I honestly have loved living here! It is so well taken care of for how old the complex is so that was super impressive! I know in Provo there are a lot of issues surrounding good management as well as good maintenance fixing, and can I just say, the management is SO NICE! I love them! I pay cash for rent so I don’t pay a processing fee, so I get to see them quite often and they are always so helpful and so wonderful! And the maintenance gets fixed SO FAST LIKE HOLY! we had an issue with our water being cold and not working and so we asked for it to be fixed and it was fixed within a day! I have never had a complex work so fast and so personally before and I’m going to miss it! (I’m getting married lol) lots of people who live here stay for a while and it is so homie! My experience at carriage cove is one of my favorites and worth the price (but even that is good for Provo having a private room)

Never had a problem with parking and having a private management company has been great. Issues get fixed within a day and it doesn't feel like they're trying to take money from me at every chance they get. Pay the same rent as I did last year but I have a private room that's even bigger than my shared room at my old complex. 100% the best value contract in Provo. Review left on Find My Place.

I’ve been enjoying living here! Spacious rooms, lots of storage space, cleaning checks not as frequent as other places nearby, maintenance is quick to respond to problems needing looked at, all of the office staff are nice and professional, and best of all the price of rent for what you’re getting is unmatched!

This place is amazing! Each management member wants you to be happy and wants to please you, which is a huge blessing! They always have yummy snacks and are wonderful tk work with. Smiles all around! Also, anything you need fixed will be fixed that day by Gary, the lifesaver.

I have lived at carriage cove for the past 3 years and have love living here! The room are super spacious and have great amenities! The office staff is wonderful and is very willing to work with you. Maintenance is great and alway come the day or next day to fix any problems!

This place is sooo great. The staff, Donetta, Jen, Abby, and Courtney are so supportive of us residents. For real, you can't beat the pricing here. The cleaning checks are also not super often, and ive only failed once. But bwcuase the office is soooo nice they came and rechecked it for me the same day for free and I passed. I can't think if a single other property who is so generous with the cleaning checks. So much better than the other Redstone properties ive lived at. I can't recommend any other complex over carriage cove. I dont see myself living anywhere else :)

SERIOUSLY, move here!! I can’t understate how much I love Carriage Cove! I have lived in 6 places in BYU so far, and honestly I wish I had found carriage cove sooner! 1) Big, spacious apartments and private rooms for cheap! Honestly probably the best price per sqft in Provo. SO much storage space. And a shuttle to campus for BYU students. Yes the apartments are older and maybe not as nice but maintenance here is great! I had them come look at my bed frame and they just gave me a brand new one! 2) This is the BIGGEST sell for me (especially here in Provo) but the management is actually amazing. Carriage Cove is privately owned and not a big greedy company that doesn’t care about their residents. So, if you come in needing help or want to understand something- they actually listen and help and ARE REASONABLE! They don’t make stupid charges, and are fair and upfront with everything! 3) I LOVE their contract structure. They format their “deposit” as an application fee, so rather than pay and application fee, it’s just your deposit (obviously only if you get in you pay). Then, when it’s time to pay a deposit- you just pay your first and last months rent! Same idea and reasons contractually as other places but way easier and cheaper! I know people talk about their cleaning checks and while they are tough there is good reason for that as they only happen once every 6 months or so , so they want to be rigorous. Even if you fail, it is WAY cheaper than other places. Best of all they TELL YOU HOW TO CLEAN AND WHAT PRODUCTS TO USE on the sheet! My first cleaning check, I failed some areas and went into the office to ask about them (because I thought I cleaned them well) and they came and showed me how to clean them for the future and then passed me! I recommend Carriage Cove to every one I know!

I have LOVED living here. Rent is so affordable for a private room. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Management is so kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fulfill your requests. The ward is great. The complex is right next to the Provo River, which I love :) I will say that cleaning checks can be a little unfair at times. Sometimes it seems like they're trying to make extra money off you by failing you for no good reason. I've spent hours scrubbing the tub to still fail it and get charged for a cleaning. And yet, after the cleaning lady comes, my tub looks no different than it did when I'd cleaned it myself... This is really my only complaint. I love everything else about it and would recommend Carriage Cove to anyone looking for a private room. If I weren't graduating, I would totally keep living here.

I do have my gripes about the place but overall the management has been willing to work with me quite a bit and have always been very kind, also for a single room in Provo the pricing is hard to beat.

I really enjoy living here. You are not going to find student housing with better value. $530 monthly for a private room in a 1400-square-foot apartment is a deal. The only negative experiences I have had here have been with bad roommates and the cleaning checks. Management is spectacular. They do everything they can to make Carriage Cove an enjoyable place to live. All the events they've held at the pool and the volleyball court have been fantastic. Maintenance here is terrific; any problem I have encountered within my apartment has been fixed within a day. As mentioned by others, the cleaning checks are pretty strict yet completely doable. If you follow the list they give you and use the tips on the back of the list, you will pass. Plan on spending 3+ hours cleaning or be prepared to pay up.

Cheap rates, big private rooms, solid social environment. You can actually talk to a manager and not some student employee that doesn’t know anything. Only downside is communal paid laundry but best bang for your buck in Provo

This is an apt complex that has some large private rooms, cheap rent compared to around and you can actually speak to a manager when you need instead of dealing with some student worker that doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Social environment is chill. Definitely best bang for the buck in Provo.

Ideal management! They see eye to eye with you. Room one is the best! I’m on my second year here. I’ve asked management a bunch of dumb questions, yet they were patient and very personable

This place has been by far my Most favorite to live in Provo and the longest I have lived at before. When I first moved in most of the people I met that have already been living here said they have already lived here for a couple of years from 2-3 to even 4 every so often. Now I've become one of them haha. The management here is so nice and genuinely care for you and your well being. I had a rough living situation and my roommate made the time to meet with them. Afterwards, it was the kind of care for us that went beyond expectation and helped our living situation to be resolved immensely. Cleaning checks they say are hard to pass, but really it really helps to follow their paper that has very clear and detailed instruction on how to clean certain areas help a ton! I've only failed twice both in the summer times when I've been gone and busy a lot and have passed all the others. They also kindly allow re-checks. Again I love the place for the space, storage, ward, Amazing price for what it is, and best of all the friends I have made here have some become one of my best friends

I have lived here for about 3 years and I have had a great experience overall at Carriage Cove. Management works well with you and they work to ensure you are happy living at Carriage Cove and it is a great place to live with reasonable rent.

Great place to live. Rooms are pretty spacious, great location, and it’s affordable. Beware that it’s impossible to pass a cleaning check no matter how many hours you spend cleaning but that’s only 3 or 4 times a year so it’s not too bad, just know that you’ll fail. Don’t count on getting your security deposit back, they’ll keep most of it.

This is my favorite complex I've lived in. It's pretty social, so it's easy to make friends. The ward here is AMAZING!! Cleaning checks are honestly not that bad. You can even have a recheck on the same day for free if you fail something. Management is great, they throw monthly parties that are always a blast. Plus, the parties usually have really good food which is great for a poor college student like me haha. I've been here for almost two years and have loved it.

The management is great, fixes happen great and for the price it's a phenomenal place to live. Ammedaties are nice too. If you want the best value and a private room this is absolutely the place.

An absolutely amazing place to live. The people who work in the front office are some of the most helpful and kind I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. The only reason I'm not living there right now is my move to California. (And I'm planning on living there again when I go back to Utah!) As long as you stick to your contract and keep everything clean (which as an adult you should just do anyway) you'll have a great time. It's in an amazing location, and if you're a social person, you'll make tons of great friends. I highly recommend this to anyone in college looking for a place to live, and I've even recommended it to close friends and family members. There's really nothing to not like about Carriage Cove.

The private bedrooms, great amenities, and responsive staff make this a great place to rent from and for a great price:) also a pretty good location to be isolated from nearby universities but still accessible to them and other important places in the area. Overall, a great value!

I have lived at CC for awhile now and love it! Very spacious apartments with lots of storage for an affordable price. The private rooms are larger than many other student housing apartment's private rooms. Yes, some things are not in amazing condition, but I have never had a problem with getting the management to fix or replace anything. Cleaning checks are not that bad. If you do fail something, you can re-clean it and have them come recheck it on the same day and you won't get charged. There are also plenty of parking spots. The ward is great and everyone I have met at this complex are very nice.

I have lived at Carriag Cove for years and seriously love it! It's full of great people and is the perfect location in Provo! If you are willing to talk to management and build a good relationship with them they will be your best friends! After getting to know management they have helped me out in a lot of different situations!

Honestly I don’t know why people are leaving so many bad reviews. I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve never had any problems. The pool is awesome during the summer all of the appliances work fine and it’s really spacious. Plus you get your own bedroom and vanity! It’s a great deal for about 400 a month. A lot of people say management is annoying and rude but I’ve never had any trouble. Maintenance comes promptly. Also the cleaning checks aren’t that hard and they’re not super often either. It’s a great place to live.

I've lived in Carriage Cove for 3 years and it is the best student housing in Provo. If you are looking for a large private room for a reasonable price Carriage Cove is the place for you. I looked at every apartment in Provo and Carriage Cove by far is the best deal. Is it a little old? Yes. But totally worth the price. Maintenance was awesome. Anytime I had a problem they would be in later that day to fix it. Also, parking in Provo is the WORST but Carriage Cove has PLENTY of parking spots always. Overall, great experience at Carriage Cove. Highly Recommend.

I love Carriage Cove! The pantry is huge (my favorite part) and the rent is really affordable for a private room in provo - it is basically the same price as a lot of shared rooms in the same area. My personal experiences with the office and management have all been really positive - they are really nice and answered my questions really well. They are always clear on their expectations and I can tell they are doing everything they can to accommodate us as tenants.

Carriage cove was very helpful. My sister and I have had a few issues or problems and they have been very accommodating. We are very appreciative of their staff and understanding!

Seriously less than 3 hours of living here and management is absolutely wonderful. They listen and care about your concerns, and do everything that they can to accommodate. They were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process of signing a lease and placing me and my sister into an apartment. 10/10 recommend living anywhere where management is as responsive and helpful as the team at Carriage Cove!

I have had a great time at Carriage Cove. I have lived here about two years and the people have been great. The management has been good to me and is understanding when I go to talk to them. If you put in the effort with the staff and what they expect of you all will be fine. Maintenance has been quick when I have submitted a form and the apartments have been nice to live in. My roommates have been really good and I have made some great friends. The wards for church are great and It has been a great experience overall.

I have really enjoyed being at Carriage Cove! The prices are great and all of the people are amazing! If you ever have questions about ANYTHING you can ALWAYS talk to management. I got to know the management really well and they were always willing to work with me. The location is convenient and the amenities really add to the experience of living there. Affordable private rooms, good management and a good location near Walmart and not too far from campus. Great environment. The apartments are a little old and some things obviously need to be replaced. The internet isn't great. However, the price reflects these realities and they didn't bother me.

I highly recommend this place! Great private rooms, cozy living rooms, enough counter space to cook and entertain people. I’ve lived in several Orem/ Provo apartments and this one ranks number one! Maintenance crew respond fast and are friendly. The Manager as well there is personable and dedicated in helping residents feel at home here. 5/5 stars hands down!

I loved living here at Carriage Cove. The management was amazing, they were always willing to help and clearly expressed the expectations and answered all questions I had. I had a total of 2 maintenance requests in the year I lived here and both were fixed the sane day I put the request in. They have activities once a month about that the tenants could participate in it was lots of fun! They have thorough cleaning checks and I didn't realize till moving to another place how nice this made it feel. I would definitely recommend to other single students!

It's been a while since I lived there, but I pass by it often and am reminded of the many fond memories of that place. I loved having my own room and I lived there in two different apartments, in two different room numbers. Management did well in handling any issues that couldn't be resolved between roommates. (Why is there always that one roommate? Ha!) Whether you're attending UVU or BYU, its location is great for being actively involved in the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about carriage cove! The price is perfect and it seems like such a bargain for private rooms, spacious apartments, and good amenities. I was worried about the laundry (facilities shared among the complex) and parking but I never had a problem finding a parking spot and there are always machines open for use when I needed to do laundry. Cleaning checks were intense and hard to pass, however I learned that they are what keep what could be an outdated complex looking clean & nice, and while other apartment complexes like to charge ridiculous fees, I never paid more than $8 to remedy a failed cleaning check. Even with monthly laundry and other small fees in additional to rent, I still paid less than my friends who live elsewhere in Provo. The location is great if you need to be more central to Provo rather than just to campus, and it’s kind of “tucked away” in a nice little spot with multiple options for getting to the main roads nearby, and there’s a backroad nearby that connects you to the local gym & movie theater/mall area faster. There’s also a couple markete and plenty of popular restaurants nearby making it easy to run quick errands and meet up with friends close by. Carriage cove also easily had the best management I’ve worked with. Donetta has been great and genuinely cares about the residents and their experience, and the maintenance work is always done in a very timely manner. The people and church congregations here were all great and there’s a wonderful sense of community while keeping a good range of diversity in terms of age and BYU/UVU/other students or those already graduated and working. It may not be perfect for everyone but I imagine it would be a great fit for most!!

I lived at Carriage Cove for about 3 years and its my favorite place that I've lived so far. I met a lot of great people while living there and made a lot of awesome memories! The apartments are also really big and the bedrooms are bigger than any other apartment that I've checked out. I also loved how much storage the apartments had, including a storage unit right outside the apartment and a large pantry. I loved management and really felt like they cared about their tenants and helped out in any way they could. Maintenance was also really good about promptly fixing things and they always did a good job. Also, I'm a pretty clean person so I appreciated that Carriage Cove cared that their apartments were clean and in good condition during their cleaning checks. I would completely live at Carriage Cove again and totally recommend it as a great place to live!
