Angela is always very helpful. Legacy Springs is a great apartment complex with lots of parking. All of the office workers I've interacted with have been very friendly.

Only lease I’ve ever resigned. People working in the office are one of the biggest reasons. They’re exceptional. They’ve worked with me multiple times when I’ve made a mistake, like forgetting to pay rent and calling me before I get a late fee. They’ve brought me snacks, communicated well whenever things are happening, they have urgency for the people they’re responsible for and deserve recognition. Love living here.

Muy bonita y tranquila residencia, todo el personal que labora en el conjunto muy amables atentos, tengo aproximadamente 4 a 5 meses viviendo allí y sin ningún problemas .. todo muy limpio, parque, área piscina áreas verdes estacionamiento le doy un 100% 🙂

I love the spacious, affordable apartments. My children always have someone to play with. They host community events like movie nights and end of the year pool parties to help you meet other families. Great place to live!

I love living in this condo! The maintenance really works, the staff is friendly and fast! The cleanliness of the outside areas is great and the recreation area too! The townhomes are great sizes!

I was reluctant from moving from a house to an apartment but I'm glad I did because I've had a great experience here. It was also very important for me that my children and I feel safe in our home and we definitely do. My neighbors are kind and friendly. My apartment has a nice floor plan and it's spacious. The view from my balcony is gorgeous, I have a decent view of the mountain range. The management team is amazing, I cant say enough about them. Management is very serious about making sure quiet hours are enforced which I highly appreciate. I also love the year round hot tub, it's fantastic! The maintenance team is quick and efficient. Yard maintenance keeps the area beautiful. I even see hired help to pick up any trash laying around and making sure salt is spread on the ground early mornings on snow days. The only thing I can see that may be an issue is the parking availability, but I know that is currently being addressed by management as I write this review. 10 stars if I could and I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Springs Apartments if you are looking for a nice, safe, peaceful, community to live in. My kids and I are happy here.

This place is amazing! I am so glad that we were able to find this place for our little family to live. With the cost of living going up it is nice to be able to find affordable housing that meets all our needs. There are storage on the balconies which is a huge plus.

This place is great and a steal. I highly recommend this place to everyone that is needing an affordable place to live because I myself am pleased. The bedrooms are actually surprisingly big compared to others that we have been in. The management is fantastic and very respectful of the residents but also extremely helpful. Parking is not terrible as the parking lot is not huge but you can be parked on the other side of the complex.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. My partner and I have been here for a year and are planning on renewing. This place is affordable and also cozy. As others have said parking can be difficult but if you are home around 5 or 6 you can usually find a good spot. Each apartment is assigned one guaranteed covered spot but usually you can get semi close since the parking lot is not huge. Management is nice and helpful when you have questions.

I have been here at Legacy Springs for a year now. I love the staff especially Clair. She always answers my questions with a smile. Any maintenance issue has always been resolved within 24 hrs. I am resigning my lease for another 14 mths. I highly recommend Legacy Springs apartments.

Our family has been at Legacy Springs going on 4yrs and we absolutely love it! We started in a 3 bdrm apartment and eventually moved into the 4bdrm townhome that they have. The apartments are nice and large and the layouts are very open. The maintenance staff is amazing and always willing to take time to acknowledge our kids when they have something "amazing" to show them or tell them. We just love Claire, Angela, and Ray in the office and they have be super awesome as our family has grown. Yes parking spots can be hard to find around the holidays but most of the time it's just a little bit of a walk if you come in late at night. Also the trash is normally full on Sunday night into Monday but honestly the grounds keepers work really hard to keep things nice. It is very pet friendly and there are some people that take advantage of that but over all the tenants that live here are super awesome and respectful of their neighbors. We love living here and look forward to spending several more years with them. I recommend them all the time to people who are looking for a place to live. I 100% recommend Legacy Springs Apartments. This is one of the best apartments I have lived at.

Living here for 2 yrs at Legacy springs apartments is been our home and the Management Team are so kind and helpful they make you feel like family Ray is always has time to help and listen when ever I need help and Clair is such a kind person and is always happy and always helpful that she is a great and Angelia she is always smiling and welcoming and is always there to listen and she loves her job and is always willing to help in anyway she can and she gets things do e they are the best and our Maintenance Team is always great to talk to and willing to help in any way they can the make us feel welcomed and are fast hard workers they do the job always in a timely matter o love my apartment team always recommend Legacy springs apartments .

This is my third year here are legacy and I can’t say enough good things. Maintenance and management are kind and responsive . I love the pool and year round hot tub as well as the neighborhood.

Me and my family have loved living at legacy springs. Super great complex. We don’t have to worry about feeling not safe and the environment is safe and awesome. The swimming pool and hot tub are awesome as well. The staff is always so helpful and we never have to worry about waiting if something is broken to get it fixed. Thank you legacy springs

En mi humilde opinión el conjunto es muy precioso.. la calidad de atención de Ángela y de la Administración no tiene comparación.. nos ayudó desde el primer momento y nos ubico lo que será nuestro hogar... Tienen calidad humana.. Y sentido de amor por sus clientes... Los recomiendo.. al 120% no soy de escribir reseñas pero esta es la oportunidad de brindar mi opinión de lo vivido...

Parking is the main issue but I have never been stuck unable to park no matter what hour I have gotten home over several years here. But often had to walk from a far corner of the parking. Otherwise the quality to price has been fantastic for the two different units we have lived in. I wouldn't call it super high quality of course but it is one of the best prices for the number of bedrooms that we have found. Also good repairs for things so far whenever we have put in a request.

Angela was the lady who gave me and my boyfriend a tour of the apartment we are hoping to rent. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew every detail so we didn't have any unexpected surprises. She also helped us with other apartment options in case we needed something in a different location etc.. she was so welcoming and so kind. Angela deserves a huge recognition as an employee of legacy springs.

Moving into one of their townhomes was easy and fast. They worked well as a team and made my experience as positive as possible. Their maintenance crew is very friendly as well. Always saying hello and I’m very comfortable with them coming into my home whenever needed. Which has only been once in 6 months. No complaints at all.

I lived here several years ago and had a great experience. So great that after a year and two other apartments, I came back, knowing that I couldn't find a better bang for my buck at any other apartment complex within a 30 minute drive. From the pool, to the year round hot tub, to the FREE fiber internet and fitness room, and the personable complex staff, Legacy Springs is INCREDIBLE. I hope to buy a home soon, but until then, I truly can't imagine living anywhere else.

Review from recent resident Pros and recommendations (all things considered there are no cons) Safety: - I was very impressed with the safety of the apartments. I never experienced a brake in to my apartment or vehicles, my children and other peoples children could freely leave their toys and bikes outside with no worry about them being stolen. Neighbors generally kept to themselves so I never had issues with any neighbors. I do wish that the complex had security cameras outside of each building in case a burglary or dispute were to happen. There would be no proof otherwise. Fortunately I never had to worry about it. Quality: - Overall quality of the apartment was fair. My apartment specifically and the complex generally was very clean. No trash on the sidewalks, yards, bad odors, etc. However, many things in my apartment and throughout the complex are very outdated which is slightly frustrating when residents are paying a decent amount of money each month. Specifically, the interior of my apartment (paint, carpet, cabinets) and the complex hallways (carpet was stained, every door had many dents, siding outside my apartment was beginning to fall off). I do recommend that *if* the owners are working on big repairs/projects for the future they would let the residents know. That would make residents feel good that their money is in good hands. Staff: - I never had any issues with the staff. They worked well with my family from start to finish. I especially appreciated the support and care we received from Steven and Claire! Very nice people. Maintenance: - I never had an issue with maintenance requests or the maintenance staff. All of my requests were timely and the worker was very friendly. I felt that the staff cared about my requests. They even bought and installed a new washer for my apartment! Parking: - I have nothing new to add then what's already been said. There honestly is not enough parking. There were many days when I could not find a parking space and I was a resident at the complex. That was very frustrating. And, unfortunately, they did tow my truck once which was $248. It was my fault because I parked on a red curb, but just know that tow truckers are watching the place like hawks. Adding a parking lot JUST for visitors would probably help out a lot. By not mixing open parking for residents and visitors it would eliminate visitors taking the open parking that belong to residents. If the potential new visitor parking spots were all taken, then THEY would know they have to go park somewhere outside of the complex. Residents shouldn't have to park somewhere else. Overall: - Overall I recommend Legacy Springs. I never had a bad experience. Would I like to see the changes I listed above? Yes. But at the end of the day, I chose to live in an apartment. And by living in an apartment most things are just out of your hands. 5 stars!

I have been here 6 months and I'm so glad I chose to live here. Sure there are things I would like to change like more parking, a better oven (since I like to bake) and to block out the traffic noise (but can't complain too much because of the good loation), but the positives very much outweigh the negatives. The apartments are a great size and make things feel very comfy and home-like. My kids have loved the swimming pool and playground. The exercise room doesnt have weights, but has a great rowing machine. My neighbors have been good and quiet except the upstairs neighbor that apparently snores VERY loudly, but otherwise rarely hear noise from the neighbors.

My family has lived here at Legacy Springs for 5 months and love it here! Our apartment is very spacious and the rent is very reasonable! The neighbors are all great and very considerate! We love how quiet and peaceful it is here. The grounds are very well kept and the playground and common areas are nice! Management has been great and very easy to work with and making sure you feel welcome and at home. Maintanence is quick to get things done when you put in a work order and are very professional and friendly! I have to mention on Valentine's Day the management and maintenance team stood outside in the bitter cold morning to hand out goodie bags to us residents as we left that morning, it really meant a lot as a resident that they would seriously go out of their way to make us all feel loved that day; you all are seriously amazing. I want to say thank you for making my family feel so welcome here, I'm happy to call Legacy Springs home and look forward to many more memories being made here. If you're looking for a great place to live this is the place!

Great apartments for young families, playgrounds, fenced pool. Parking is a bit scarce.

I've been living here over 2 years and love the place and love my apartment. The few times that I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day. Every time I go into the offices the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends.

We have lived here for about 4 months and so far so good. We have had to put in two maintenance requests and they were responded to the next day. Parking is not ever an issue for my husband or I, one car goes in the covered stall and the other usually ends up with an uncovered spot relatively close. The apartments are very spacious, and clean. The grounds are always well kept, winds got pretty bad and it looked like garbage flew all over the complex overnight, by the time I was leaving for work, grounds keeper was out there cleaning it up. Well worth the money and the staff is AMAZING!! I love Sydney and Emie they make you feel very welcome and at home!!

Been living here for about a month, so far it has been a good experience. The apartments are great for the price, and the neighborhood is really nice. There is a pool and a playground in the complex so it's great for kids.

I live here and its clean reasonably priced for large spaced apartments. Its quiet, I usually feel safe here. The staff managers are very nice and helpful.
