Cass, Dell & Colby are super friendly and will help you find an amazing apartment. The maintenance team here is top notch as well. The entire team makes living here feel like luxury.

It is a good place to live quietly and peacefully, and where your family can be safe and happy. Any inconvenience is solved very quickly, and any concern they are always willing to help you with kindness. Nice facilities, clean and tidy. The rental process was fast without a lot of paperwork.

Cassidy and Del made an excellent first impression during my move-in—their professionalism and warmth would have earned five stars. However, my experience since has been deeply concerning. Within four days of moving in, maintenance entered my apartment without prior notice. There was no emergency: no fire, no water leak, no safety hazard. The issue was a clogged dryer duct—inconvenient, but not an emergency as defined in my lease. Being entered without warning has made me feel unsafe and violated in my own home. This isn’t about the maintenance work itself; it’s about the lack of basic notice and respect for my privacy. I need to know when someone will be in my space, especially as a new resident still settling in. I would urge management to clarify and enforce their notice policy. Tenants deserve the security of knowing when to expect maintenance access. UPDATE (Same day): Changing from 3 to 5 stars: I initially gave a three-star review because while Cassidy and Del were exceptional during move-in, I was deeply shaken by the unnoticed maintenance access to my apartment. After I expressed my concerns, Cassidy and Del responded immediately and personally. They listened, took full accountability, and went above and beyond to help me feel safe again in my home. They provided security cameras, and changed my locks-all without hesitation. This is what real accountability looks like. They understood the seriousness of the situation and proved they genuinely care about their residents’ wellbeing. Cass and Del deserved five stars from day one for their professionalism and warmth. Now, with their response to my concerns, the entire management team has earned my full confidence and gratitude. Five stars.

Maintence guys always do any amazing job

Continue to receive wonderful maintenance service from the San Tropez staff. I've been here 5 yrs and have always found the leasing staff and maintenance staff to be professional and responsive.

Update: We've been here 6 months now and my opinion has only gotten better. In all my years renting, I've never lived anywhere that I've been this happy! The entire staff is amazing and they are so accommodating and on top of everything. Maintenence is top notch and fast as well as respecting our crazy graveyard shift hours. The grounds are clean and this neighborhood is just wonderful! We plan to be here for a very long time 🥰 The maintenance here is super fast and on point! Nick was very friendly and gets things done right. Colby has been amazing to work with as well, has been super awesome and always been there to answer my plethora of questions all the time lol 😆 We are looking forward to many happy years here. Thank you!

These are such friendly people that run the complex! They know their jobs extremely well. The front office with Cassidy and Colby are just the most friendly people!!!! They handle and get the maintenance people for you and the maintenance comes with 3 hours to fix what is broken. All of the do such a great job!!!!

I have been living here for two years, and my experience has been excellent. When we experienced an issue with a toilet overflowing and water entering our room, the maintenance technician resolved the problem promptly. Management also provided complimentary carpet cleaning. I initially expected only the affected room to be cleaned, but they cleaned the carpets in all rooms, which was greatly appreciated. Their service and responsiveness were outstanding.

I have never had any problems living here. The neighborhood is very good and peaceful. I really enjoy living at Saint-Tropez. The office staff and the maintenance team are always very cordial, professional, and helpful. Whenever something needs attention, they take care of it quickly. The condominium is always clean and well maintained. I am very happy here and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Nick is always quick, efficient and explains things. I’m not a mechanical person so I appreciate the simple explanations.

Our water heater went out and we were stuck without hot water, then the most legendary guy named Doug showed up. He not only replaced our entire system, he played with our dog, and worked after his shift to finish it. Above and beyond!

Review Update 09-07-25 Recent efforts on the part of the maintenance staff, especially Nick, has helped reconcile the refrigerator operations and improvement in the water pressure challenges. Many thank to the superb service from leasing staff and maintenance personnel. ====================== Older Review The maintenance Supervisor, Troy and front office personnel & Manager (Coby & Cass) have been professional and accommodative. The location is wonderful and convenient. I have a small reservation on hearing other's music and televisions through the walls, but it's not as bad as other apartments where I've resided. The appliances are a tad dated, but functional, operational and have been replaced when justification was communicated and collaborated. Again, the professionalism of the front office staff has compensated for any slight reservations I've observed. The character of people , when presented with challenges, makes a big difference.

Nick did a super job! Was way faster than I expected, cleaned up perfectly, and was friendly and professional. Colby was my champion, making things happen ASAP with my limited time frame and took care of business. I so appreciate the terrific staff we have.

We really had some personal struggles trying to get qualified for an apartment. Literally it took months. We received the correct paperwork we needed, turned it in and we had our apartment . Del in the office hung in there for us. Since our move anything we have needed repaired or taken care of has been done within a days time . We are really enjoying our new place and getting settled. My dishwasher issue was very embarrassing. It turned out to be a lid blocking the lever from closing.

Maintenance is actually great! They’re on top of things as soon as the issue has been submitted to the front office!

I just recently moved back to these apartments after originally moving here 8 years ago. Management has changed since then, as expected, but the experience coming back has been welcoming and encouraging. The people and staff in any situation make a difference, but especially in this one. Part of why I chose to come back to these apartments was due to the fact that I needed a quick and easy process, I already knew this place, and wanted it to be as seamless as possible. Having said that, I won’t lie, I did have far more roadblocks and random issues that came up during this process from finding out the original promised unit was the wrong one, to the backup unit not being move in ready after I got my keys for move in, etc. In the majority of situations, having many setbacks early on would likely cause me to jump ship and go elsewhere. However, time and time again, Cassidy went above and beyond to make it right every step of the way. Her energy is contagious. Her responsiveness is off the charts impressive, and her genuine desire to make this property feel like home to her residents is evident. I witnessed this not only with me, but in her interactions with anyone who walked in the office while we were meeting. I spent two years here when I first moved in, and not once did I even meet the former Property Mgr, though it didn’t bother me as I do tend to keep to myself. I have only been back living here for less than 48 hours, but over the last two weeks, the communication has been frequent. Cassidy has been patient, helpful, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way. Overall, I’m pleased that I came back here, happy that I stuck with it even when things would hit a snag in the process, and really appreciate it the service and support I’ve had during this entire process. I’ve lived in numerous different apartments, rented from private landlords, etc… and I can genuinely say that the way this property is ran and with the rapport that Cassidy and her team have built around the property, is rare and hard to find. 5/5. Though I hope I never will have to update that, I certainly will if situation warrants it, but if anyone is out on the hunt looking for a property in a great location, a unit that feels like home; and a team that has your best interest at the forefront of all that they do then look no further than San Tropez.

The response time on the maintenance is quick. And the maintenance guys are nice. Never had a problem. 5 stars for them. Cassidy in the office has been really nice and helpful. Anytime we speak To her she’s been great.Which I would Give 5 stars for her. But the grounds are 2 stars. Not sure if I would say these are luxury apartments. I think we have an older model. But we enjoy living here. We’ve been here about 4 years so we know the area well.

I had 3 issues very minor ones the Maintenance guys took care of it the next day they even called Me to make sure everything was OK definitely nice place to live👍👍👍👍👍
