    I’ve really enjoyed living at Olympus at Daybreak and have been here for over a year now. The updated paint and improvements around the property make the community feel fresh and well cared for. The apartment floors are also much nicer compared to a lot of other apartments in the valley. Maintenance is responsive and gets things handled quickly, the property stays very clean, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the community events and engagement they put together for residents. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

    The maintenance staff is amazing. Ive lived here for about 8 months now and every request I’ve submitted has been resolved within a couple of hours. They are extremely fast and efficient. No other place I’ve lived has even come close to the service I’ve gotten here.

    Suppose you had an aggravating maintenance issue, like, say, a mysterious, persistent odor around the kitchen plumbing … Wouldn’t it be a great relief if, when you report it to management, their response was: “Sorry about that. We’ll make it right – right away!” Well, that was Carmin Pebley’s response when I contacted the office about our lingering plumbing problem. Or, in Carmin’s exact words: “Let me put in a request to see if maintenance can drain and clean the lines for you. Would today be okay for them to take a look?” Today! Such a relief! And I’m happy to say that maintenance was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem, which had a long backstory that I will not bore you with. Suffice to say that it had taken the diligent efforts of both maintenance and an outside plumber to fix a previous, larger problem, leaving only the lingering odor to be resolved. It was very reassuring to me, as a new resident of Olympus at Daybreak, to bring a problem to management’s attention and to see it solved expeditiously.

    So far everything has been amazing here at Olympus at Daybreak! The maintenance has been the best I’ve ever experienced living at an apt (shoutout to Tony & Matt & Noah). Currently I’ve been working with Alysson, she’s been great at the front desk. The only hiccup would be the appliances. Currently my oven gives me issues anytime I do a large meal in it. Maybe 3x a month & I don’t know who exactly controls it but I have not gotten a new one after many repairs but it’s still super old & dirty which I’m sure doesn’t help it working any better. I have no plans of moving out yet but when I do I will update here to see how that goes with my deposit & all :)!

    i have honestly really loved my time here. there was a major management change about a year after i moved in and that’s when i really started appreciating things. Carmen and Ally are so great and very responsive. maintenance almost always comes out same day. our actual apartment is very nice and comfortable. we have to move due to family but i would have stayed much longer given the choice.

    Life has been good here. The units are good sized for the money in this popular area. Pricing is subject to change, but was lower and units larger than the competition within Daybreak. I have a great view of the mountains to the East, as well as the pool. The mandatory internet is $55 ($89 value), and is with Xfinity, at 500 Mbps, and works fine for my remote job. The mandatory trash valet is $25 and a waste of money to me, since the dumpsters are so close. Who wants smelly trash in the hallways? The gym has a good mix of newer machines in very good shape to get the job done. The optional garages are $80 and includes a remote and a light on a timer. No external power is available. They are narrow to park at 7ft 8in at the door tracks and then 9ft 6in once you get in. Lots of height at 8ft. My Grand Cherokee still fits with room for shelves at the back. External parking seems to be adequate without having to walk far. Maintenance has been very attentive within 24 hours of any minor call. The appliances are 15+ years old. Stove/oven, water heater and central heat are gas. The dryer and AC are electric. My unit was renovated with fresh flooring, paint and carpet in the bedroom. The exteriors of the buildings have just been painted with a more pleasing color. My inconvenience is your gain. The pool and hot tub can get very noisy occasionally, both day and at night, even after 10pm, as the curfew does not seem to be enforced. Carmin P., the lead property manager, has been caring and proactive on any request or question I have asked. I recommend her highly for a direct answer and results.

    Good pricing and nice apartments. Need updated appliances and they need to hire a real painting company to fix what is being done by the people they have hired. Other than that... its a quiet community with good views and nice people.

The apartment is located in Daybreak that is a beautiful and master planned community. You can find here trails, a lake, pickleball/tennis court, and other amenities that encourage an active lifestyle. Olympus Apartments has been the best place I have ever lived. I highly recommend these apartments.

    This was my first apartment experience, and I loved it. I have really no major complaints. the maintenance team is amazing and responsive! Being picky, I feel their appliances are pretty loud and somewhat cheap but otherwise, I really hate to leave but I would definitely recommend anyone to find their home here.

    We generally really like living here. Especially for the service the maintenance team provides. Today Tony helped us tighten up some knobs and inspect some loose/worn items around the unit. He was enthusiastic to help, and was very engaged with us about making our living experience more comfortable. He went out of his way to address any maintenance requests we had and answered our questions. I’d like to personally thank him, as I feel that he was a prime example of quality service and what makes the staff here so wonderful. Thanks, Tony! —Update, 5/31/24– Wanted to update this review. Tony is still great, as would be expected. Overall, I enjoy living here. Management is quick to address any concerns and amenities are well maintained.
