    It is my first time moving into an apartment, and I needed help to set up the WiFi. I called the front desk and Allison answered my questions, and sent up the maintenance guy Adrian. He was so helpful as I asked him multiple questions. He also stayed until my T.V. was set up and connected me to the WiFi. He was a great help as I am adjusting to this beautiful new apartment.

    We had a pretty good experience, with minor issues that were repaired fast. The onsite team and maintenance were wonderful to work with! All fees were disclosured during our tour, as well as listed on the website. We read the lease which was a bit long but had all the answers to our questions from fees, late fees, and other community rules so there were no surprises. Any questions left Mele did wonderful at explaining everything.

    Today I went to mill point apartments and the staff was amazing they were fast and they answered all my questions like how much is each apartment and if they accepted pets it was a super clean place and I was greeted by one of the residents there and they were so nice to me and told me how much they loved the place.

    I had an excellent experience with Alisson at Mills Point Apartments. I recently realized after placing an order that I had accidentally shipped a package to Mills Point, where a relative lived almost three years ago. By the time I noticed the mistake, the order was already confirmed and I was pretty stressed. Alisson handled the situation flawlessly. She immediately acknowledged my concern and followed up with a quick and simple solution that completely put me at ease. Her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency were truly a 10 out of 10. As someone who works in a management role in the same industry myself, I can confidently say that Mills Point Apartments has an outstanding team member in Alisson. That level of service does not happen by accident, and it is no surprise considering the property’s leadership, especially with the manager having earned the Topaz Award for Manager of the Year. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend.

    I'm giving 4 stars, I'd give 5 except had a very disheartening experience before lease signing with the assistant mgr who likes to be unnamed. However, I will give Kayla a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for customer service, compassion and respect, for her listening and communication skills.     I have to say we were pleasantly surprised at how much we love it here at Mill Point! We have a corner apartment on the 4th floor, and the views of the mountains are stunning! Our apartment has beautiful countertops and the apartment has a modern feel. Plenty of cabinet space as well as storage. Did I mention theres a storage closet in the hallway right next to the entry door? That really helps a lot when you’re a person who likes to change out decor for every season or holiday during the year like me. The walk-in closet in the bedroom is pretty spacious as well. The property has a seasonal pool and a year round outdoor hot tub. Theres a gym with plenty of space and equipment. Theres even a doggie wash room here!!! Oh, and by the way, you don’t even have to carry your trash very far. Just sit it outside of your door on the correct day and time, and a valet comes to take it out for you! Plenty of perks for sure. Everyone has been friendly towards us. I do have to say that when office staff sees us they always say hello, and even remember to greet us by our names. Pretty impressive considering how many residents reside on this expansive property.

    Mill Point has been an incredible experience for me. I’ve been a resident for three months now, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and always promptly addresses any issues. The leasing team was incredibly transparent about the rent, charges, and fees, eliminating any potential surprises. Parking has been a breeze; simply park in your assigned spot, and you won’t have to worry about towing. One of the most convenient features of Mill Point is the complimentary overnight shipping through Amazon Prime. It’s been a game-changer for me. My apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in, and all the appliances are top-notch. I’m so impressed with Mill Point that I’ll be staying here for as long as I can. I want to give a special shoutout to Mele in the office. She’s truly exceptional and always goes above and beyond to help residents. When I signed the lease, I was expecting the leasing agents to be pushy and rushed, but they respected my timeline and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I even referred a friend who moved in, and I’m so happy to see them enjoying their time at Mill Point. Highly highly recommend Mill Point!

    Besides the nice apartments, the location is really nice. Not far from the I-15, grocery stores, the movies and plenty of places to eat. The staff is really nice and we’ve never had any real issues here.

    Me and my dad have lived here for a month now and so far, we have enjoyed it. The application process was super fast and within a week’s time we were able to move in (very grateful of this) plus management was super helpful when it came to having any questions about rent or charges that we needed help on. Outside of that, when we needed a couple repairs here and there, those were taken care of right away! Everything in the apartment works amazing and we haven’t had any problems since!

    ParkingMaintenance

    This is our second time living at Mill point apartments. In the years in-between they have made improvements with parking and maintenance. The staff is amazing, they are so kind and timely in helping with issues. After applying they were able to get accepted and moved in within 48 hrs! If you are in a rush timewise and in need of a place to call home id recommend these apartments. My only complaint is the walls easily scuff and do require frequent cleaning and extra precautions as far as furniture but outside of that it has been great.

    Wow, a very good place to live, super nice for my whole family, the best thing is that all the places are super close to us and the freeway is about five minutes away, and what can I say about the staff, they are very friendly and attentive.
