    A new management team is exactly what this property needed and deserved. Rebecca and Graci have joined the property as the new manager and assistant manager respectively, and they have jumped right in making obvious improvements in communication, service, and maintenance. I wish them all the success as they navigate a list of outstanding and ongoing challenges. Chloe also deserves a shout out for her kind, responsive service, and the new additions to the maintenance team are solid!

    I can’t recommend Solhavn Apartments enough! From the moment you walk in, you get that 'main character energy' with their super stylish, modern designs. The apartments themselves are stunning, think quartz countertops, designer finishes, and huge 9 to 20ft ceilings that make everything feel so open. The amenities are where this place really shines. It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. 1. There’s a year-round resort-style pool, a hot tub, and even a sauna for when you need to unwind. 2. The rooftop lounge has some of the best sunset and mountain views in American Fork, and the 'Maker’s Room' is a total game-changer for anyone who loves to be creative. 3. The fitness center and yoga studio are open 24/7, plus they have EV charging and smart home tech already built into the units. The location is also perfect, it's tucked away enough to feel calm but is just minutes from I-15 and close to local favorites like Fox Hollow Golf Club and the trails at Mt. Timpanogos. On top of that, the management and maintenance teams are incredibly polite and responsive, which makes a huge difference. If you want a brand new, pet friendly spot that actually feels high-end, Solhavn is definitely the move!

    Rooftop lounge rental Kudos ヘ く I just wanted to give Jada the upmost respect and kudos, she is a keeper for the company for sure. Jada went above and beyond to make a pleasant memorable first birthday celebration for my great grandchild. When I called Solhavn office I spoke with Chloe to let Chloe know that I wanted to go ahead and rent the rooftop lounge after all. Chloe was very pleasant and apologetic. But Chloe informed me that the rooftop lounge was no longer available. That the rooftop lounge has been rented out for the entire day by someone else. I was so disheartened in my spirit when I got off the phone with Chloe. But l immediately called back to speak with Chloe, to just double check to make sure there were no other options. When I called back Jada answered the phone and It was a blessing in disguise when Jada answered the phone. Because Jada went above and beyond and although the rooftop lounge wasn't available, Jada provided me with other alternatives. Those other alternatives turned out to be an excellent fit to host the baby's birthday gathering. I just want to say thank you to Jada. I will never forget her kindness and her perseverance with helping to assist me during my last minute time of need. That allowed the baby and our family to have a pleasant memorable first one year old birthday celebration. Kindest regards, Ms Rhonda

    Chloe gave an excellent tour and it is a beautiful property. She had lots of helpful information and experience living on the property - she answered all my questions perfectly. The tour was fun! However, there are two separate mandatory monthly trash fees. For me, valet trash is a huge negative that I try to avoid. Worse still, on top of mandatory valet trash they also charge for community trash - it is very unusual for a complex to have two separate trash fees (on top of many other little mandatory monthly fees). That kinda ruins it for me - but if you don’t mind valet trash then I can definitely recommend touring with Chloe!! I love the Henrik floorplan I was sad to learn these details after such a convincing tour, but I will keep an eye out for any changes to pricing, fees, and concessions! 5 starts for Chloe tho

    My husband and I love living at solhavn. The staff is very approachable and have really good individual service. They have promptly helped us whenever we have questions. The amenities are great, you do almost any workout at the gym, and we use clubhouse and sauna every week! It is also in a great location close to anything we need. We love our apartment and have met wonderful people our few months living here.

    We toured with Cloe earlier this week and she was the sweetest and best help we could have gotten. Unlike other places we viewed the customer service and cleanliness of the property was great. I brought my son and daughter with me and she showed us the amenities and a couple of bedrooms there. It was a gorgeous property and the rooftop space was our favorite. After much thought it is a little out of our price range for what we need but we still enjoyed the tour and complex so much. We broke the news to her but she was still so kind and supportive, she’s a rockstar.

    Who wouldn’t want to make this home? They’ve got every amenity one could want and they are immaculate and well maintained. Located close to easy access shopping and commuting. But as important as the physical aspects are its the people that can make or break a place management here is top notch. They are smart beautiful caring people and carefully select the best tenants and neighbors as well as top notch maintenance. You’ve come to the right place.

    Really Nice Apartments, But BEWARE: Tiny Water Heaters Are a Huge Problem! We just moved into Solhavn Apartments and, at first, everything seemed perfect! The staff has been friendly, maintenance has been quick to fix any issues, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. BUT—there’s a major catch that no one warned us about: they only install 30-gallon water heaters in ALL units, including 2 and 3-bedroom apartments! Hot water runs out ridiculously fast. Taking a shower while running the dishwasher or laundry? Forget it. Even trying to use both showers at the same time is impossible. The hot water cuts out in about 20 minutes, tops. We reached out to management, but they refuse to acknowledge the issue, insisting this size of water heater is “sufficient” for larger apartments. Spoiler alert: It’s not. This has been our biggest pain point. And the worst part? There’s absolutely nothing we can do about it. Management won’t put in a tankless (instant) hot water heater or larger tank heater, so we’re stuck dealing with it. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for constant hot water issues—especially if you have kids or roommates! It’s a real headache, and we wish we’d known before signing the lease. Proceed with caution!

These were selected during development based on usage expectations across all floor plans. While we understand this may not meet the preferences of every household, we must follow consistent policies and Fair Housing guidelines to ensure all residents are treated equally in terms of unit features and accommodations. That said, we absolutely want you to enjoy your home, and our team is always here to support you in finding ways to optimize comfort within your space.     The apartments themselves are nice with lots of light and a spacious primary bedroom. Since the complex is new there have been a few learning curves with the management team but Lisa and Dan are eager to support tenants as much as they can.

    My family and I absolutely love living at Solhavn Apartments! It’s been the perfect place for my wife, our two girls, and me. The location is ideal – we’re surrounded by beautiful parks, great food options, and multiple convenient stores. There are also barbershops and a variety of dining choices nearby, which is so convenient for our busy lifestyle. As someone who commutes to work, I couldn’t be happier with the fact that we’re right off the freeway – it makes getting around so much easier. The apartment itself is spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of closet space, which we truly appreciate. Plus, the ceiling fans throughout the apartment are a nice touch. The management and maintenance teams here are fantastic – always efficient, involved, and ready to help with anything we need. The onsite gym is a major bonus, and honestly, it’s even better than Vasa! We’re also really looking forward to the year-round pool, hot tub, and spa opening soon. What really makes Solhavn stand out, though, is the sense of community. We’ve met some great neighbors, and it really feels like a friendly, welcoming environment. Overall, my family and I are extremely happy here, and we look forward to many more years at Solhavn Apartments!

    BEST APARTMENT IN UTAH COUNTY. Can’t say enough good things about Solhavn. The management is awesome. Lisa and Emily at the front desk go above and beyond with any issue or request that I need. I feel like every week there is some new improvement as well. They’re constantly making things a better experience. Very affordable, amazing tenants, feels like a tight knit community. Overall 10/10

Close to the freeway, Smarthome included, brand new (I’m the first to ever live in my apartment), amazing amenities, elevator is a must, the view is amazing, there is just no apartments better. I looked at about 15 other apartments, it’s no competition. 10/10 recommendation. Emily, the leasing agent, and Lisa, the manager, are amazing too!
