroom just on my own then moved into a two bedroom for the last two years. If our work wasn’t moved so far north we would have stayed at the Meadows until we were able you build. The office staff has changed around a few times in my 5 years living there, and I can’t say anything negative about any of them. Dan, the maintenance guy, was there the entire time and when we moved I asked if we could bring him with us because he knows his stuff, is quick to respond and always friendly. When I moved into each of the apartments I lived in, the units were clean to the point of almost looking brand new. When we moved into the two bedroom the entryway from the garage smelled like cat urine as did the guest bedroom. The manager arranged for the carpets to be cleaned again for the issue. It helped a lot in the guest bed but the stairway still smelled that way occasionally. I would give this location 10/5 stars. I miss it already. I literally cried after we handed in our keys! I truly loved the Meadows at Park Avenue!

This place is amazing, angel is so kind & welcoming. I definitely recommend renting here! Could have not had a better experience apartment shopping with the meadows, angel provided all information, fees and details very clearly as well!

It's not just business... it's personal. After two decades, I'm back living in an apartment. I was apprehensive about what it would be like. But from the first time I met Sydney, the Leasing Agent, I felt like this was the "right" place. The entire process of applying, approval, and signing the lease was professional and friendly. Actually, that has been my entire experience here at the Meadows... Friendly and Professional. I had a billion questions, and Sydney was patient and thorough in answering them. She was remarkably prompt either in texts or emails. I also met Suzanne, the Leasing Manager, and she was equally efficient and helpful. It's clear that she has a solid training program and sets a high bar for her employees. The floor plans are thoughtful. My 29-year-old daughter who is an interior designer kept saying, "WOW" when I gave her a tour of the apartment, the quartz counter tops, the crown molding on the cabinets, the wider craftsman trim work (she notices things like that), all met her high standards - LOL. Finally, I had a minor maintenace issue with the kitchen sink after I moved in. I sent in a request, and it was completely fixed within 24 hours. I could not be more satisfied with my choice to move to the Meadows!!

We called maintenance. They sent a guy quickly to resolve the issue. He worked hard and was very pleasant. Very impressed so far with the staff and Town Home at the Meadows.

Have lived here 3 years and love the community, it's always well maintained and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Haven't had many issues or problems but when I have they have been resolved very timely. Thank you so much Jade and Brittany for taking such good care of property and the residence, you guys are awesome!

I love the open layout of the homes! The management and team is so amazing!

We've been here for a couple years. The office management is great. Any maintenance has been addressed quickly. Snow removal is slow to be completed and sometimes parking is full. Overall it has been a great place to live, safe and quiet.

We love the Meadows, the pool and hot tub amenities are our favorite. The building manager is friendly and maintenance is always available to help if needed.

I've lived here about 2 years. The office is very friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The community is safe and secure. They''ve added extra measures for security. The floor plans include high ceilings. I enjoy the smaller complex. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. The neighbors are nice. I would recommend The Meadows if you are looking for a high end apartment experience. Yes, the units are priced on the higher end, but the price reflects the beautiful units and community;

I had some connection problems with my internet and satellite TV when I moved in. The office staff went above and beyond to help me get it resolved in a timely manner!

We love living at The Meadows! We have been here for about a month and haven't had any complaints. Jade and Brittany (management team) are awesome and know all the residents by name - they make you feel welcome! Just to show what type of managers they are, we had a larger package delivered that didn't fit in the mailbox and they send a quick text letting me know that they put the package in our garage for us since I wasn't going to be home in time to get it from the office. They really know how to manage the complex and it's been great having excellent management. It's not something you find at every apartment complex. The community is also pretty awesome as well. Everyone we have met so far has been friendly and nice. Dog owners are pretty good about picking up after their pets. The apartments are pretty silent - we never hear our neighbors which is really nice. Overall, it's been great living here so far! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment complex to live in. - Elaine and Tanner Chambers

These apartments are nice and spacious, with attached garage. Thankful for Brittany the apartment manager for all her help, and making us feel welcome. Looking forward to exploring Riverton and surrounding area.

I love the garage and windows! Whenever anything is a problem the response is immediate. The people are positive and cheerful!

Overall great place to live. Apartments are nice and well managed. Nice spacious common area with pool and Playground. Only Two complaints: 1. The Mandatory $145 a month TV subscription. 2. Rent is raised $100/month every year you re-sign your lease.

My family and I had a great experience. we lived here for a year and Jade and Ashley were so nice and very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend these apartments and townhomes to anyone. We lived in the townhomes everything was gorgeous, the property was always kept cleaning and maintenance was always on top of checking that filters were always changed and alarms always worked properly. We only moved because we moved out of state. Thank you Jade and Ashley for being a great part of our experience in Utah.

We made a maintenance request and it was completed the same day. We are very pleased with the service and kindness we receive from the office staff here. The apartments are very nice and spacious.

Quality apartments, great management, feels like home. I love that it is right in the center of everything too. Quick drive to most things.

Really a Great place to call home! They really are luxury apartments,super nice inside and out! Ive lived here for a few months now. And have loved it since day one! Its well maintained the neighbors are great and the people that work here are awesome!! The girls in the front are very professional and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I give it a 10 out of 10.

The Meadows at Park Avenue has been wonderful! Ashley and Jade are fantastic and have helped us feel right at home. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision to live here.

Jason the maintenance man who is on the property Mon - Fri, 8-5, is always extremely helpful and does it in a timely manner. I had an after hours issue and the option to reach the after hours maintenance was a non-working number. The 5 star rating is for Jason, I give a 0 star rating for after hours maintenance.

Soon to be new home!! Great upscale floor plans, lots of amenities, and close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and more! Ashley has been so helpful in showing me around, answering questions, and making me feel part of the community already! Read other great reviews about the management here and I agree!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the meadows at park ave. I have lived here for a year and a half and cannot think of one complaint. Jade and Ashley, the office staff have been absolutely great. Always answering any questions, helping provide solutions for any situations, and without fail asking if there is anything else they can possibly do for me. To not have intentions of leaving anytime soon makes living a lot more enjoyable. Meadows at park ave. staff your hard work is appreciated.

The Meadows at Park Avenue are a great place to call "Home". The maintenance and office staff are always so friendly and so quick to respond to any complaints or issues, greeting you with a smile every time you stop by the lobby. We have been residents at The Meadows for a year and half now, we have loved our time spent here and will always recommend it to others.
