MAA at Daybreak

We lease a space at MAA and had an urgent situation while we were out of town. Our new commercial fridge was delivered and the delivery company left it on the street! Jim and Jake were hero’s and stepped in to get it into the shop for us! Seriously, saved the day. Jake, Jim, and Frank are constantly helping us and they never complain. We so appreciate them!

MAA at Daybreak is a great place to live! In my search for an apartment, I came cross MAA at Daybreak and I appreciate the friendliness of the people and the amenities in the community. Jake, the leasing agent is helpful regarding sharing information about the community and being attentive with finding amenities and local places nearby.

The staff was excellent assisting during move in ! Taya, Susan and Jim made the process very easy. I really appreciated the snack basket I received moving in.

Moving into the place was very simple thanks to the quick communication I had with the office. Maintenance has been quick to address minor issues I had with my place. And Jake is always happy to help when Amazon forgets to provide me a code for my packages.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into this community, and we’ve been incredibly impressed from day one. The property is extremely clean, well-maintained, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been so welcoming and friendly. Jim and the entire maintenance team are outstanding — always efficient, professional, and genuinely kind. The office staff has been just as amazing. Jacob and the assistant manager made the entire leasing and move-in process seamless and were always responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We’re so happy with our experience so far and would absolutely recommend this property.

This is best apartment complex in the area. We recently moved to Utah and did extensive research on apartments from Salt Lake City to Lehi. None have come close to what Novel offers! We visited in February of this year and met with Keith. He was so kind and welcoming and stayed connected with us all throughout the process of selling our home. Fast forward to July, 2025, our move in date at Novel, things are better than expected. The grounds are so well cared for and manicured, amenities are top tier, location is amazing, and the staff are a delight. We reached out to Keith about a minor issue we had in the unit and it was fixed the next day. Truly a sweet place to call home!

Jake one of the leasing agents at this property is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when it comes to the apartment complex itself and the area of Daybreak. Super excited to be in this area and a huge shoutout to Jake for making it happen.

Jacob was the person who worked with us from tour to move in. He was so helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and was great to follow up with additional information. My lease hasn't even started yet, and I'm confident I made the right choice to move to MAA at Daybreak. Susan (the manager) was amazing! She answered all of my questions, and there were many. She was very professional and honestly, just so caring and kind. I was highly impressed with her and the other two leasing agents that I met, Jake and Raquel. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities at MAA can't be beat. I saw several people out walking their dogs in the evening, so I have the added comfort of this complex being a safe place to live. Five stars all the way!

I moved to UT from NH in August, and the truth is I immediately regretted it, I was really sad for a couple months. But then I met Katie and James with Apartment Life, and they have been such a bright spot in our community. They organize fun, thoughtful events that genuinely help neighbors connect and get to know each other, which isn’t always easy in apartment living. You can tell they truly care about the residents and put real effort into everything they do. Their events make the community feel more welcoming and connected, and I’m really grateful they’re here. Through them I have made friends and it’s been great! I’ve also appreciated the transition to the new management team so far — communication has been clear, and things seem to be moving in a positive direction. Overall, I’m happy to live here and especially thankful for the sense of community Katie and James help create.

I moved to Utah this fall without knowing anyone and without really knowing the area. Choosing where to live felt overwhelming, but as soon as I found Novel, something just clicked, it felt like home. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have the same great amenities you see elsewhere, but what really sets this place apart is the sense of community. There are free on-site events three to four times a month, and they’ve made a huge difference for me. Working remotely and being an introvert, it can be hard to meet people, but having built-in, low-pressure ways to connect has helped me make friends quickly and actually feel like I belong. I’ve lived in places that threw the occasional party before, but I never felt motivated to go. These events are different. They’re things I genuinely want to show up for. Since moving in, there’s been wine tastings, candle making, watercolor classes, and so much more. Having something to do while meeting people makes it feel natural, not awkward. I also love that everything is right here. The weather doesn’t matter, there’s no driving, and it removes so many barriers to getting out of the house. I’m genuinely grateful for Apartment Life and the community they’ve created. It’s made a big transition feel a lot less lonely.

I just moved from Novel Daybreak, and it was the first and only complex I’ve ever been sad to leave. The reason for not renewing the lease was because I was buying my first house; otherwise, I was planning to stay no doubt! The management team (Thank you Sigifredo, Ester, Dave!) is by far the best I’ve come to experience at any apartment, always working to better the community and the experiences of its residents. I was amazed and impressed with their consistent efforts and communication and kindness. The maintenance staff was top notch and completed orders quickly and efficiently. The complex and Apartment Life hosts events every month for residents and their family/friends that are always fun and lovely! Thank you Novel for making the past year my best home to date! My dog and I are grateful for our time at the complex and it will be missed greatly!

Living here is like living at a resort. The staff is so responsive. Safe place, clean. Just 10/10. People are super friendly and kind.

Me and my boyfriend moved here about a month ago and we have absolutely loved it here. The amenities are amazing and it such a calm place to live it truly feels like home. Keith was amazing when it came to finding the right home for us. he showed us all the different options and was super helpful throughout the entire process as well as keeping us updated before we moved in. I would recommend this place to anyone it is the best place. Everything is well taken care of the grounds and the amenities everything is always clean, and if you have a maintenance issue within a day they are prompt to come and fix it

The property and staff here are amazing! The amenities and spacious floor plans reminded me of a resort. I loved the gym being so well equipped and clean. The heated floor around the pool to melt away the winter snow left me speechless. And the cozy coffee shop right in the middle of it all.. I was sold! Keith handled my application and was always very helpful and efficient. But I can honestly say the entire staff is very welcoming and inviting. When Keith wasn’t available to take my call any staff member I encountered always went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. My move in date is in a week but I’m so excited and looking forward to being a resident at Novel Daybreak.

Keith was so helpful when we came to visit last February and followed up with us around May when we were looking to move to Utah. Keith was a BIG part in us moving to Utah & of course Novel Day Break. My husband and I can not say enough how much of a blessing this apartment complex has been moving across country. And it sure makes it better when you know someone like Keith who truly cares about people. We are thankful to call Novel home :)

Great place to call home. High end apartment complex, great amenities and great location. The staff is excellent. Sigifredo and Dave, along with the rest of the office and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and personable. A great place to live with many fun resident events, along with access to Daybreak amenities.

This place is awesome! We moved here a couple of months ago and could not be happier. Keith helped us out, showed us every apt we wanted to see, he walked us through all of our options, and he was a total expert and professional about the whole process. Even after moving in he’s always extremely helpful, and the entire management team has been nice and helpful to us as well. It almost doesn’t even feel like we moved because they made everything so easy!

Love my new place at Novel! The community, amenities and the location is what I’ve been looking for. Moved from down the street and wanted to stay in daybreak and I’m very happy. Sigifredo Pizaña was very helpful recently when I had some questions and was quickly responsive through email. Dave and Keith are both excellent help when I moved in.

Novel Daybreak is definitely one of kind place to call home! I just renewed my lease and happy to do so-beautiful location, with great indoor and outdoor luxury amenities, fun community events on a monthly basis.
