    Maintenance

    I've lived here since 2016 and its now an excellent place to live. Management and maintenance are always available when needed. There was some much needed updates that were made and the place looks amazing now! Jennifer, the manager, always keeps you updated with new info, etc.. and theres always fun little gatherings she puts on with the maintenance staff for the apartment residents. Definitely a spot to put on the list if your looking for a new place to rent 😄

    I have lived here since 2019 we have been through 3 different managers since then. I absolutely think that the team they have now is awesome. Since they took over things are being fixed at a much faster rate the grounds are cleaner. Maintance is much better now. They got the pool open and somehow got a grant to fix up the grounds to save the residents here some water fees it looks a lot better now. Thank you for your hard work Jenn Kai Laquann and Ray.

    I moved in a few months ago. The apartment was clean and ready. Paperwork was easy and smooth. Management keeps up up to date on everything that is going on around the property. The maintenance team is awesome, very easy to put in requests. The place is very kid and pet friendly.     Maintenance

    I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Canterbury Apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their propertie to all of the incoming looking for housing the price are good for 2 or 3 bedroom here. I couldn’t be happier! since i been living here for 3 months.

    I like these apartment the rent is far and ya it may have a roach problem but the do spray and only can do so much about that problem and the manager is always nice and trys to take care of are needs here!!!!
