We’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The management team is incredibly professional and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff is top-notch, always quick to respond and very helpful. It’s been a great place to call home, and we’re going to miss the friendly atmosphere.

We've been here for about 7 months now and honestly no complaints Serengeti Springs really stands out to us that we really dont know how else to say Thank You. The staff is Quick, Friendly and Understanding. If theres something that needs maintenance, its done the next day with well communication! Its such a nice area too, it feels so clean well maintained and beautiful. And it comforting that kids actually play outside this place truly feels like home

I’ve seen some of the concerns mentioned in other reviews, but my personal experience has been very positive. Like any community, there can be occasional delays, especially during busy move-in/move-out periods when trash volume increases, but overall the property is well maintained and cared for. One area where I’ve actually had a very good experience is communication during construction or property work. While I’ve seen others mention a lack of updates, the management team has been very clear and consistent in my experience. For example, when they redid the asphalt in the parking lot and roads, as well as when they completed repairs on staircases and building siding, we received a 30 day advance notice, multiple reminders, and ongoing updates with estimated completion timelines. I’ve felt well informed throughout every project. Another thing I have to highlight is the snow removal. It is genuinely impressive how quickly and consistently they keep up with it. In Utah winters, that level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in safety and day-to-day living, and they really do an excellent job staying on top of it. The staff is truly what stands out most. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, responsive, and helpful. Nephi and Charity, in particular, have always been kind, resourceful, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. I originally chose this community because of the dog park, and it’s been a great fit for my dogs. I can safely let them enjoy the space, and the dog waste stations are always stocked, which shows real attention to detail. I also appreciate the playground for my kids and the fenced pet area it really adds to the family friendly atmosphere. They also host events from time to time, which seem like a great added bonus, even though we haven’t been able to attend due to work schedules. Overall, I genuinely enjoy living here. The location is great, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I feel the rent is fair for what’s offered. This is a community run by real people doing their best each day, and for those who appreciate that, I think you’ll really enjoy it here too.

I love that the office and management is so engaging with the community. - it's a nice quiet place. Big open areas for kids, spacey apartments. I have had a really great expeirence living here. Cons: that the stair wells dont get washed more, neighbors let their garbages leak leaving nasty residue all over the stairs and hallways- Garbages consisatnly being full and over flowing.

We are in our second year at this property and they have been easy to work with

We’ve been living in this community since July—first in an apartment, and then we moved into a townhouse, which turned out to be a great decision. It’s truly a place where you want to live. One of the biggest advantages is the amenities. There’s a swimming pool, a gym, and a hot tub, which is especially enjoyable during the colder months. In the fall and winter, when there’s snow outside, it’s such a relaxing experience to soak in the warm water. Since I work from home, it’s important for me to have a change of scenery sometimes. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a fireplace where I can sit and work. It feels especially cozy in the fall and winter—the warmth and atmosphere make it a perfect spot. The community itself feels very welcoming and lively. There are often events and celebrations for residents—Halloween, Easter, and more—which really helps create a sense of connection. The landscaping is another highlight. There are lots of plants, flowers, and beautiful trees. In the spring, everything is in bloom, and it’s just lovely to walk around. The homes are surprisingly warm and comfortable. I expected higher costs for heating, gas, and electricity, but the utilities have been very reasonable, which is a big plus. We also have a small private yard where we can enjoy barbecues, a convenient entrance, and space for bikes. Inside, it’s quiet, bright, clean, and cozy, with nice new carpets. Another great benefit is the location. There are good schools nearby, including ones that offer Spanish and French programs. There are also shops and a gas station close by, so everything you need is very convenient. Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and a great atmosphere.

This complex is the very best they are so nice Nephi really cares about the community they do amazing things for us our family loves living here 3rd year here almost unite 316 amazing people amazing staff great party’s also they do stuff every holiday it’s amazing to live here

Great place to live. Have no complaints. Can’t hear my neighbors. Even tho I work nights. The grounds are quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Been here almost a year and absolutely love the area. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. And the office staff are super kind. Barely even hear our neighbors. I’ve lived in a handful of other apartments and this one is by far my favorite.

When we moved In, we had TONS of problems. But management worked hard to get everything corrected. Almost 3 years later, we have grown to call staff and management family. Management has cleaned up the property, where certain groups of kids no longer run things. We have been quite pleased with them overall.

We have lived here for over a year and just resigned our lease. We have enjoyed living here. They have great amenities(heated pool, year round hot tub, gym, clubhouse, multiple playgrounds and basketball courts). They also do great events for the community like Easter egg hunts, trunk or treat and Mario Kart tournaments.

We moved here last year and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Love the sense of community and how much the neighbors look out for each other, are friendly, and respectful. The staff has always been friendly. The grounds are very well kept. And it’s just overall a nice place to be ❤️ I really like that there are playgrounds in multiple areas of the complex- targeted for different age groups.

Friendly staff, large apartments, lots of open green spaces and a big dog park. Definitely recommend this community!

The office staff are super awesome and friendly. Very fun place to live at!! They also have a super fun Nintendo tournament they do every year super fun!!

We have lived here for 4 1/2 years and really like it! Management is super awesome and respectful. Some things are out of their control, like in any other business, but they have always treated us well. I know a lot of other reviews talk about the dog poop or cars getting broken into, etc but they really do care about those types of things and do their best to do their part. Prices have gone up which is unfortunate, but that’s the economy everywhere. Great place to live regardless:)

We are living here for 5 years. We love it. The staffs are very nice and the community environment is quite and comfortable keep doing a great job thank you guys !

I have felt very comfortable while living at this complex. The staff and front office have been very helpful, and answered any questions I have had, very directly and quickly. My children love the location, the playgrounds are very engaging for ages 3-12. Love that the complex is dog friendly, even though we personally do not have any pets of our own. Being so close to Baccus and mountain view has been so helpful for transportation aswell.

So far having a good experience moved into west jordan area... Great floor plans and very clean with a lot of space....

I have lived her for almost 3 years now and it's really quiet and conveniently located near a highway, one thing I would say I'm glad is steady is the office they have a good group running it. nephi is the best and same with the assistant manager cant remember his name though.

The staff is excellent. Really enjoy them. I like how clean the complex is. I would recommend this complex and I have.

Fantastic apartments, for anything else in the area of the same quality you're looking at least 100 more a month. Love the location as well, right on the edge of the valley with easy access to mountain view corridor and Bacchus. Not to mention they just built the smiths right down the road basically in walking distance. The staff is great as well, Nephi goes out of his way to make sure everything is being taken care of. Would definitely consider going back if I ever return to Utah.

These apts are great! The office staff is wonderful, trhe apts are pretty spacious for an apt, and the landscaping is always kept up and beautiful.

Really loved living way out in West Jordan. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I will really miss Mr. Beck, my piano teacher who also lives in the complex. The dog park was well tended and I blame lazy owners for all the poop that accumulated this past winter. The maintenance team was out early every morning picking up poop, so don't be ugly about it. If you see kids taking the dogs out and not cleaning up say something! We had no issues with parking. The office team often held events for dogs and family. Very enjoyable. Thanks for a great year!

We have lived here for 3 years. We still love it. The staffs are very nice and the community environment is quite and comfortable. The room is bright and cozy. The design is great. There was a time that poops were everywhere but it looks like much better now. It shows that the management really did something to take care the residents' suggestions. Please keep up the good work!

I lived here for 2 years and loved it, it was clean, the grounds were kept up, and the staff is friendly. They definitely put in extra work to make it a close community. The maintenance staff is prompt and fixes things the first time. We had noisy neighbors and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. The area is pleasant with nice mountain views and a low crime rate. The only downside is the location, it's far on the west side of town but I guess that's why the rates are lower. At least there is easy access to Bacchus Highway and Mountain View Corridor and you can get downtown in 30 minutes when it's not rush hour. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have pets.

I signed my third lease here earlier this year. I love the office staff, they are all very kind and easy people to talk to. They know how to do their jobs. I love the extra effort that they put in here including Easter Egg hunts every year, outdoor movies in the summer, clean grounds, green grass, multiple playgrounds and basketball courts, volleyball courts, BBQ areas, swimming pool in the summer, hot tub all winter, gym, laundry room and a beautiful club house where you can get a cup of hot chocolate in the winter of coffee all year it that's your choice as well as a nice area with WI-FI to do homework or whatever you want to do. It also has a dog park and allows dogs if that is your thing, and many areas hat offer doggie clean up bags for there messes. Also much more. I love it here the staff really care and do all they can for the tenants and community.

I LOVE place! They have been nothing short of amazing. This is our second time living here, which in between we lived in a terrible place. When we moved in the sink in the master bath wasn't working, the maintenance man had left for the weekend but they asked him to come in and he fixed it the next day. They bend over backwards to help you. The rent is extremely reasonable and they make living in an apartment easy.

We liked living there, management is really kind. They are understanding. It is a bit far from everything but they offer great apartments for a good price.

I moved here after leaving a nightmare of a complex just south of Serengeti Springs and I have been very pleased by the quality and service of the complex management and employees. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and they do well at trying to make the complex feel like a community by holding events, drawings, and other activities.
