I had to find a apartment for my daughter she's attending school in Utah and I checked a lot apartments but, 200 City View apartments was the best . Brooklyn who works in the front was wonderful I called and she help me find the right apartment for my Daughter , she was patient with me I called her several times to ask her questions . The apartments are clean and great size. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend you to check these apartments out . Brooklyn and the front staff are very friendly and helpful !

We have been living at the 200 City View Apartments for the past three to four months and have had a wonderful experience. After selling our home of several years, we were initially hesitant about moving back into an apartment, but 200 City View quickly exceeded our expectations. The complex is located in a vibrant, enjoyable part of town, and James along with the rest of the staff have been outstanding — always going above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. We truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend 200 City View Apartments to anyone.

Great place to live! Great amenities and views! Very safe environment! The staff is awesome, they are helpful and always willing to accommodate our needs or concerns. The maintenance people are super nice as well and always take care of any repairs when needed.

The apartments are beautiful and immaculately maintained. If ever you need maintenance, Raul jumps at it right away. Karim and Robbie (manager and front desk) are so kind, patient, and helpful I love living here and have for over a year.

ABSOLUTELY RENT HERE!!!! My fiance and I have lived here for almost exactly one year now and we have loved every second of it and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. All of the staff from the awesome Maintenance, the thoughtful cleaning lady, and our wonderful front desk staff, everyone here deserves a gold star. The staff is very aware and kind. They are extremely helpful and responsive. I have never had any issues with the apartment complex. We absolutely love our apartment, the layout of the building, and the underground parking. Our neighbors are kind and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I hope everyone gets to have an experience like we have here.

There was the first apartment I’ve moved into and so they were very patient with me while I was trying to understand the process! Definitely one of the nicer places in Provo to rent. These apartments are well taken care of and have everything you need. The management is really great to work with, they are very quick to respond to any issues (you can text them and they'll usually respond within a few minutes). Their maintenance team is also very professional and they do a great job (shout out to Brad, he's the man). I've been living here for just over a year and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

These are beautiful, contemporary and luxurious apartment homes! There is so much light and they are so centrally located! I am very impressed with them, the amenities and the staff is exceptional! The manager, Kalei, is very professional, knowledgeable and sincere in meeting my questions and needs. She and her staff represent this establishment very well. It’s also a very nice touch to offer soft drinks/water, one more touch that sets 200 Cityview apart from the competition.

I love this place. I have a different view of this complex because I am a vendor. The staff is always friendly to us when we arrive. The place is always clean and is kept up! Love this apartment complex! The amenities are super nice and they always keep the grounds very clean. The people in the leasing office are super friendly and organized. They will help you with anything you need quickly and with a friendly attitude.

We visited lots of other complexes in the area and the staff at 200 Cityview have gone above and beyond. They knew our names even before we had signed a lease, and they were able to answer all of our questions. No one else got even close to their level of professionalism. Move in had some hiccups, but the staff dealt with it perfectly, even after normal operating hours. We haven't been here long yet but our experience has been excellent so far, and that is all thanks to the management

The apartment is great and management is very easy to work with. They have happily answered all our questions and helped whenever requested. Really the only complaint I have is that there are some tenants that don't clean up after their pets.

The managers here are fantastic. They are always there to listen if you have an issue or even just to say hi. They are also on top of things and maintenance is also quick after notification. It is also quiet. You don’t hear much from your neighbors which has been nice. Highly recommend!

I called 200 City View Apartments home for a year and that’s what it was. I enjoyed every minute of apartment living in downtown Provo. The amenities that 200 City View has to offer are second to none. A cliché? Perhaps. But true. From the mailroom, to the clubhouse and gym, the hot tub and easy and safe parking - it is city living at its finest. Our apartment was comfortable and private. We never heard our neighbors. If anything malfunctioned, management was quick to answer a repair order. The common areas were kept clean and neat at all times. We were sad when our time ended and will cherish the memories and friendships made during life at 200 City View.

We loved living here. Problems where resolved quickly and with lots of communication. Wonderfully kept appliances and building. Management is the nicest we have ever dealt with Over all just a fantastic place !

She and her staff were always on point with my questions and arrangements. If I ever needed a place to live in Provo again, this would be the first place I’d go.

I enjoyed living at 200 Cityview! They are new apartments in the provo area and have a nice clean feel to them. The Management Team is very easy and enjoyable to work with. I felt like they truly cared and valued our opinion and concerns. We used the hot tub a lot during the winter months, you could pretty much access it whenever you wanted! Being on the ground floor and very close to University Ave, the traffic from University Ave is a little loud but honestly I didn't notice it much, the apartments were well insulated and did a good job of cancelling out the noise. The complex is in walking distance of Center Street and all the yummy restaurants along center street which was a perk forsure! Over all we were happy with our stay!

These apartments are BEAUTIFUL with an absolutely incredible management team! The apartments are brand new with a gorgeous modern design, all the fun smart home features and they have such a luxury feel to them. The management team makes sure all concerns are met quickly and with kindness, and are so friendly to all residents! If you’re on the hunt for the perfect apartment, look no further! Choosing to move here and become a part of this awesome community was one of my very best decisions ever!

I was one of the first residents to move into cityview - the management here is incredible and easy to work with. This last year with them has been incredibly easy. Big fan. Nicest complex in Utah valley for sure.

We were in a 2 br. Unit on the 5th floor of the C building on the east side. It was awesome!! It was QUIET, bright, light and had an spectacular view of the mountains and sunrise. The parking garage was clean and secure and very convenient. The on-site staff, particularly the manager Kalei, was always helpful and straightforward with the business side of things. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a close in, clean, new and quiet apartment to live in. We thoroughly enjoyed out time here.

the management is the best I’ve ever come across in Utah! The office manager is always in such a good mood and professional but not boring or snotty. They make sure all your questions are answered and you understand everything and always willing to make it the best experience. The units are new in the middle of downtown Provo and for a great price.

Management is friendly, detailed oriented and attentive. It's fun to live in a place where when the office manager sees you in the parking lot you stop and catch up for a few minutes while sharing a few laughs.

Only lived here for a couple days now, but In that time the staff have been tremendous help. They are super friendly and if you have any questions they would be more than happy to answer them. The apartments are still currently under construction, but everything is turning out to be really nice. I recommend if you are looking for a premium looking apartment at a decent cost. Staff responds extremely fast to emails and clarifies everything you want to know. Overall a good experience so far.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone has been on top of making sure everything has been taken care of and has definitely made it feel like home!!

I genuinely wish I could give more than five stars here, and I'm picky about where I live. Despite that fact, this complex has lived up to every expectation I have, and more. Having signed on before the buildings could even host tours, there was a part of me that was worried that it wouldn't be as good as I hoped, but that worry melted away immediately after moving in. The property is perfectly located, with the beautiful temple grounds across the street, the Provo Mall just to the south, and Center Street just a couple of blocks to the north (not to mention a delicious Domino's on the other side of 300 S). The apartment itself is high quality. It really feels like they've spared no expense, and I've never felt like anything was lower quality than it could've been. In fact, I feel so at home that I feel the apartment is worth the full price of rent without even considering any of the awesome amenities that are coming! Every day I see all them get a little closer to completion, and I'm beyond excited. And last (but certainly not least), the Property Management Team has been nothing short of perfect. They've catered to our every need in the most professional, understanding, and thoughtful ways. Truly, it's rare to find management that is so present and caring. If you're looking for a new place to live, look no further.

I have visited 200 City View Apartments many times, they are brand new this year and look crazy nice. There is an office there that is super helpful and they gave me a tour of some of their units. Really great location too for such a new building right across from the LDS Temple.

200 city view apartments and their management are incredible! We found out that our lease ended we had to move out of our old apartments a month earlier than expected. It was a nightmare situation and we needed to find a new place to live in a week. We were so lucky we found 200 city view apartments and they were so accommodating to help us get settled and figure everything out. We are attending BYU and looked at multiple different apartment complexes and houses in the area and none were as new/attractive or had such a great management! We are so excited to live here and are lucky to have found such a fantastic place! The apartment is stunning and the view is great. 10/10 would recommend

I can't wait for these apartments to open. From their website, it looks like they're going to be really high-quality with a good mix of amenities like high ceilings, pet friendliness, a hot tub, and barbecue pits. Plus, they're in a great location, right next to downtown Provo. When I met with the property manager, she was nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live in downtown Provo.
