    He vivido en The Grove Apartments por un poco más de un año y ha sido una experiencia increíble! Tienen un equipo genial, mantenimiento siempre está disponible para ayudar, nunca se tardan más de un día en responder a un service request. La oficina de Leasing también es muy buena, Ana y Dani son muy amables y atentas. Además, tienen una ubicación muy conveniente, el acceso a transporte público y lo cerca que está del centro de la ciudad me encanta! La comunidad es muy agradable y segura, los vecinos son tranquilos y respetuosos. Definitivamente me quedo un año más!

    I've been here for two years now. If I ever need maintenance, I enter a work order and Filip and Matthew come in and always are friendly and fix my items immediately. There's lots of open parking spaces which is hard to find in Salt Lake. The location is really convenient. I recently went into the office to enter my notice to move out and I felt heard and decided to stay another year. Stephanie really listened and addressed my concerns.

    The location of the community is really convenient. I've loved all my neighbors I've had in the 20ish years I've lived here. They've all been really nice . The name changed a couple times but has always kept the green part of the name. The landscaping is beautiful. The office and MAINTENANCE are so kind and helpful. I am in no in my hurry to move. I love the ambiance.

    I've lived here three years and am staying for another year. I've enjoyed the surrounding areas like the 7-11, schools for my kids, the pool in the community. The office and maintenace is always willing to help. The apartments are spacious and my daughter has found lots of peace in the grass areas and trees the community has.

    I moved into The Grove apartments due the location and the office and maintenance staff! They have lots of open spaces and good service. This is my first time renting out an apartment and Dani and Stephanie walked me through the entire process.

    We’ve lived here going on 6 years now so have had lots of experience dealing with the ups and downs. If you’d have asked for a review 5 years ago it would have been a 1 star hands down. Since we’ve got new management though things have got so much better and it feels like they actually give a damn about the residents now. Stephanie in the office is always a joy to work with and is one of the most understanding and communicative people I’ve ever worked with. Matthew and Ali on the maintenance crew are also awesome to work with. They’re always super courteous and address our issues in a timely manner.

    I moved in about two weeks ago. The location is really close to my work and there is a golf course in front of the community. I like the newness feel of my apartment.
