    Fees & rent

I lived here for 3 years and recently moved (for husband's work). I have rented for over a decade through college and young adult life, this has been my best rental experience to date! When I first moved in, I changed my mind about being on the first floor and they let me switch apartments without difficulty or charge. Also, their maintenance is the BOMB. They are so quick at repairs and leave notes to let you know what they did. I've never waited longer than a day for repairs. Once my AC went out in the summer and within an hour they were looking at it. Also they keep the grounds so nice and clean! They are reasonable with deposits and did not charge me for the few nail/screw holes I left behind. It was also the first time in my rental history that my lease offer did not increase upon renewal. No extra bogus fees either. I can't say enough good things--I miss living here!

I lived at Adagio Apartments for 3 years and overall had a good experience with minimal issues. The service team is pretty quick to respond to repairs, and the staff does a nice job with cleaning and landscaping. I especially appreciated how well snow removal was handled in the winter. The community is also pet-friendly, which is definitely a plus. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The main level could benefit from ramps instead of only stairs—there’s minimal wheelchair access, which made it difficult to get to my apartment without going around multiple buildings. I also think better fencing around the property would help deter theft. Parking is another issue, as people leave their cars parked for months without moving, and the complex doesn’t seem to enforce towing rules. Despite these concerns, it was a good place to live overall, with mostly no drama.

    Management responded

Thanks for your review, Kelsey! It's so nice to know that your years of residency were a great experience and that you found our team to be very helpful. This is useful input - especially spotlighting where we can further elevate the community. We'll take these notes to heart as we want to ensure that the community is a five-star property across the board!

I was so excited to move into these apartments over a year ago and I was not disappointed. From the application process to our move out, we had a wonderful experience. Staff was always friendly, and sent out frequent reminders to keep the community safe and clean, maintenance was quick to address issues, and amenities were well maintained. We were very sad to go, but ultimately had to move out to help family. If you’re looking to rent in Draper, I would definitely recommend.

    Management responded

Hi Jesslynn - thanks for sharing that you have been blown away by the community and your experience! We're so glad to hear this and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Wishing you the best in whatever is next for you!

This has been a really great apartment complex. The staff are super friendly and the maintenance crew is awesome. Plus, when it came time to renew my lease they barely increased my rent. That was a very pleasant surprise. If my income hadn't changed, I definitely would have wanted to stay here another year.

  • ★★★★★Oct 2023

In my past experience with renting, whenever a problem with appliances, plumbing, heating/air conditioning would occur I had issues with past landlords getting the problems addressed and fixed. Living here at Adagio Apartments I've only had 1 plumbing issues so far. I called in the front desk letting them know and they made a work order to come out the next day and check it out. The next morning maintenance came over and found the problem and were able to fix it right there with parts they already had on hand. It's great to know these guys take care of their tenants and making sure their Apartments are being taken care of properly and quickly.

I moved here from across the country and McKenzie was great to work with. She made the process smooth and simple. The apartment was clean, a free covered parking space was included, and it’s very pet friendly. We had a couple of minor maintenance items that needed to be looked at and they were fixed quickly. Location is incredibly convenient and there are a lot of parks, trails, and misc activities nearby. Overall, 5 out of 5.

Okay so I’m mostly posting this to see if anyone else has had this problem. I live here and my boyfriend had parked his truck on the back row of the complex and it was stolen a month after he bought it. Unfortunately this complex has no surveillance of the parking areas. Aside from this, I do love the area, and maintenance is always so easy to work with. Everything that needs to be fixed is fixed within a few days at most.

I honestly love everything about this place. The maintenance crew is top notch, fix things real fast. The women in the office are beyond kind, professional and helpful, they’ve ditched late fee’s for me several times. Everything is kept clean. People are respectful.

Well maintained, clean 2-story apartments; interior has some things which are dated: lighting, appliances, cabinetry and flooring could be updated. Does allow pets for a minimal fee; my building and surrounding building neighbors are friendly and respectful, love how everyone gets into decorating their patios for holidays and seasons, hot tub is open year round. Spacious living areas and green park like areas with trees, duck pond; good access to I15 and close to several shopping areas, grocery stores, restaurants and outdoor recreation activities - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Built in the late 80's, things do breakdown, however, they have taken pretty good care of the place considering. You have wide open spaces, good and considerate maintenance and office staff. Close to freeway, major shopping. Reasonable rent, accepts most pets. "Stuff" happens here as it does elsewhere. All in all I like this place, may not be for everyone, but I 'm fine here.

For the location and overall amenities the rent price is great. The landscaping is maintained well. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had a small caulking issue when I moved in and the maintenance team fixed it within 24 hours. I haven't lived here very long but so far it looks like a good choice. I work in Eagle Mountain and the close proximity to Bangerter and I-15 makes this a no-brainer. The view of the mountains from my unit is amazing, PLUS we're right next door to the Draper splash pad, dog park, and playground. If you have kids and/or dogs this place works out great. My kids are too young to swim but the splash pad provides a safe alternative. It's all across the street with easy access. Channing Hall (private school) is also across the street and offers free Kindergarten. I'm sure there's more that I'm missing but that's the gist of it. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Lived here for a year. At move out they did a walk through with me and didn’t charge me for minor things, it was very reasonable, they even prorated the days when I left early. Maintenance staff was responsive and quick to fix things, and the on-site pools and gym were well maintained. I wish that every move out could be as hassle free as this one was.

If you want an accurate understanding of the experience at Adagio, go and tour the apartments yourself and experience the great customer service from Shantel and any other staff/management at Adagio! All the helpful reviews below will give you a pretty good feel for what to expect: pet-friendly, beautiful landscape, always cookies, water bottles, 24-hr gym access, pools—yes, two of them! They have a stream that cuts through both groups of apartments, sometimes not enough parking when some annoying landscape vehicles park there for days, good pricing by comparison, real close to the freeway, excellent service by maintenance crews, they use an app for apartment payments, there’s a big park, dog park, and water pad nearby, the staff are always focused on being helpful for their potential and current clients, the floor plans are pretty clear, the address stuff takes some time getting used to, there’s a diverse community within Adagio from all around the world, there’s a playground, volleyball court, and fields within Adagio, they have a small work space you can use, they’re pretty clear about their expectations—especially when going through COVID-19, they cared about anything we talked with them about, they were super helpful and friendly, the grounds are really well kept, they listen to you, we recommend a garage for parking and extra space (they have a lot of space in the apartment as-is, but it was helpful for us as a family of 3. You will be able to hear the families below you and next to you on each side, unfortunately—like, the sound is muffled, but you can hear a good amount unfortunately. They also have a great referral bonus! Go for it! If we had the choice to, we’d go back in a heartbeat minus the situations with parking, semi-thin walls, and the pet fee being fairly expensive. It’s best to visit than to rely on the really unhelpful, unspecified reviews that were emotionally written with no more than two sentences. You’re gonna have SOME things you don’t like. Hopefully this helps you make your well-informed decision!

One of the best places to live in Draper. Very specious apartments, lots of green areas, in fact it is the only one that offers so much green areas for pets, for kids and a gorgeous pond for wild animals.Pretty quiet and secluded. The views around it is breathtaking! The office and mantainence crew are friendly, professional and keep that place immaculately clean and presensentable. A great thanks to mantainence crew for all their hard work. I highly recommend this place for living.

I lived here for almost 5 years. Hands down I would recommend Adagio to anyone looking for apartments in the area. The maintenance staff was fantastic and they’re full time on-site 6 days a week. Any time I needed something it was done, at the latest, the next day. The staff was great and was always helpful...even with undesirable things such as my dog damaging the carpet. They were always fair, helpful, and very kind. I feel like they deserve a better rating but chock it up to the fact that more people leave reviews after bad experiences than good.

I was disappointed to see that Adagio only has a 2.7 rating. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years, and Adagio, is hands down the best! We could honestly, not be happier with our apartment, location, grounds or management. It's not often that you find a management team that has any sort of longevity. What I appreciate most, is that the property managers are out on the grounds frequently, maintaining the cleanliness. All of the maintenance staff is so nice, quick, and polite. I don't have anything bad or negative to say about Adagio! We love our home & everything else about this community.

Hands down some of the most swiftly on time work done through service calls. Had problems with my HVAC unit (a/c).I called them around 3 and the issue was resolved when I came home from work. Outstanding performance and resolved in a timely manner. I've been residing at these apartments for almost a year and have nothing but positive remarks with this apartment management. Two thumbs up for sure!

    ParkingNoiseCleanliness

All apartments in Utah (and maybe anywhere?) are plagued with the same issues: Not enough parking, noisy neighbors, overflowing trashcans, etc. Adagio is no different. That said, it is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived at in Utah (lived here for almost 2 years). I found management to be more helpful, understanding, and polite than other places I've lived. The location is convenient (although I wish there was a south entrance to the complex), and the pond/wildlife is beautiful. My biggest complaint has been they water the lawns WAY too much (and we pay for that!) and there is insufficient parking for residents, let alone guests if you're trying to host even a small get-together. Personally, my apartment was in good working order and all maintenance requests were dealt with satisfactorily within 24 hours. Adagio is NOT budget living - the rent is high. But I felt that the quality of my apartment as well as the beauty of the surrounding area made it worth it. I would recommend Adagio to others.

My mom and I have lived here for about 7 years. It is amazing! The apartment is so beautiful fresh and nice we love it. The staff is also awesome, they always fix maintenance immediately upon request and leasing agent Andrew has been awesome to us. He's worked with us and been a good friend and every month we turn in our rent is super personable and nice. I would recommend adagio! I love the pools and hot tubs and easy freeway access!

I love Adagio. I've read other reviews and never experienced any of those problems. Been living here since December of 2016. The apartment is clean and there are no stains on the carpets and the paint is clean inside and out. We get our own water heater, which is awesome. The office people are super nice and scanned some items for me and emailed them to me (because I don't own a scanner). Maintenance have always showed up next day and are in and out and do good work. Yeah you have to pay for cable whether you like it or not and parking can sometimes be annoying. But I've never had to park too far, and we have a one car garage with a remote opener, so at least my girlfriend always has a parking spot and never has to brush snow off her car. Our dishwasher works amazing, I used to be religious about scrubbing all the gunk off before putting them in, but this one removes everything, which is really impressive because it's not the newest. Heater works well and a/c blows cool. I like the alarm system that beeps when the door is open and the light turns red if the door isn't closed all the way. Apparently it can be armed to go off somehow but I've never bothered. Smoke detectors work well too(i know because I've set them off while cooking) and our fridge works SO well that I've had to turn it down on several occasions because my milk kept freezing. But I figured out the right temperature. And I'm a really light sleeper and I've never once needed ear plugs because it's quiet here. Maybe I got lucky and got quiet neighbors, but I'm grateful either way. Me and my girlfriend love it here and plan on renewing our lease. Too many people only leave reviews when they're mad, and not enough when they're greatful. Thanks Adagio

I lived here for a little under 2 years, from 2015-2016, in a 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit with a wood-burning fireplace. The location is great - maybe 2 minute drive from a Harmon’s grocery store and the freeway entrance (there are sound barriers so the traffic noise isn’t an issue), and 5 minutes away from a Smith’s and a shopping center with tons of restaurants, a TJ Maxx and Kohls. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and there is a gorgeous park right across the street. Washer and dryer and a garage or covered parking space are included in the rent. I would recommend choosing Adagio for a number of reasons, highest among them being the staff and management. The office staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful and the maintenance crew is SO fantastic - really nice guys, always quick to respond and every issue was fixed right the first time. And they never made me feel dumb when I called for stuff I could have easily fixed myself (I locked myself out of my bathroom, all it took was sticking a pen into the doorknob but I had no clue. They came super quick, unlocked it and laughed with me about it). I am beyond happy with how we were treated while we lived there, and I’m so impressed with how great the staff was when I was ready to move out. I bought a townhouse and ended up being ready to move out 2 months before my lease was up. I fully intended to just pay the two months to finish up my lease, but they were able to get my apartment move-in ready and rented out within about 10 days of me surrendering the keys. Not only did they not charge the usual nickel-and-diming move-out fees (replacing stove pans, carpet cleaning, painting, clean-up, etc), but I actually received a refund for the first time in over a decade of renting apartments and moving about every year and a half. I did try and do a thorough job cleaning up after we moved out, but I’m sure it wasn’t perfect. I’m sure my situation with the move-out is unique, but I believe having a good rapport - being polite and friendly to the staff while I lived there, paying rent on time and leaving the apartment in good condition - went a long way towards having a positive experience from move-in to move-out. The only real drawback to my time living at Adagio was a handful of the other residents. There were issues with people not cleaning up after their pets, allowing their pets to run around without leashes (there is a rule that dogs must be leashed when outside), and allowing their kids to run around and be obnoxiously loud. These aren’t really things that the staff can control 100%, but you can report it and they will do their best to address it when they can.

I have only lived here for a short period of time. Staff in the office are great and always very helpful. They keep the grounds well maintained, and when I put in for a repair it was done the next day. Not sure where everyone else is getting bad service but it is the best place I have lived in a very long time.

  • ★★★★Aug 2015

I lived there for 2 years and it was great. If I ever had a problem they would come foxy it right away. My only complain about the appartments would be the smoke alarms, they were so sensitive and they were triggered easily. Other than that My wife and I had a great experience. I really don't know why there are people that only rate this place with 1 star, probably they're just high maintenance.

Lived here one year. It is beautiful. I love the duck pond. They have treated us fairly. We have never heard of any peeping toms or some of the other things mentioned. Dave in the office has always been great, from day one. THe rest of the staff is not overly impressive, but no real problems. Dog owners do not always pick up after their pets and the nice looking grass is completely unusable for any out door activities. I'm fine avoiding the duck poop, because I enjoy the ducks enough, but they keep the grass as wet as a swamp. Just to walk to the benches you need rubber boots. The apartments are getting a little old on the inside, but they are fine. We could not hear much from our neighbors at all.
