Current Tennant review: I've been here for over two years. They were very fast and helpful in signing me up and getting me into a unit. Nice amenities for the most part. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Good job taking care of the snow in the wintertime. A year-round hot tub is nice! A great internet package is a very reliable internet provider and service. (Included) The BBQ grills are awesome, although I don't use them often. The mailbox is covered and has motion lights that make it easy to get your mail at night. There are plenty of dumpsters for all of the tenants, which keeps the grounds clean. Good water heaters, AC, and Heater. Nice granite countertops. The microwave above the oven is nice. Fridge and dishwasher included. They have a dog area in front and also have pet clean-up stations throughout, and all the tenants are very good about using them. They do attract good tenants who are all nice and friendly. There is a small but very functional weight room with cardio equipment. They have garages at extra cost, which is a huge bonus for me. They cost extra but are very worth it! The office staff is incredibly well-trained and good at their jobs. They know the tenants very well and are always quick to help out. Any concerns I have had over the past two years have been quickly resolved in the best way possible. If you are looking for a great apartment complex to call home, this is it! I don't see myself leaving this complex until I am ready to buy a home. Triton Terrace has treated my family and me very well!

This review is for Nina who went above and beyond to assist me. I don’t even live at these apartments, I live at Point of View Apartments across the street (both owned by Triton Investments). I had reached out to Nina since my leasing office did not help me and Nina was empathetic towards my situation and did what she could do to resolve my needs.

Actually the best apartment/condo living ever. Amazing management, chill neighbors, good price. Just moved out but we were here for 3 years and loved the place.

Stayed here for one year it was a great time. No complaints. J.R the office manager was a huge highlight. Nice and good at his job. We had some issues with moving out and he helped us. Good place to live 5 out of 5

Anyone who knows me knows how much I rave about my place. I would recommend Triton Terrace to Anyone. I've had a great experience since 2022. First reason is the area! It's in the middle of everything. There's a beautiful Dog friendly trail just 2 minutes away where you can see deer all around. You can also hop on bangerter or 1-15 in 5 minutes. It's safe and its Quiet. The view is to die for! basketball court, Huge pool with splashpad! great sized hot tub and multiple grills! The gym is nice they have electric bikes for cycling classes. I love the vacuum and air being easy access I use it at least 2 times a week with having a dog. Management and maintenance are so friendly. Neighbors are so sweet too it feels like a community. I get so many compliments when having people over they really are so cute! The move in process is so fast as well we looked at our unit and moved in 3 days later. unlike most apartments it doesn't have all those internet and mandatory package deals. internet and cable are just included which I'm thankful for!

I have been living here for a few months now and it has been great. JR has been very helpful and knowledgeable from the moment we were considering and has been very helpful throughout our time here. All service requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. Units are clean and up to date. Very safe neighborhood.

Triton Terrace is a really nice place to live. It's far enough away from busy highways to have some privacy, but also close enough to I15 and Draper City to make it a convenient place to live. They helped us switch units after 14 months, and living on the top floor has been a great experience. It's quiet, finding parking for a second vehicle is easy, the exercise equipment is decent, and you get FREE Dish access. Overall it's been a really good experience.

The staff is amazing here, always quick to respond and it feels so safe and like home. Honestly couldn’t ask for better. Thank you everyone as always. ♥️💃🏻👏🏻

Currently have been a resident since March of 2022. Never rented before, since I was barely 18 at the time. Triton made it easy and simple when applying along with being very understandable and helpful in the process when awaiting the application to be fully processed. There are many wonderful amenities here that aren’t offered in other apartments. I’m able to have my two German Shepherds who also live a fantastic life at Triton. Especially because of how dog friendly everything is - dog poop stations, a HUGE dog park, etc. The are other positives too of course, the location, the pool, hot tub, etc., but none of it compares to how nice the staff is. If there are any issues they are always quick to respond and to repair, no matter what it is. Triton has given me a wonderful renters experience that I’m sure won’t be found anywhere else.

If you want to live on great location, great community, great staff, nice apartments, this is a great place for you.!!!!!!

We have lived here since 2017, they have always been very clear with the fees and amounts due. We love the place, it is well cared, if we need something to be serviced they will fix in a timely manner keeping us up to date of what is being done to resolve the problem. During this period we moved from the apartments to the Townhomes and everything was very smooth with the office. I really have nothing to complain about Triton Terrace!

Quiet, friendly, clean and safe community. Convenient location. 5 stars across the board! I really enjoy living here and I would recommend this location to anyone! As long as i'm living in Utah, I'll be living at Triton Terrace

We met with Jena for a tour on Thursday and she was gracious with her time to show us one available and the model unit. Very easy to work with and beautiful grounds.

I have lived at Triton Terrace for nearly 4 years and loved it! The management has been the best I’ve had out of all the apartments I’ve lived at. They have always been so kind and awesome and accommodating. Oh and fetch the maintenance crew is also the most rad! Literally are usually there to fix whatever problem needs updated or fixed within 24 hours (except weekends, unless it’s an emergency). I would stay here if I could in a heartbeat! But alas, my wife and I are moving to St. George. Check out this place! They’re fair and kind And do so many fun activities and games, at least until the Rona. I couldn’t recommend more!

I just want to say, Marjan has been so great to me from the very beginning. I was looking for an apartment from NY a couple weeks ago, upon learning that I would be moving back to Utah for a new job. She was the first person I spoke to on the phone about an available unit and her positivity, energy and warmth convinced me that this is the apartment I want to live in. Thank you, Marjan! And also, Triton terrace is absolutely wonderful. I’m loving it so far! All around great.

Marjan was amazing throughout the entire process of getting settled in to our new apartment. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I am very excited to take advantage of all the great amenities!

I lived here for a year. The management was always so helpful and quick to reply. The facilities were always well taken care of and updated often. The neighbors are kind and helpful. It’s very dog friendly which we really appreciated. It was a wonderful place to live and we were so sad to go!

Triton Terrace is in a great location and has a beautiful floor plan. I moved here about 4 months ago and have enjoyed the view as well as the cozy layout of the property. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. They even have a car vacuum and air compressor for tires on site! There is also ample access to parking close to my apartment which is nice when I get home later at night. I have loved living here and would highly recommend it!

Triton Terrace was the best apartment I've ever lived in. The amenities were great, our apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean with a great view of the valley from our balcony, and rent was affordable. Our dog had an awesome time living in the community there and enjoyed every minute in the dog-run. The staff was also extremely professional and quick to respond to anything we needed. We were really sad to leave and would have stayed longer if we could. Shout out to Jena in the office for being amazing to work with! We had a very positive experience here.

Couldn’t have been happier with the triton terrace apartments. My wife and I have lived several places downtown prior to living in draper at these. The customer service was outstanding. The amenities were great. Everything was always clean and well taken care of. It far exceeded any of our prior experiences. We only moved for a needed location change. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to live in the nice Draper area.

Fantastic place to live! I lived there for two years 2017-2019 in the Treasure floor plan. Management was always friendly, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. Rarely needed anything fixed, but if I did maintenance always fixed in a timely manner. Plenty of parking and safe location. Triton Terrace never felt unsafe for me, a late twenties woman. Loved that it’s pet friendly and had a dog park. I used the dog park almost everyday. My only complaint is that it could be really windy sometimes, but obviously you can’t change that or control the weather. I soon adapted to the wind sound. I cleaned and followed the move out cleaning list and received my full deposit back, so grateful not to be nickel and dimed on the way out and to invest that money in the next deposit. I highly recommend you live here! You won’t be disappointed.

We have lived here for almost a year and this is the most amazing and attentive apartment complex I've ever experienced. The rent is more than fair for the location, the amenities are incredible (I love the year round hot tub and my dog loves the dog park), and maintenance is always so quick for fix any issue (which we've only had one small issue since being here). The staff are all so kind and helpful. They are great about shoveling snow and throwing ice down, and in the summer they host movie nights at the pool. This place is more than just an apartment, they make it a community.

My boyfriend and I have been here for almost four years now and we have loved the place. The management team is amazing and they are always super friendly and willing to help. They have helped us on numerous occasions when they could have told us we were out of luck. It's really one of the main reason we have stuck around besides that we love the location. We do tend to think the rent is a little high, but it is a very safe area and the views are incredible. We've never had any major problems with our apartment maintenance wise and anytime we have had any issues maintenance has been on it within a day. The amenities are awesome as well as the hot tub is open year round and they always have cute events going on to try to get the community together. Overall I have really enjoyed this apartment and would definitely rent from them again as well as recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have loved this place from day one! It has a spectacular view of the SLC valley and it's conveniently located next to the highway. Triton Terrace staff goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home:) They are always on top of snow removal and maintenance is fast. Other residents we've met have made our experience that much greater.

I have lived at Triton Terrace for almost 3 years. The staff is professional, customer focused and accomadating. Excellent location, sitting on South Mountain about a mile from Interstate 15 and just off the Bangerter Parkway....easy access and convenient to surrounding shopping ! The apartments were completed in 2016 so they are a new modern design. The apartments are fresh and clean with granite counter tops and hardwood lament floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Dog friendly, with an amazing views , plenty of guest parking, pool, jacuzzi, workout room, wifi-cable , BBQ area, dog park, fire pit, playground for the kids , basketball court, covered parking and water included in one price. Close to trails , bike paths and the world class Flight Park. These apartments are very well maintained. The landscaping and lawn always look well groomed in the summer and the parking lot and side walks are cleared promptly during winter after snow. Its been a great place to call 🏡 home....affordable, friendly, clean, great location and great staff. I would highly recommend Triton Terrace as upscale living and gets a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me !

Beautiful views of the mountains in the day and the city at night. Pool, hotub, gym, doggy space if you have dogs. The ladies in the office give surprises of treats on some holidays and early mornings. We have called maintainance for some small things and they are quick to respond and come by. The landscaping is always well maintained as well!

Nice staff, great location, love the pool.

I have now lived here a little over two years. The management keep grounds looking great and are on top of any issues. I thought about moving to Parc West but after comparing the two- I get a lot more square footage at Triton Terrace as well as internet, cable, utilities, and parking all included in my monthly rent. They do not force you into the longest lease for the “cheapest” option. Taking all these factors into consideration, other property’s were at least $450+ more if I wanted covered parking or a garage. This is Draper’s best deal and property by far.

We LOVE Triton Terrace. We've been here for 2 years and have been really impressed with the management and maintance of the facilities. The girls in the office are super friendly and always get back with you on questions or needs within a day or so. They don't sneak in random additional costs and are well managed. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is usually done with the day and if not the next day. They keep the grounds and facilities super clean, but if you find something dirty they will fix it quickly. The gym needed some spot cleaning and the girls from the office cleaned it themselves on their break while I was in there and were so friendly about it. Management sends out games of bingo for prizes during holidays, throws pool parties with prizes, and even has a wrapping station in the winter to wrap your Christmas gifts at no charge. They make it fun and convenient to live here. The location is killer, seeing as though you are right off the freeway and have a grocery store just right down the hill. Not to mention that you are super close to thousands of trails for hiking, biking, or snowshoeing. We love Triton and have actually referred 2 friends to live here because of it and they now love it too. Obviously every complex has it's pros/cons, but Triton corrects and responds to the cons of yours and tries to make it a good experience for you.

Leasing agent was very helpful, but they didn't have a model apartment to look at

We have loved living at Triton Terrace for the past 1.5 years. The apartments are beautiful. Tall ceilings, fans, granite countertops, clean carpet, and lots of space. The staff has been great to work with. They have always been friendly and accommodating. I have read several of the complaints on here and it seems like those who complain are the type of people who think they are the victims in every situation and always blame the rest of the world for their problems. Yes we had to have some workers do some maintenance on the fire sprinkler system, but we were notified and the work was quick and painless. After they fixed the issue we did have to wait a week or two before the drywall guy came and finished the job, but I wouldn't say the apartment wasn't put together for 2 weeks. There was a small 2' x 2' hole in the corner of the living room until the drywall came and patched it. Not a huge deal in my opinion. A little unsightly, but that's all. Not worth giving one star over. So what if we had to move our coats out of the coat closet, that's better than burning to death in a fire. The claim that 1/4 of the apartment had to be cleared for the workers is quite the exaggeration. More like 1/4 of the living room corner. Those who complain about the cost, if you think it is too steep then why did you sign a contract to live here and agree on the price instead of finding somewhere cheaper to live? If the price is the same as mortgage on a 4 bedroom home then why don't you go buy a 4 bedroom home? By the way, an older 4 bedroom home in this area would easily be about 700 dollars or more a month when you include taxes and homeowners insurance than the rent price for the 2 bedroom apartment. Not sure what the person was smoking who said you could get a 4 bedroom home and pay the same in monthly mortgage as the 2 bedroom apartment. I would know, we just bought a home and are moving out in a week. On that note, since we just bought a home and had to break our lease early we had to pay a fee. However, the staff was amazing to work with and gave us a few different options on what we could do as far as breaking our lease early goes. In the end, we were very pleased with what we were able to work out. I don't know of any apartments that don't charge you for breaking your lease early, regardless of your circumstance. It really bugs me to see comments on here of people complaining about having to pay a fee for breaking their lease early. You signed the contract and agreed that you would fulfill the terms of the lease before you moved in here! There are way too many snowflakes in this world that think the world revolves around them, seriously. The walls are not paper thin. In the 1.5 years we lived here we never had a problem with noise from neighbors and we had people living above and below us. The toilets do not take forever to flush, what? They flush the exact same as any other residential grade toilet. The space in the living room for a standard sized couch is just fine. The guy complaining about this must not have had a standard sized couch. We were also late for our rent once because we got stuck out of town camping in the mountains. The letter on our door was not a "nasty" worded letter in any degree of the sense, like a certain someone commented here. It was straight forward and to the point yes, but it was not a personal attack or even "nasty worded" in any way. It simply said pay your rent by a certain date with the late fee and if it isn't paid by that date then they will proceed with eviction processing, very standard notice. It's the same notice all apartments would give if you are late with your rent. Seriously, take responsibility for your own lack of accountability. Lastly, I have to respond about the person who said his motorcycle was stolen. Are you seriously blaming the apartment for your motorcycle being stolen? Anyway, we have loved it here and I'm glad to see that the average rating is high at least. You can't please everyone. We will miss the views and the neighbors.

We have loved living here! Everything is kept up really well! The maitenece staff is quick and efficient to fix and repair whatever goes wrong with no problems. The managers are great and respond quickly! The apartments themselves are a great size and have room for storage! We haven't had any problems with noise or loud neighbors. We've loved living here!

Love living here! Maintenance is always done so quickly and staff in the office is always so helpful and kind whenever I stop by. My kids love playing air hockey in the clubhouse and the ladies there have always made them feel loved and welcome. Summer will be AMAZING with their pool being a beach style set up, perfect for my youngest to splash around in, and everything is always clean. Plus, what a fantastic view from here!

Triton terrace is the perfect location not to far from the freeway. The pool area is always well kept and looks over the amazing view of the valley. My experience with the staff was great, they were helpful and courteous. I felt that all my needs were met and they were willing to go above and beyond. The apartments were perfectly clean when we moved in. I would suggest living there to anyone!

I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing to work with and always kind. Great fitness room and beautiful pool area!!! I love to walk around the complex with my dog. Great view of the city!! Couldn't ask for better !!!

I loved living here: amazing views, beautiful pool and gym, dog park, and a great location. I really liked being able to walk to trail heads and having easy freeway access. It was a great location in Draper for me. Office staff / management was always very friendly and helpful and did their best, even when the complex was brand new and a few things were still being straightened out (and parts of the complex being built - so it's all new and clean!) I recommend this community highly.

The view from Triton Terrace is absolutely stunning! The pool, gym , and clubhouse are gorgeously designed. The office staff are nothing but helpful! You can tell that they are excited and passionate about their residents. The units have granite counter tops throughout and are brand new. I have a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and it feels large for an apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex for young adults looking for a high quality apartment complex and lifestyle. Draper cultivates an active lifestyle and the locals are very friendly. ** FIVE STARS **
