The Flats at Riverwoods

The Flats at Riverwoods are by far some of the nicest apartments I’ve ever been to! The price is unbelievably affordable for what they offer! The pool is nice, featuring a hot tub AND grilling area, the neighbors are all very kind, and the gym is wonderful, featuring any and all equipment you could need to get a good workout in! And the staff is wonderful, specifically Maddie! She gave me such an in-depth tour, and explained every thing in such a timely manner, as well as in a way that made everything easy to understand! Her service was astounding, it felt like she genuinely cared about all of my concerns. Also a pet friendly place! Bring all of your dogs and cats! Seriously couldn’t recommend this place more!

I love the Flats because it feels safe. They have good spirit and Maddie and Desi do a great job. I’d give them 20 stars if I could! I love their gym for dancing and their lemonade. It’s a really cool place to live in.

I don’t know how anyone could possibly give the Flats or management a negative review! Been here since it opened - Desi is the absolute best property manager we could hope for. The office staff is extremely friendly. It’s quiet here. Awesome amenities. Literally one of, if not the best place to live in Utah. Highly recommend! Lease here you won’t regret it!

I genuinely love the location more than anything when it comes to the complex. Right next to Provo canyon and 10-15 minutes away from two universities. The management team was able to answer every question I asked very rapidly which I very much appreciate. The housing its self is nice the pool and underground parking are also a nice add on! I’m sure I will make great use of the awesome clubhouse feature! I’ve quite enjoyed my experience here so far!

Hello, good day, We had to wait 4 days first (Delay to get our place ready) then 2 more days to move into our place. There were some issues that needed to be resolved. The team at Flats @ Riverwood took care of all the issues very fast. Now one week in, all the items have been resolved. There were a lot of items to address so no small feat. Desi and Jaime in particular got right to it, we were very impressed with the quick action and efficiency in which the issues were resolved. We were impressed with the care about our needs and really getting it to help us make it our home. They both were very understanding, professional and cooperative in fixing any concerns we had. Maddy was also very kind and helpful, as well as Brynn. They both were empathetic and listened to our concerns. They both were professional as well. We appreciate all of the team, I am sure others were involved and helped get it done. But our home is important to us, so the fact that you made it important to you is very much appreciated. I have lived at The Flats for over 3 years now, and could not be happier with my experience! Desi and the other office staff are always friendly and quick to respond, as is the maintenance team. The location cannot be beat - fantastic shopping, restaurants, and canyon access are all within a stone's throw. You will not regret moving to The Flats at Riverwoods!

My wife and I moved from out of state. The management made the process seamless and helped us out every step of the way. Also, we love the location!

From the second I stopped by the Flats at Riverwoods I knew this is where I wanted to live!! Desi was quick to respond to my voicemail and even went out of her way on more than one occasion to help me from applying to getting my keys. She truly goes the extra mile in her communication and in assisting wherever she can!! She was a HUGE reason I knew this would be the place to live. Brynn alike was super helpful and kind when I spoke with her. Maddie was wonderful to speak with as well and super friendly and called me right back!! They are ALL exceptional and very genuine and kind. I have since moved in and the apt is everything I wanted!! It’s very modern, clean and beautiful!! I look forward to coming home every day. My only request would be that the clubhouse was available past 6 pm - with work schedules it does not allow much time to take advantage of such a great space whether to play ping pong, Ms Pac-man or just relax and watch something on their big tvs. It is a great amenity but not very available with a 6 pm lockout. Other than that I love it here! Desi is the property manager and she is simply FABULOUS!!! Stop by - you won’t regret it! 😃

The Flats are the best! (3+ years tenant) They just make things happen. Jen is amazing. Staff is awesome. Maintenance is by far best/most responsive maintenance team I’ve seen. All-around I think it’s the best place & location to live in Utah valley. It’s very quiet/peaceful. Great shops & nice park nearby. Great views. Great amenities. Highly recommend.

I love this place! I’m living here for 3 years and everything is great! The people, the pool, the beautiful view to the mountains, the organization, this place rocks! The people in here is wonderful, the administration lovely! I'm very happy to have all I need in my place! We live close to the Riverwoods shopping center with an AMC Theater across the street. It is wonderful! We can walk over there. The parking place is big and comfortable to park. We have a walking/ bike trail that is wonderful! Great place to live!! It has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, and a play space for children close to the fitness center so they can play while you are working out. It has a club house where you can celebrate your birthday or other event. It has tables and chairs fridge and more. If you are looking for an apartment, studio or a good place to live, you can find it all here. I'm really grateful that I found this place. I love it so much! especially Jan, and John who are working in the Leasing office. They are professionals and great people. They treat you well and are very patient. Come and enjoy this wonderful place!

I lived here for 2 years and loved it. I would've kept living here if I didn't get a townhouse down south. The pool is amazing and the staff and maintenance are all very nice.

Lived at the Flats for 2 years, and absolutely loved it. Easily our favorite apartment, and the staff is the best we’ve seen since moving to UT. If you’re considering moving here, you won’t regret it!

If you are ready to have an apartment experience that immediately feels like home and provides a strong sense of community, The Flats at Riverwood Apartments is the place for you! The location cannot be beat, with mountains in all directions, plentiful shops and restaurants only steps away, and just a skip into Provo Canyon and all the recreation it provides. The units are modern and well-designed. The onsite property managers are fantastic, with a special shout-out to Jen the property Manager and Tanner for their cheerfulness and knowledge of the property. From the moment I started my move to Utah, Jen and Tanner were active and helpful in securing the apartment and answering any number of questions (some no doubt silly) without even a whisper of complaint. Whether you are new to Provo or have made the area home your entire life, The Flats at Riverwood is a great property and accentuates all that makes the area so special. Run and do not walk to The Flats when you are ready for a great experience.

We went through the application process and were planning to live here but life is funny sometimes and we ended up moving somewhere else last minute. However, we had lots of complications throughout figuring out a lease because apartments were going so fast, Jen the property manager was INCREDIBLE. she answered emails quickly, she took the initiative to do everything she could to get us into an apartment, including up to the last week getting maintenance to move up their work to help us move in faster. Her customer service was unmatched and my husband and I are so grateful for all she wanted to do for us and soo impressed by the flats. Plus it's a beautiful apartment!!

I love this new home. The move in experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased with the apartment.

I can't say enough about the staff at this complex. From Zoey in the office to all the maintenance team. They are responsive and helpful. The location is great and we are thrilled to be here.

UPDATE - Jan 2023: There have been some ups and downs, but overall it’s been a very good experience living at the Flats. Occasionally, I’ve made suggestions to the property manager and their team regarding items/situations that require further attention. Although, they’re not immediately acted upon, I can tell my suggestions are taken seriously and eventually the problem is fixed. The team is usually quick handling maintenance items and they make an effort to reach out to provide progress updates and receive feedback after a work order has been completed. The location is perfect and the amenities are of a very high quality here. A great environment for a variety of renters: small families, young working people, individuals and couples looking to downsize, etc. Aug 2021: So far so good! I moved in on Monday and have had only good things to say thus far! The apartment is quite clean and is in good condition. The office staff have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answering all of the questions I’ve had! It’s also a perfect location for me!

We love living here! The apartment has been exactly what we were looking for (including the high ceiling and ample cupboard space). We’re also sold on the garage parking, heated outdoor pool and the spacious clubhouse that we’ve reserved for family gatherings. A final and most important plus: the management team is expert, friendly and responsive. We just signed a new lease for another year.

A really beautiful place to live in a great area! Had some issues with maintenance fixing things, but the new management is a lot better!

So far I've only toured with Jen, the property manager, but I loved the cleanliness and how friendly she was. I paid a deposit the same day and cannot wait to move in.

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The staff are friendly and the upkeep is great. The hottub and pool are AMAZING and I love the gym!! Our apartment is brand new, they are an incredible location, and I love everything in them. I’ve recommended tons of people to live here because it’s definitely one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Heads up - you do need to give a 60 day notice to vacate, so make sure to keep that in mind regardless of your lease length.

Update: as of 3/30/21 No complaints. We love living here. The pool, jacuzzi, gym, location, and staff (Blake & Brittany) are worth the 5 stars.

My experience at the Flats has been nothing short of excellent. We were on a tight time frame looking for a new apartment home and the property manager, Blake, was more than willing to work with us and expedite the move-in process. Blake has made the entire process painless and quick. The entire management and maintenance team are extremely responsive and quick to address needs. The apartments are nice and have everything you need. We can’t wait for the other two buildings and pool to be done! The construction is hardly noticeable and does not bother us at all. These are some of the nicest apartments in Provo. They are in a great location that is close to everything, but also quite and secluded!

From the lease agreement: "Resident further agrees that it shall not post or cause to be posted any negative information relating to Owner, the community, management, or any employees on on the Community page or any social media page which is open and available to the public."

When I came in for a tour the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Beautiful apartments that are spacious with great pricing. The many amenities are what got me! They have a pet washing station, which is a huge plus. Great pool, gym, and grill area.

My experience with the leasing staff--especially Blake W.--was so much better than I thought it would be. He explained everything so well and answered every nit picky question I had. He was super accommodating and patient. This is a great place to live. The apartments are brand new, so clean, so modern, and so functional. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I had some worries about moving into a new apartment complex that has some construction still going on, but all of those worries left as soon as I arrived here. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, and the apartment managers Blake and Brittany have been incredible friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are some nice little shops directly across the street, the interstate is close by, and the mountain views are unbeatable. I'm very happy I found the Flats, as these are about the best apartments I think you could find in Provo.

I could not imagine living anywhere else! Yes, there is still some construction going on, but the amenities that are available and the amazing customer service from Blake, the manager, far out way this! I was so impressed with Blake! He is so friendly, professional, and helpful! I truly feel that I am in good hands living here!

We absolutely love these apartments! The layout, location, and smart home features, are amazing. Management is really good also which is always a plus when looking for a home.
