They were very responsive and fast with the maintenance!

Southpoint has been great. Quiet, Clean and well maintained even the garage and stairwells. I had to call Maintenance for a gas smell and they were fast and efficient helping us resolve the issue. Loved working with Jordain she is so friendly and always helpful.

Seasons @ Southpoint in Draper is such a beautiful complex with an amazing view of the valley, friendly neighbors, awesome amenities, and an incredible management staff. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend Seasons to anyone in the market for a luxurious new place to live!

We stayed at this apartment for over three years and truly loved our time here. The views are fantastic, and the community felt very safe. While we had a few maintenance issues over the years, they were always addressed in a timely manner. It’s very close to a lot of hiking trails which is great for those who love the outdoors! We made sure to clean the unit thoroughly upon moving out, and we received our full security deposit back. Overall, it’s a great place to live!"

Jordain has been absolutely great to work with as we are in the process of relocating to the Draper area from the Midwest! Nice facility & a convenient location as well.

Out of all of the apartments I had been touring in the area recently I had the best experience here. Jordain and Sella were super nice and answered all of my questions! The location is great and the amenities are well kept.

I moved in on April 20th 2020, soon after they were built and open. I talked with chase multiple times during April to explain my situation and how dedicated I was to get in and he worked with me amazingly along the way! I had lost my place to live and ended up needing to move in earlier and chase went above and beyond and made sure I was able to make it in just in the Knick of time, since I’ve lived here they have fixed multiple issues without any problems since and everyone here has just been amazing! I hope to continue living here for awhile yet! Best apartments ever! (Edit) Still loving my experience living here, Jordan and Stephanie in the office are wonderful and work with me on whatever I need help with, they even go above and beyond and watch for important packages for me and will even put them in my apartment if I asked them too! Mike and kobie are wonderful on the maintenance and just awesome guys in general! I appreciate you all so much! Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! They are always great love living here

I have lived at Seasons at Southpoint for 1.5 years and love it. The views of the valley are incredible, the apartment is new and has energy-efficient appliances. Plus, the office staff and maintenance service are excellent.

I had a job opportunity in Draper Utah I was looking for apartments in the area and I came across Seasons at Southpoint. I reached out to get more information on a one bedroom for spring and Rebecca answered the phone and first off she was extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with so much information. Highly recommend everyone and anyone to rent here. Fantastic customer service

I lived at Seasons at Southpoint from June of 2020 to December of 2024, and I loved it there. The space was beautiful, and the view from my home office was incredible. The staff was always friendly and professional, but during my last few months there, as I was dealing with a traumatic event that required me to terminate my lease early, the team was above-and-beyond friendly and professional. Jordain, the property manager, actively listened to what I was dealing with and helped me with the entire early lease termination process, step by step, with kindness and sympathy, as well as determination and grit. I’ll never forget it. She made the most traumatic period of my life bearable, when something like moving is already so exhausting and stressful. She’s a rockstar. And Rebecca, a leasing agent, helped Jordain and me get all of my ducks in a row so that I could leave Seasons on good terms, quickly and efficiently. She deals with a lot, and handles it beautifully. Lou, the phenomenal cleaner, had to deal with a bedroom and bathroom left behind by a prior tenant who utterly trashed both spaces, to the point that the carpet in his bedroom was so disgusting and stained that it was completely unsalvageable and had to be fully replaced. I should have deep cleaned those spaces myself, and the apartment as a whole, but by the time I moved into my new townhouse and completely emptied the Seasons apartment, I was just too emotionally and physically exhausted to do so. Lou dealt with my ultimate lack of follow-through with a smile and an incredibly sweet demeanor, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Last but not least, Jacob and Kobie patched up walls and repaired soooo much damage left behind by that prior tenant, as well as flawlessly covered up places I had had TVs mounted. The team made the apartment look brand new. I genuinely hope the next tenants are incredibly happy there!!

I’ve lived here for 4 years and have lived many places. I cannot say enough about this place and how well they keep up with maintaining it along with how friendly the staff is! I always feel heard! Whenever I put in a work order I never have to worry that it won’t get taken care of and they are on it because they respond letting me know they got it. The communication is wonderful, the amenities are wonderful and always clean! Our halls smell so nice and carpet squares are replaced immediately when they need to be. I love living here and they have certainly exceeded my expectations!

Ive lived here for almost 4 years and the maintenance guys, Mike and Kobie, have always been super helpful and quick to fix anything i need. They are always kind and respectful, and it eases a lot of stress knowing i can count on them to fix what i need. Stephanie in the leasing office is also super sweet and helpful. She is always quick to get back to me if i have a question. Ive really enjoyed my time living here.

Seasons at Southpoint has been amazing. The staff is so kind and friendly to work with. They listen if you have any problems and concerns and if anything needs fixed the maintenance team is on it right away!

Seasons at Southpoint is by far the best apartment I have lived in. The management is super helpful, made the move in process seamless, and have been available to help in any way possible. The apartments have great amenities, and not to mention a great view. I have really enjoyed the year round hot tub and the dog wash station.

The service is great, they are very helpful and always polite about any issue. The manager Jordain is always willing to help, and the staff is great.

Best place to live! Seasons at Southpoint is a wonderful place to live. The community is very well maintained by Mike and Colby. They keep the place clean and on the rare occasion that you have some maintenance that needs to be done in your unit they don't keep you waiting. Jordain and Stephanie, our property managers, are very knowledgeable, professional and together with Mike and Colby they keep the place running like a very well oiled machine. The views from this place are unbeatable, neighbors are friendly and it's a quiet community. I loved living here and will miss this place and this wonderful team.

I have lived at Seasons at Southpoint for almost three months. The apartment has been lovely and everything i hoped for in my first apartment out of college! The staff have been amazing at answering questions and helping out! Especially the maintenance team has been very prompt when we submit an issue and do a great job!

My husband and I have lived here for almost 1 year and without a doubt it has been the best condo we have ever lived in. the tranquility, the view and above all the great administrative team, especially Stephenie who has always helped us with the needs we have had and finding solutions in all of them. The maintenance team is also excellent, if you have a problem they will solve it the same day or the next at the latest. We hope to live here for a long time.

Amazing management, great location, beautiful apartments, and affordable!!! This is the best apartment we’ve lived in so far and I’m so happy we found it! Everyone is very respectful and responds quickly to needs, there are a ton of amazing amenities and the community here is amazing.

I’ve been living at Seasons at Southpoint now since 2020 and have been the only tenant of my unit. I absolutely love this place, the only thing I still do not like is the fact they switched the smarthome capabilities from Vivint to Dwelo and let’s just say I no longer use the smart home stuff anymore. Dwelo has been absolutely terrible and it seems most people have agreed with that statement. However these features can be ignored so I absolutely love living here still. Staff is also excellent and have always been accommodating for me whenever I needed it. Also, Mike is the best maintenance guy in the valley! He’s always prompt and knows how to fix pretty much anything that would need attention every now and then!

Maintenance was quick to respond, polite, and resolved my issues. The manager here was quick to act and get the maintenance team scheduled right there when I dropped in the office.

Been living here for over a year. It has it's ups and downs living in an apartment. Jordan has been helpful with any noise issues. Stephanie does an amazing job at making sure we are enjoying our place, she also helped us move into the exact apartment we wanted. Mike is quick to help with any maintenance issues.

I cannot speak highly enough of the complex or staff. This is my first time renting my own apartment. Stephanie & Jordan made it so easy and were unbelievably welcoming. The internet is fantastic for working from home. I look forward to calling Seasons at Southpoint my home for years to come. I'm pretty sure this place has the best view of any apartment in Utah.

Very quick responses to maintenance issues. Follow up, I wanted to thank Stephanie in the front office and Mike and Kobie in maintenance for going above and beyond. My oven stopped working and I needed it fixed so I could prepare for a dinner party. I called Stephanie and within an hour, Mike and Kobie brought me a replacement oven. You saved my dinner party and always do a great job responding to my questions and maintenance requests.

I have lived at the Seasons since August of 2020. I loved my apartment with the patio along with a bonus room. It was the perfect place for myself and my two dogs. I created some relationships that will last forever with some of my neighbors. Alyssa was always so good to me and helping me if I had a concern, she Mike and Stephanie are a great team. I was the first person to live in my apartment the gas stove granite countertops and the security system were some of my favorite things about the property. I wouldn't have moved but after 3 yrs I was ready for another chapter in life. Thank you Seasons for being a wonderful part of my journey in my life.

We are living here from past two years now and it is a excellent community. The view from the apartment is great, you can literally see entire Salt Lake City from one side, specially in the night it looks delightful and there is beautiful mountains on the other side. All issues and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The managers, specially Alyssa is very understanding and amicable. A big Thumbs Up to Mike, he is very prompt, friendly and helpful. I have had few issues in the apartment and Mike always fixed it within a day or two at the most, he is awesome. We love living here, so if you are on the fence, give it a shot. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I had issues from the beginning with little things that drive me crazy but the Apartment Manager Alyssa went out of her way to help me and help come up with solutions. She was very quick and responsive when helping with concerns.

I absolutely loved living here! They are very fair with rent increases at the end of your lease and they maintain the property well. It is a very quiet place to live and has the best soundproofing of any apartment I have lived at. The building quality is amazing and I never had issues with the appliances. It was very easy to get issues resolved and maintenance responds quickly. Highly recommend.

Seasons has been an amazing place to live thanks to the hard work of the Property Manager, Alyssa Warren. Alyssa goes above and beyond to ensure residents needs are addressed, understood, and she ensures that swift action is taken to resolve any conflict or issues. Alyssa is quick to respond to my communication and clears up any problems or questions I have. The building is clean, quiet, and people are friendly. Being able to have my dog on property and live with me is a major plus, and to my experience, the property is super quiet and neighbors are respectful. Covered garage parking has been really clutch in the snow and winter, and gives peace of mind that my car is enclosed in garage parking. The views of the valley are great, and always find it neat to see the people overhead flying around the flight park. With the development in the area, and ease to freeway access, I envision this area and apartments will be highly sought after for a long while. Overall, I am really happy with my decision to live here - and Alyssa is a huge reason for that. Thanks for all the handwork that Alyssa and the maintenance team provides. I rarely write google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience living here. 13/10.

I found this property on google and went to see the apartments looking for something quiet and we simply fell in love with the apartment, the friendly staff, the clean facilities and the very peaceful environment. The approval process was quick. I am excited about moving. 😍

I love living here! The property managers have been super great to work with ie. Chase and now Alyssa! The maintenance crew is amazing and jump on getting things taken care of immediately! Everyone in the office is always friendly, clubhouse and pool always clean, hot tub always hot and working, they replaced the outside barbecue because someone burned it up, they replaced chairs in the clubhouse because they were broken, new fresh beautiful flowers are planted every year in cool pots around the pool. Yada Yada Yada! They do a fantastic job maintaining this place and I for one really appreciate it and I was not paid off to say these things! 😂

I’ve been a tenant since Sept 2021. I have to say Alyssa is an absolute Gem, she’s very responsive, very nice, always in a good mood and helpful. When moving in I had a great experience, they’re transparent about their pricing and I wasn’t surprised to see any hidden fees. Mike the maintenance man is wonderful, I always see him around and he’s friendly and explains well what the issue was with your maintenance request. Usually things get fixed within a day or 2 (depending on how busy Mike is). I love my apartment and the staff. I’m really glad I moved here.

Alyssa is an incredible manager! She has been so great to work with and has been especially accommodating as we have needed to extend our time at Seasons Southpoint. We have had a wonderful experience, much to the credit of the management!

My experience has been great with Seasons at Southpoint! The property manager Alyssa is always really friendly and professional. I can count on her to provide a quick response to any questions I have. Mike on the maintenance team is polite and professional. He was quick to resolve the minor maintenance request that I made. The Apartment is beautiful and modern. The amenities are great also; from the smart home system and keyless entry, to the club house, fitness center, pool and hot tub.

Seasons at Southpoint is a wonderful place! The apartments are modern and the accommodations available to the tenants are great. We have rented the clubhouse and theater for gatherings, there is also a conference room that can be reserved but we haven't had the need. Alyssa and Stephanie in the front office are great to work with, from selecting the right apartment to completing the leasing process. Mike is very attentive to any maintenance concerns, they keep the property as a whole were well maintained. Although we are only here for a short amount of time I would happily rent here again if the need arises and would highly recommend Seasons to anyone looking in the Draper area.

The Seasons, We stayed here for almost a year. I had to relocate to another state for work. With the stress moving and especially to another state they made it super easy and always helped us during the process. The property is managed really well, it’s nice and quiet with a great view of the valley. Alyssa and Cameron had help me me get my lease taken over with no stress. The office team was helping us above and beyond. The maintenance team was always on top of stuff making sure everything was running smoothly. I didn’t have to request maintenance much since everything was put together great before us moving Thanks Mike! Alba, what a wonderful person! Thank you so much for helping us on our moving day getting everything clean that we had missed. My fiancé and I want to thank the seasons staff on helping us and taking a loads of stress off us during the lease take over.

Update as of July 16, 2021: Fantastic place to live. 5 stars for sure! Great management! Alyssa and Cameron have been awesome to work with. They have been professional and very friendly to work with. Cameron has taken time to get to know me personally and has encouraged and advised me in matters such as buying a home, increasing my credit score and more. Advised me to use Rent plus to improve my credit score. A program they offer to track your rent payments to the credit bureaus. Really great service by both Alyssa and Cameron!! Very new and clean place. Just opened in 2020. Smart features, which includes vivint smart system. Really fast internet! Awesome amenities. Pool, gym, theater room, clubhouse with pool table. Amazing views of the Salt lake valley! Very friendly management team. Great location! 7 min drive to Bangerter and I-15 intersection.

Good apartments but there were a couple cons it's very new so there still working on a few things I'd give them a chance this apartment was very clean very well kept with great smart home system and door bell camera and valet trash pick up very secure as you need a key fob to get in to any building they were changing management when we were leaving previous management chase and lorenzo were amazing got us in same day that we drove in we needed something very last minute new management was only there a month when we left they seemed very friendly and were very helpful with our move out but they were still trying to figure everything out the CONS were that we were on the first floor and the upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants all night and the walls are thin we could here the person our neighbor had on speaker phone threw the wall very easily the pipes in the walls were installed to close together so when they heat up (when the dryer is on the heater is on etc.) They expand and clank together not to loud but it was a little annoying and the water pressure in the bathroom was horrible just a side note if you have a problem with strong smells they have very strong smelling air freshners in every hallways that are set on a timer over all good apartments there were just a few small things that you cant seem to avoid in most apartments we did mention a few of these things at move out to knew management they were really wanting to know our opinion on stuff so they could address it I really felt like they would look in to things I also got a birthday card with a candy bar on my birthday I hope new management continues that I thought it was cute and makes everyone feel special..... just an fyi any delivery company like door dash will have a hard time finding this place as it's new and always takes every one over to where the roads blocked off

We are 3 months into our lease here and absolutely love it! Chase and Lorenzo have been so helpful and are great managers. I almost don't want people to find out about this amazing apartment complex! Ha!

Seasons at Southpoint is a great place to live. Lorenzo and Chase go above and beyond managing the property, responding quickly, and making leasing and living here a great experience. It's also new with amazing views!

I moved here without getting to see the apartment in person but I have no regrets!! Chase was nice enough to record and send over a video of my potential unit and answer any questions I had. The community is well run - Lorenzo & Chase are the kindest and I couldn’t be happier here. The walls are well insulated and I never hear my neighbors and barely hear any traffic from the parking lot either. Valet Trash is reliable and come at the same time each day. Maintenance is quick to come by and you sometimes see him around the community proactively working on things. The parking garage is never super full even though the complex is at 100% occupancy so no issues there. I highly recommend these apartments!

Management and maintenance both respond promptly with any requests I've put in. I'm ashamed I can't recall the maintenance workers name, but, him and Chase have both been fantastic. The hallways are maintained, noise is never an issue, the grounds are kept clean as well. The internet that's provided is fast, and we've experienced no down-time thus far.

Utility efficient smart home apartments. Electricity ranges about 28 dollars a month. Holds heat and air temp in well without continuous cycles. Quiet well insulated. Conveniently close to interstate. Property management easy to deal with and nice! I got a birthday card with candy at my door too! Nice up on the bench of Draper. Peaceful!

I wanted to wait to give my review until we settled a bit into the new place. From start to finish, it has been such a smooth process! I initially went through their third party to set up my viewing appointment, but was able to easily start working with Chase and Lorenzo directly. We've had a small work order from move in, taken care of the same day. The previous property we moved from took at least a week! I truly appreciate the promptness. I also love that they take a DNA sample for the pets to ensure responsible pet parents on the property! I have walked into accidents at night at the previous property and didn't see much done to stop it. Chase and Lorenzo are just great to work with and show they really care. I look forward to spending our time here as our first choice!

Updating my review about this place- A month ago I got on their chat feature to get more information. The rep on chat was awful and very unhelpful, rude, and not transparent about costs for living here. I left a 1 star review and chose not to even show up in person to the complex. The manager ended up reaching out directly to me to apologize and explain that the chat is a third party and they are working on their training with them. He offered to have me come in and look at the apartments. I still did not go in because I had already chosen a different complex. That being said- I am HUGE on customer service and the fact that the manager actually reached out to me directly to explain their side while addressing my concerns about the place was very impressive and is a level of customer service you do not often see anymore. So for that, had I not already chosen somewhere I absolutely would have gone to look. At a minimum, this place has an awesome management team who truly does care what people think about. Not something you can say about a lot of property management companies.

When I was searching out for apartments from the other side of the country Chase was amazing with answering all my questions. He sat on the phone with me right before the office closed for 40 minutes one day when I was still trying to pick a place to live. Getting here was easy and the location is out of town and has an amazing view of the valley. I think it’s awesome they are very diligent about owners cleaning up after their pets. When I got here they took a DNA test for my dog, I thought it was for breed identification. Nope, it’s so if they find some pooch poop laying around they can pick it up, test it, and fine the owners so they learn how to be responsible dog owners! I thought it was awesome. Also the property management team gave me a birthday card with a candy bar! It’s nice to know they care on a level that’s deeper than money! Everyone we have met here is super nice (dogs included), and Lorenzo has been awesome answering all out questions whenever chase is out of the office!
