I lived here for almost 3 years and loved it. Everyone was kind and professional. Any issues I had were resolved immediately by management. Things I enjoyed most were location, views, patios, grilling, pools, hot tubs, great tenant community.

After living in this place for almost two years, I can finally give my honest opinion about it. At first, everything was wonderful, but once our baby started learning how to walk, the downstairs neighbors began complaining about the noise no matter what time of day it was. They also said the noise made their dogs bark. Even though we explained many times that our baby was simply learning to walk, they never seemed to understand. We understood that it could be frustrating, so to avoid future problems with other neighbors, we decided the best option was to move to a first-floor apartment so our son could walk and play without disturbing anyone. Since then, we’ve had a year of peace and quiet. If you have small children, my recommendation would definitely be to live on the first floor. We are first-time parents, and that was a mistake we learned from. Aside from that experience, this place has been wonderful. The neighbors are friendly, and I’ve even made some new friendships here. Like any place, it’s not perfect, but the management truly tries to resolve any issues. Whenever I’ve needed something repaired, maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it the same day, so I honestly can’t complain. If you’re thinking about moving here, I would say it’s a good place to live, especially after experiencing both the good and the bad. Even with everything, my wife and I decided to renew our lease for another year. Also, this place has one of the best views, which is definitely something we’ve really enjoyed living here.

I lived at POV for two years and honestly can’t say enough good things. Everyone on site is great at what they do and are very kind including, grounds, maintenance, cleaning, and the leasing team. The location is also super convenient right off I-15. I had a great experience living here and only left because I moved across the country. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice apartment in a great area.

Modern units with stunning mountain views and upscale amenities like a pool, fitness center, golf simulator, and EV charging. Responsive management, convenient Draper location off the freeway, pet-friendly with great community vibe. Highly recommend—5 stars!

On my second year here at POV and it’s been great! The building is always clean the apartment is as advertised and management has been nothing but kind. If you’re looking for a peaceful location pov is perfect. This is truly a space you can make a home.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment complex is really nice, well-maintained, and in a good location. The staff is easy to work with and always helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Camryn especially has been awesome—super friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live!

We've been here for three weeks now and love it. It's a good location, the amenities are great, everything is clean, and the community members are nice and peaceful. Beautiful location and very friendly and helpful staff! Camryn was so welcoming and great at answering all of our questions. The application process was very straightforward and easy to do and move in has been great too! The team was so communicative and made sure everything was in place for a smooth transition, even during a holiday week.

Nice property on the bench in Draper with great views. Units have nice layouts for one or two bedrooms and are void of excess wear. The property still has a new feel to it. Excellent list of amenities and neighbors are friendly. Staff are attentive to the residents, and they made the move-in process efficient. The property has controlled doors to aide in security. Doors can be controlled via key fobs or phone app. The parking garage is climate controlled and also has security access. The property is pet friendly and there are several pet relief areas with bags and receptacles. A couple of noticeable downsides. 1) some pet owners do not clean up after their pets and the grounds have many "landmines" to be mindful when walking around the grassy areas. 2) the carpets in the hallways have several areas where leaking trash bags have caused stains. Both of these issues bring to question if there is anyone managing the physical condition of the property as these are general housekeeping. The POV apartments are billed as "luxury" and addressing these two issues would demonstrate the luxury environment one would expect. I really enjoy living here and my neighbors are great! Highly recommended.

Very Happy New Resident! My move-in was without any issues or problems of any sort. Love my new apartment and all the services that come with it. Communication is excellent and the staff are great. My experience with this complex has been amazing so far. This is a luxurious property with great amenities. Camryn helped me find a space that was perfect for me and was very responsive to any and all questions during the leasing process.

POV is a great place to live! The application process was smooth and fast, thanks to Camryn in the leasing office. This place has everything you need from pools, hot tubs, grills, community areas, and the gym. The only thing I can think of that would take POV to a 6 star is even more gym equipment!

I moved in recently and am SOOOO grateful for the helpful staff at Point Of View. I asked a million questions in preparation to moving in and everyone was so patient with me. Camryn answered every stupid question I threw at her and she was always super helpful. I really appreciate her willingness and kindness. My move-in experience was seamless and I adore where I live! I brag to my co-workers and friends about how lucky I am to have found such an amazing place to call home. The amenities make me feel like I am living in a palace. It's all so bougee. I adore the trash service. I also appreciate how fast maintenance is at responding. I wanted to make sure and leave a review because Camryn deserved the praise. Sure grateful for her and the rest of the Point of View team that make this complex the best place to live in Draper.

Our application and move in process was incredibly easy and efficient thanks to Camryn. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for what we need. Rent prices are high throughout Utah right now, but at POV the price feels worth it. Extremely beautiful views, great amenities, and awesome trails around for walking dogs! Overall very happy and impressed with this complex. Best part so far is that they had carts available to help us move in, which cut down move in time exponentially. Highly recommend!

Extremely easy move in. Apartment was ready to go. Camryn was professional and attentive, made the paperwork process flawless. The views are breath taking no place like it. And great for biking and hiking. Also have garage parking. My Neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The amenities are great! I love it

I had a great welcome and move in. The place is beautiful and has the best view. Neighbors are good. Not noise around at all. It is super clean and neat. Camryn was one of the excellent managers that help everything go super smooth. Also, the qualification process was super fast. I love all the amenities and the underground parking. I just can say I love it so far.

We lived here for almost 2 full years while on a corportate assignment and loved it! Addison was the property manager the entire time and we are sure he is the reason that his staff is so well trained and responsive to addressing any needs you may have. Our experience from first look to final move out with the staff was easy, accommodating and professional! We loved our view, the amenities, our apartment and how it enabled us to office from home one or two days a week if needed and to easily hit the freeway. The indoor parking was a huge plus for us with assigned parking. We always felt we were in a safe and clean environment which was important to us as we were looking for something that could function as an executive apartment since we travel often with work and needed a place to relax when we came home from business. We are only leaving due to an out of state relocation. Well done POV!!!

Wonderful apartments and very accommodating! We moved here from Texas and they made the process easy and swift! So far they have had lots of fun activity nights which I LOVE!!! Everything is very clean and kept up with. The community here definitely makes it easy to make friends in a new state!

I came as guest & had sooooooo much fun at bingo night!! The staff was so friendly & they had food & drinks! This would be an awesome place to live!!

Having lived here for 6 months, this has been my favorite apartment complex so far! We moved here for the amenities and location and we are so glad we did. The pool and hot tubs are super nice and I can't wait for summer to hop in the pool again! There are 2 hot tubs and the one on the pool floor is quite big and people don't stay for long, so it's mostly always available! I live on the main floor by this area and have never had problems with people being too loud which is really nice and something I was a bit worried about. Piggy-backing off this, I feel that my neighbors are very respectful and I rarely ever hear people being loud. The gym is very nice and spacious and they have a lot of machines and even classes they offer for free! They also do a lot of resident events or have businesses come here and sell their goods (botox and bubbly, food trucks, etc.), so it's super nice to have options where you live. We absolutely love the location. The view is great, there are many trails close by, and one even right outside! (Porter Rockwell Trail) The apartment complex is also super dog-friendly which we love as it's easy for our pup to make friends and socialize on walks. There is a big and small dog mulch area at the complex where dogs can play and a dog spa as well. There is a vet close by and a dog park as well with a big and small dog area. There is a small dog park on-site as well, but the only issue is that owners don't always clean after their dogs. If POV sees people on camera not cleaning after their animals, I think they should be charged. We have 2 cars and are always able to find a parking spot either in the lot or on the street for the car that's not in the garage. I have not seen anyone sketchy or weird around the complex, so it makes me feel safe when I have to go out and do things like walk my dog. We love living here and the staff is really great as well. They are always willing to help and we love the maintenance staff as well. He always comes and gets the job done quickly for us! Thank you POV!

Great place to live! Love the location, the view looking out across the valley, and the dog-friendly atmosphere. Been here for a bit and still have good feelings about calling this place home. Shout out to the staff who have been really nice to work with throughout my time here. They're far more personable and accommodating than other locations I've lived at or been to. Keep it up! And here's a call-out for more dog-friendly people who don't sweat the small stuff to come be new neighbors!

Been here since 2021, the amenities are nice but small for the number of residents. Reasonable rent and size for the price, Management is very respectful and answers questions and concerns quickly. Adison is a pleasure to work with, he even helped me park my uhaul trailer when I moved in. Complaints listed are valid but find me an apartment complex that doesn’t have those issues, all of them do and are usually way worse. Overall it’s a good location, new complex, with attentive staff. Neighbors are mostly nice, lots of couples with small kids and young couples. I’d say 4.5 stars but I rounded up!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The facilities are second to none and the staff are all so friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Updated from 4 stars to 5. Pros: Amenities are great. The gym is huge and valet trash is a plus. Valet staff are nice. Property management puts on fun events. My favorite was the superbowl watch party. Met other residents and it was super fun. Hallways are kept clean. All the residents have been very kind. The rooftop hot tub is a huge hit. I use the grills a lot. Cons: All the cons have been addressed. When I first moved in the dog poop bins would overflow but now they don't. I had a few noise issues with my upstairs neighbor but I addressed it with that person as well as management and they have both been very kind and cooperative. The closest (most affordable) grocery store is one exit away but it really isn't very far. Overall I've really enjoyed living here. It's a nice community with a lot of amenities.

The best place to live in the entire valley! I would give 10 stars if I could. The views are amazing, staff is incredibly kind and helpful, maintenance crew is great, amenities are perfect and the community is so friendly and clean! My favorite things have to be the valet trash service, temperature controlled garage parking (with vacuum areas) and the rooftop hot-tub, I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

I lived here about 7 months or so. Its been really awesome. The views from this apartment are better than anywhere in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful . I chose the 6th floor and view of the valley.. .Yes it is expensive and if you can afford it you wont regret it… Some neighbors can be a bit unruly and not clean, but that’s anywhere. I keep to myself and just use this apartment as a home base to travel across Utah… Amazing apartment for the value and community.. The staff are really helpful and they know what they are doing. They actively make improvements and engage the community if that is something you are into.

I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but I wanted to leave one here. Let me start by saying that the property management here is phenomenal. Addison, Samantha and Devin are all incredible. There is another, but I wasn’t able to catch his name before ending my lease. He was great too! As to the property; there is no better apartment complex in the Salt Lake Valley to rent from. The amenities alone are worth living here. The gym, rooftop hot tub, golf simulator are all well maintained and used. Most apartment complexes advertise amenities that no one uses, that is not the case at POV. The apartments are modern, the view is exceptional (besides the power lines), and it feels luxurious all around. The cherry on top is the dedicated parking space in the garage. It’s hard to describe just how nice a heated garage is in the cold, dark, never ending winters, of Salt Lake City. Mail on the third floor and the Amazon hub on the 4th floor were so convenient. A perk that I loved much more than I thought I would. The staff does really cool events and they seem to really care about people’s experience there. Aside from the phenomenal property, staff amenities and other perks, I didn’t give a five star for a few reasons that people moving here might want to consider. There are a lot of pit bulls on this property. Although there has been a campaign to make them seem like nanny dogs, they are very dangerous. For a dog-friendly apartment, it’s not very friendly to other dogs to allow this breed. They’re banned in COUNTRIES (Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Japan, others..) for a reason. They’re EVERYWHERE here. The AC overpowers all sound in the small apartments. To the point that it’s not possible to watch TV in the living room while your AC is on. The elevators are constantly out-of-order. To staffs credit they take action immediately and they’re fixed within a day or two. Except in rare circumstances. Trash pickup was very consistent at first, but the last few months that we lived there it was hardly reliable and we ended up taking the trash out ourselves. Overall, I had an amazing experience living here despite a few qualms. This is the place to live if you want to live in Salt Lake Valley.

Chose this apartment complex after accepting a job offer without seeing it in person. Planned a move from New England to UT in two weeks. The staff was very helpful and greatly appreciated. I am very pleased to have chosen this place for the spacious apartments and amenities.

Today I came to POV apartments for the Super Bowl party, and the staff was just amazing! Samantha Reina Morris was just so amazing to my friends and I and took care of us all night. I felt like I was in a luxury resort!

POV is the modern luxury apartment complex this area was needing! The units, grounds and views are beautiful, the staff is attentive and friendly, and so many amenities for all kinds of tenants. Plus, really close to all the outdoor activities my family loves to do.

Gorgeous apartment complex in a great spot! The view is spectacular, the amenities are great (especially if you have a pup), & the staff is really helpful.

Samantha helped me tour a few different options. She was very patient and kind in the whole process.

We stayed in the guest suites for our vacation and it was like living at a resort. The rooms, clubhouse, and complex in general are beautifully decorated. The amenities were a huge plus! We were in the hot tubs every other night, and then took in the gorgeous views next to the firepit. The highlight of the trip for me was booking a massage with Tiffany. She is a trainer on the property and offers fitness classes too, if we stayed longer I'd take them all. Tiffany was a delight to be around. She created a zen environment, and I was relaxed in no time. She also has the perfect balance of strong and gentle massage techniques. The price was completely reasonable too and I was glowing the rest of the day.

My wife and I have lived here since June 2021. We love it. The staff is nice and helpful. The views are great. The apartments are brand new, not run down like 99% of the apartments in this area. The granite countertops and dark cabinets look nice. So far, the people we've met have been nice. Overall, in our years of living in different states and apartment complexes, POV is the best we've found.

This is an amazing place to live! Clean, quiet, new and modern. People that work here are friendly. Maintenance fixes issues quickly. Well insulated, great amenities. No complaints!!!

Place is great very quiet Neighborhood my only thing I would suggest to be improved is being able to watch football for some reason the tvs around bbq areas do not Get those channels Overall office staff has been very accommodating and welcoming

Great great great community. After moving across country the management and staff have been nothing but great help. From the apartment units to the amenities everything is a 10/10 for me I would highly recommend. The views are amazing and it’s pretty quite for the most part

We've lived in three days different apartments during the past 5 years. Without doubt Point of View Apartments is the best of the lot. The amenities are top notch. It's great having a parking garage. Especially when it's snowy or cold. Our apartment has everything we need. The kitchen has the most and best cabinets and storage we've ever had. The staff are all friendly and helpful with our questions and concerns. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly each time. We highly recommend Point of View.

An actual luxury apartment complex with actual amenities. The gym and roof-top jacuzzi are my favorite parts of this place. Great to have friends over and have a good time. Great management that are very attentive and responsive too!

Moved in in August. I’ve had a great experience so far. Addison and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really great amenities, and very responsive maintenance staff. It’s a luxury complex so you pay a little bit more, but it’s definitely worth it.

Quite Possibly the best looking apartments in the Draper/South Jordan Area. I have been to a good few apartments and I can say for a fact that, Point of View is absolutely stunning The Features and amenities that they offer are top notch compared to their competition in the area, and more so for the prices that they offer. They also offer a cleaning service that will also walk your dog!! This is all coupled with the fact that they have a superb leasing staff that always makes you feel welcome to speak to.

Luxury apartments in a beautiful location for a great price. The units are unique and modern and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's also a great midpoint between Utah and Salt Lake counties and close to all the amenities that Draper has to offer!
