Vida at Daybreak

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and the only reason I’m moving is to get closer to work. Maintenance was always timely and efficient. The office was always incredibly responsive and helpful with needs and questions. The gym and common areas were always cleaned and well maintained. If I could just take the complex and move it North with me, I would.

Lindie and all the other ladies in the office have been amazing. Their team was wonderful to work with !

It is nice to live here! I love the staff! The ONLY inconvenience is the following: The visitors parking is ALWAYS full because of RESIDENTS, it will be perfect to have more control and/ or organization over it.

Jess and Lindie made things so simple with the final process of getting moved in, stress free and easy. S/o to them

I moved in to Vida about a year ago and I’ve been so impressed with the new management! Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to give the best customer service-I’ve never felt like a bother! Also, the maintenance team is incredible! They’ve been very fast to fix things and have been friendly and very professional! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My fiancé and I just moved in a few days ago, and we are already loving our new home! The amenities are truly top-tier, the facility is very clean, and the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Lindie has been absolutely amazing—she communicated with us every step of the way, was always available to help, and consistently had answers to all of our questions. She is incredibly organized, patient, and truly on top of everything. I can’t recommend working with her enough. Thank you so much for making our move-in experience such a positive one!

We had a tour with Lindie and she was amazing and helped answer any questions we had and was so kind and helpful!

With the transfer of Greystar is was rocky but Linda has been so great of taking care of resolving our issues!!

I absolutely love living here. Our experience from the beginning was PERFECTION! Lindie in the office took us on a tour, let us know of available units and helped get us in an apartment after approval in less than 2 weeks. The staff is quick to help, enthusiastic, kind and supportive! The amenities are well taken care of and an added plus! We love our apartment at Vida at Daybreak!

Just moved here yesterday, so I can’t give a full review yet, but I gotta say, the office staff (Jessica, Amber, Lindie, Bradis) are awesome! They’ve been super friendly and helpful, making my move-in process a breeze.

Augustine is the man!! Made the application process smooth and is a good guy!

Augustine has been so great at helping us choose our place and get situated!! I trust he will always be here for any questions or concerns. I’ve read reviews about parking, trash, package issues, etc. I truly trust things will be taken care of if there are any issues. People need to use their communication :-)

My boyfriend and I just moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and we love it so far! Tessa was so incredibly helpful during the application process! She was always so kind and very quickly responsive with every question we had on move-in. Highly recommend checking out Vida at Daybreak!

Tuve una buena experiencia en el proceso de la renta del apartamento en Vida, todo el personal fue amable, en especial quiero agradecer a Carholy quien me acompañó en todo el proceso de la renta de mi nuevo hogar, fue muy amable, clara y profesional. Respondió mis dudas y me hizo sentir acompañado en cada paso. Todo el proceso fue ágil y transparente. ¡Recomiendo totalmente su gestión, y recomiendo este hermoso Condominio de Vida At Daybreak.

My wife and I Just moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, here at Vida, and we couldn't be happier! Carholy made this experience for us so smooth and stress free! And, we are paying less than the 1 bedroom we were staying in before! We look forward to our future here at Vida!

The place is nice and I'm glad I moved here. However, the management and maintenance people are odd. A couple people in the main office are frequently rude when I have a quick question or want them to open the mail room for me. I'm glad they finally got those lockers up. It took forever tho. And now the pool and hot tub that they recently opened are closed already and we haven't received any explanation. Nor have I seen any work done on them to get them closer to reopening. But the units are clean and decently priced for the location. There have been some issues with other residents, but that's not my issue. Quite a few sketchy things ranging from smoking on balconies (not allowed on the property) to running a car repair shop out of a garage. I've seen a few people get evicted and have their stuff just laying everywhere while they waited for a moving truck or a friend.

Este lugar es lindo y tranquilo, La administración es estricta y poco condescendiente, pero si sigues las normas puede ser un muy buen sitio para vivir si eres soltero, Si tienes niños este lugar no ofrece nada para niños, ni parque, ni sala de juegos, nada de nada, solo el Gym tiene un pequeño espacio para que dejen a sus bebés mientras hacen ejercicio… Este lugar Podría llegar a ser un 5 ⭐️pronto, pero por ahora le falta ajustar algunas cosa en mi opinión muy personal.

Beautiful place with plenty of great amenities. The process for preparing to move into here has been very easy thanks to the wonderful help of Carholy. My partner and I are truly excited to be a part of the community here. It has been a wonderful experience so far.

I lived at Vida for a couple of years moved out and found my way back a few months ago because it is such an AMAZING community! The apartments have great layouts with beautiful views. The office staff is super friendly and helpful and I love living here.

Lived here for a year, outstanding service from Augustine from day one! Bernie in maintenance was also great to work with! Had 2 little problems within a year that were fixed within hours. He was always on top it! Great costumer service!

I've been in my new apartment for about a week now and I love it. Super modern and spacious, with a great open floor plan and SO many windows! The gym is awesome, and they are building a yoga studio on the first floor! Close to the train and so many other things. The staff is great and super friendly. Augustine went above an beyond getting me into an apartment that fits my needs. Great experience overall and looking forward to calling this home for a while.

We toured Vida in March & recently moved in. During our tour, Augustine addressed our questions, comments and concerns of Vida. We kept in contact over the months and his response via email/phone kept our communication lines strong. We aren’t afraid to ask or share our thoughts, so for Augustine to listen & support us has been helpful. When he didn’t know something, he could find it out from another. When he wasn’t able to email, another teammate made sure to contact us. Things we liked: Gym, mountainous views, dog friendly community, helpful neighbors, storage space in our apartment.

My experience at Vida has been great! The move-in process was quick and Kaitlyn went out of her way to answer and address any and every question or concern I had. The staff is super friendly and very helpful!!

Had a very easy time navigating applications thanks to the help of Carholy and was able to view the apartment from out of state with the help of Augustine. Both were very personal and very kind.

Been living here for about 8 months and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Feels like I hit the jackpot. Bernie (maintenance) is super friendly, as well as Anjo (front desk/manager). Noise is minimal. Lots of dogs I get to see which is a plus. Location is perfect, especially since we’re right next to the trax stop. Valet trash is very convenient. Gym is stellar. No complaints from me.

Great people to work with. Great maintenance staff some great dudes to work with. Work great with issue with the units and they address issues quickly and throughly.

I lived at Vida for 2 years and absolutely loved living there! The office staff was always nice and willing to help when I needed it. The maintenance staff was also top notch. Bernardo and his team were always on top of all maintenance requests while being friendly and efficient. The amenities and apartments were super nice and always clean. The public spaces were kept up and the gym was a super nice plus. Usually apartments have small gyms with limited equipment, but this gym had everything I needed and more. Highly recommend living here!

The front office staff is always helpful, kind and so quick to respond with my questions, concerns and all else. I have been a resident for years, and LOVE it. Anjo, Caitlyn, and Stephanie truly are the best! Bernardo, is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure problems are quickly resolved with maintenance issues and concerns.
