We have lived at these apartments for the last three years. Personally, we believe that any upgrades or updates to the facilities are for the best interest of the residences. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, and the staffing and maintenance teams are very responsive. Thank you, Wilshire team for all you do for our community.

Wilshire Place is a great place to live, we have only been here a month and we love it! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and helpful.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Wilshire Place Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to major roads and shopping nearby. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and come with great features like in-unit laundry and updated finishes, which made it feel like home right away. One of the biggest highlights has been the staff and maintenance team. They’re friendly, responsive, and quick to handle any issues—maintenance requests are usually taken care of within a day or two, which is a huge plus. The community is generally quiet and feels safe, and I’ve appreciated amenities like the gym, pool, and pet-friendly environment. It’s also nice that the property is kept clean and updated regularly. That said, like many apartments in the area, rent can feel a bit high, especially with additional fees, but overall it’s competitive for what you get. Wilshire is the best place to live! The facilities are clean and the landscaping is always kept nice. It’s such an amazing place for kids that is safe and a good family environment! The management has always been amazing to work and always communicates quickly!

They are quick to fix problems you have in a timely manner. Staff and workers are friendly and helpful.

I've been a resident here for 11 years. The property management team does an excellent job to make this a great place to live. They genuinely care about their tenants. I love the fact that they bring in a food truck on Thursdays, and that on special events like Christmas, Halloween, etc they always provide cookies and special treats for us all. I appreciate how responsive they are to questions, or maintenance issues. I've got to say I've been pretty happy here.

I love living here at Wilshire place! The energy and vibe here is great, the staff at the leasing office always make you feel soooooo welcomed! Going on walks around the area feels very safe, and still feels opened and relaxed. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance, Very communicative staff here!!🤍

We've made Wilshire our home since 2015, We've seen many new faces come and go in the office but the the beautiful face that has been the Longest Is Alex, she has been an absolute pleasure, thank you for being amazing!

My name is Lori Allen and I have been living here for almost two years now. My sweet furrbabies and I love it! Maintenance is quick to respond to requests when needed. (and I haven’t had many issues that needed it either.) The leasing office employees are always super kind and able to answer any questions you have. They also host special events and give out special little treats to everyone on holidays. And we get a food truck visit every other week. A lot of people will complain about parking and I think the guest parking specially can be confusing when you first have people visit but as far as personal parking, its really not that expensive to pay $30/month to have your own reserved spot. They are willing to help you change your spot when other closer spots to your apt free up as well. I plan on staying here for a long time. 😇

I have lived at the whilshire place apartment for about 7 months now and all I can say is that it’s been super peaceful living here! The staff here is friendly and caring. Maintenance teams respond quickly to requests. Parking can get tough late at night but overall a comfortable place to live.

If I could give an extra 0.5 stars, I would. Not quite 5 stars but definitely 4+. I've lived here for a few months with my girlfriend and we love it here. The prices are generally agreeable considering the state of the market. I have yet to feel like I'm struggling to pay for anything while living here. They allow so many leniancies in comparison to many other apartments. The maintenance team is great! They're always punctual and willing to help as many times as needed. My only real complaint is the neighbors. They love nothing more than to be as loud as possible with their vehicles and music. It's always the same group of people and their friends. Luckily, when making reports, the office cracks down quickly on the annoyances. I feel like these people only do it for attention. Why they need to do it at midnight is something I'll never understand. Thank you Wilshire Place for being an amazing home for my family ❤️

Liveable!! Management is great. I do really wish the walls were thicker or insulated more. Overall, it's a great community.

We've been here since 2014 and loved every year. The office staff has been outstanding! Alex and Alisha are hands down the best. They are prompt to fix any issue and genuinely care about the community. We are still living here and still loving it! Alix is still here and Alisha is outstanding. Seriously if you're looking for a great place to live look no further.

I have lived here almost a year and it has been great. Staff is friendly and responsive. Kyle has been great in knocking out maintenance requests. Alix has been wonderful throughout my whole stay.

While I’m not one to write a review I have to say the level of professionalism here is second to none. From the entire office staff all the way to the maintenance crews. They are top notch.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this complex/management company. I moved in a few weeks ago and love how quick and easy it was to get everything going. The apartments are spacious, open concept and storage for days! I also LOVE the fact that there’s a laundry ROOM, not closet. The apartment was clean and ready for move in the day I got my keys. The staff are amazing and responsive! I love how I can’t hear my neighbors doing stuff unless they’re outside my door.. I’m on the top floor, so I’m not sure If that matters or makes a difference but I do like that I forget that I have anyone in close proximity until I either walk out of my front door or hear someone in the stairwells. The only thing I will say is that I wish there was more free parking for tenants and guests. But other than that, I love it here. 🥰🥰

I have been touring many different apartment complexes recently because I am trying to move out of my area, and I just must say I recently took a tour through this apartment complex and I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and well kept everything was. The nice young lady Chloe gave us a great and very informative tour and by the end of it I had no questions left and plenty of information! definitely would recommend checking these out if you are interested in moving in the area!

I love walking my dog here there’s so much grass and the leasing agent chloe is always extremely helpful!

Highly recommend this place! It is very peaceful here. Love the spacious 2 bedroom. Also, the manager Alisha is extremely helpful for any questions or help needed. Great place to live!

Wilshire is a lovely place and it’s a beautiful community. The office ladies are so good to work with and they know their stuff. Very transparent and helpful with everything. Our two bedroom is HUGE and we are happy to have found this awesome apartment.

I really like this apartment complex so far. We ran into an issue before moving in with the apartment we had singed for and management went above and beyond to really help resolve the issue as best they could and we were extremely grateful. This property is also very communicative as well. I love how close it is to literally and everything shopping wise you might want.

We've lived here 2 years and about to sign for a 3rd. Yall are attentive and helpful. I appreciate that I can call and someone is here same day to help when I need it.

I cant express enough how amazing Wilshire is, the maintenance crew was always right on any problems. My water heater went out last year and they replaced it the same day. Everyone at Wilshire was so helpful and beyond nice. Alix in the office is top notch. She was always there to help and always just cheerful and awesome! I absolutely LOVED these apartments. I honestly can not think of one negative thing about this complex. I truly truly enjoyed living here and im gonna miss it and everyone there. Absolutely 10000% highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Wilshire for a great 2 years!

I haven't moved in yet but the staff helping me get through my application process are real gems! EDIT: I have moved in and I've lived here more than 2 years. The staff is still amazing.

Very professional and helpful staff, they have been so responsive and attentive, you can tell the apartments are well taken care of and so are the grounds and amenities, I was given all the information I needed, the office took great care of me!

A really nice place to live honestly, kinda out of the way but if you like that and the view of the mountains you can’t go wrong. Even the office people are nice and care about the people who live there, every time I’ve had some to be fixed at my apartment they’ve been over within house and it’s fixed promptly

Wilshire place is the best place to live!!! The property is always beautiful! The manager and Alix in the front office are always so kind and helpful. And the maintenance team is always quick to respond to any work orders I put in and just great guys. Thank you Clint, Scott and Kyle! I highly recommend living here. Alix at the front desk is awesome and always super helpful. The maintenance guys are all chill and work fast/ problem solve if something comes up. Bit on the pricey side but recently redone so it looks good. It kind of sucks that there’s only one grill and the parking is weird but it’s an overall good place if you can afford it.🤙🏽

I just wanted to take a moment and thank these folks specifically. I have lived at Wilshire Apartments for many years. When I found myself in a financial hardship ShaNae went above and beyond helping me with documents that I needed to submit so I could withdraw from my 401k. Alix helped me transfer to a one bedroom and was prompt in getting the transfer application sent over to me so I could move out of the town homes. I would also Like to thank Clint. He has went above and beyond and through his leadership he has created a strong maintenance team that is able to handle maintenance issues in a timely manner. This team has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place to call home.

The clubhouse is stunning and the staff is fun, kind, and professional... especially their front gal Alix!! My kids enjoy going to their holiday events and loved having cocoa with Santa!

We love Wilshire! Me and my kids have lived here for 2 years now. And have never had a bad experience. All of the staff office and maintenance are amazing! There so nice and very willing to help. The complex is well taken care of. There’s always something going on here whether it be the holiday themed activities. Or weekly food trucks that come by. It really just feels like home here! Update, since I couldn’t leave a new one. We still love it here at Wilshire! So much that we came back. The move in process was so simple and really not over priced. The ladies in the office were so nice and really took the time to help any way they could. Maintenance is faster than ever I swear. And the property is still well maintained. We love how family friendly it is and are happy to be home!

Long time coming for this review. From the beginning, the call, to the tour to, and the help with the rough start of a new place. Wilshire Place Apartment staff and manager have been amazing. I appreciate the hard work the, magical promptness in every aspect, and every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a more inviting staff, property, and maintenance workers. The thoughtfulness to our community with food trucks, to the beautiful quiet, landscape. My hats off to all of you, for your hard work and diligence. Home is an understatement.
