    I love it here at Olympus at the Canyons! The townhouse is very nice and the neighborhood is safe as well as pretty. Lynn, Taeler and Tony have all been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Always welcoming have a moment for questions. Any request for repair has been addressed timely and knowledgeable by Tony. He’s happy to explain if I don’t understand. I relocated from another state and am very pleased with my new neighborhood!

    Ive lived here for about two years now and no problems! They get right on maintenance issues and are always friendly. The office is always doing cute little things to help promote community. I have no plans on moving (until i can buy a house 😉 of my own) the houses are very spacious with plenty of storage. My only complaint is i cant park my camptrailer in my driveway.

    Let me just take a minute to praise the maintenance here, I've lived here for 14 months and this place was a disaster when I moved in. Whoever lived here before TRASHED the place, I was warned by the office staff before moving in, but I was still blown away. Now, the 5 stars comes in because Alex saved it, he's the biggest reason we renewed our lease here, he's quick, efficient, and very kind. He gives good advice about the house, do's and don'ts, he's painted the stairs, replaced filters, vents, appliance parts, entire appliances, patched holes, killed pests, fixed plumbing, helped rebuild furnace parts, there's really nothing he hasn't done here and most of the repairs were when he was the ONLY maintenence employee on staff. Hes always on time, always pets my dog when he comes by, he's polite, nerdy, and quick at what he does. A good maintenance team is essential to any community and Alex is the best. UPDATE: We have had so much go wrong in the last couple months, the water softener went out, the HVAC unit had to be taken apart and deep cleaned, the sinks stopped up, the garage door openers stopped working, pests, plumbing, heating, it doesnt matter, even tips and tricks for cleaning, the office staff have been on top of communication and Alex has just really come through and saved us every single time. I cant say enough about the maintenance here honestly. Im disabled and he even comes over to add the salt into my water softener for me because its too heavy for me to lift alone. Hes always quick about service calls, respectful, and even takes time to love on my dog while hes here. Ive lived in alot of rentals and I'll tell ya, a good maintenance team and office staff will make or break a place for me. Alex is the reason I will be renewing my lease again this year. 👏

    One of the best places I’ve lived at. The rental property is beautiful and fits me and my family perfectly. The management is top tier, the few times we had to put in a maintenance order they got it done fast and were very friendly and helpful.     We had our yearly inspection. Alex was our maintenance guy for this, and he was awesome. As a dog mom I am always nervous but he was the best guy ever!! He was so nice and engaging with my pups which sold me, but beyond that he heard me out, took take of all the small things in my townhome. He worked with me when I let him know earlier in the week that I work far away, I have a 16 year old at home most days and they can’t come in the house unless I’m there and he was awesome and said since you are taking the day off, I’ll bring those small repairs. That meant a lot to me as a single mom. He’s the kind of maintenance guy you wish you had at every rental property you didn’t want to rent from!

    We have lived here for a couple of months and had to put in some work orders. Alex and Randy in Maintenance are incredible! They are respectful and fast when they come in to our home. They go above and beyond and also take care of more than the work order while they are there. It’s not fun to have to update or repair things in the home but I am grateful there are people who care!     I've lived in alot of rentals, this is by far the nicest I think its mostly due to our maintenance team, its been spear headed by Alex for almost the whole time I've lived here. He ran this whole place himself and he was never late, always kind, and always fast. He keeps his shoes clean in the house, explains what he's doing and gives helpful tips and tricks because he knows each of these houses like the back of his hand. We've had him here quite a bit since moving in because previous tenants didn't take care of the property but you wouldn't know it because of how well Alex fixed this place up.

    I've lived here for almost a year and I really love it. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The office ladies, Elizabeth and Catalina are always so nice and professional whenever I see them around. They are always helpful. The maintenence has been amazing. Alex is friendly and responds fast. He's super knowledgeable and really cares about getting any problem fixed. My water heater stopped working yesterday, and Alex got it diagnosed, parts ordered, and the whole thing fixed in less than 24 hrs! I couldn't be happier! I've lived in other rental communities, and this place has been my favorite.

    Ben from maintenance did an outstanding job on fixing the leak in the kitchen. He explained everything he was doing and was friendly and patient with all of our questions and concerns. He asked us to take a video of the leak, in order to pinpoint where it was coming from. When I got the video and took it to the office, he showed up to take the time to watch the video and diagnose the problem. He reassured me he would be by the next morning to take care of it. AND he kept his word! He is also very clean and tidy with his work and kept the area clean after working. He is definitely an asset to the team.

    I have really enjoyed living in this neighborhood. The units are spacious, maintenance is pretty responsive, and it's a great place for families. There are a few things that I don't love -- such as smaller garages that force many residents to park in their driveways, blocking the sidewalks -- but overall I'd recommend living here.

    My family and I lived here for four years and never had a negative experience. We loved the large unit we lived in, in addition to having a two-car garage and a fenced back yard. Our dog loved it too because she could lie on the back patio and enjoy the sunshine. Management staff was stellar and assisted us on the same day we needed maintenance, or other concerns. Ben and Todd in maintenance were excellent and did great work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

    Safe and convenient place to live. Staff is professional and maintenance team is friendly and capable. You are in the heart of the Herriman, South Jordan and Riverton area. Wonderful stores and restaurants. Walls do good at keeping neighbors noises out. Lawn care and snow is done for you. Solar panels and tankless water heaters are the bomb dot com! Granite countertops and stainless appliances. Pets and kids abound from the neighbors. My Amazon packages have never been stolen.
