The Boulevard is so easy to work with. They actually treat you like humans and want to make your life easier. They are the opposite of Redstone management- they don’t try to leave you penniless and hating your life. Boulevard is 10/10. There may be people that say “they are only open in the middle of the day so you have to get off work early to talk to them.” What? Every apartment complex is like that, what do you expect- they run 24-7? I’ve also seen people say that it’s hot and stuffy. I’ve never had issues with the AC especially during this hot and stuffy summertime. It usually helps to close the windows to keep the cool in. Recently, my wife and I were on our honeymoon and we realized there was an emergency with our apartment. We had just gotten married and were devastated to have something go wrong right at the start. I texted the office number, knowing that with it being 2 hours past closing time, I didn’t have much hope. Notwithstanding having other things in their lives then watching for texts from us, they texted back 10 minutes later and got everything worked out. I’ve had help from Hannah every time and she is the best!

I love living here in the residential complex. Problems are resolved super quickly and very well. They are very attentive to the residents.

Hello, I recently moved into the complex, and everything has been great. The place is quiet, the pool is clean, and the staff are friendly and receptive to any help. I recommend it.

I helped choose these apartments for my family moving from out of state because we loved the location and the swimming pool is top notch! It ended up being one of the cheaper options for the Orem area which was another reason they chose this complex. We struggled a bit with the staff at first but Hannah has been super great!

Luis has been very helpful. He is friendly and easy to work with.

I love living here at The Boulevard. I have lived here for about a year and I am going to renew for a second year!! The Boulevard has provided me with a tight nit community that other apartments I have lived in the past have not been able to accomplish. It is so fun to see families having fun; playing at the park and pool! The management team has also been exceptional. They answer calls and emails swiftly. They are also very approachable in person as well. I want to shout out Luis specifically as he has been very proactive in helping me get the terms of my lease agreement figured out. Luis has gone the extra mile to make sure that I feel safe and protected in my contract. I also want to shout out our maintenance guy (i cannot remember his name). He is extremely proactive. It is so nice having someone on site who is ready and willing to fix anything with our apartment. This is not typical as I have lived in many different complexes. It is refreshing to see someone who truly cares about their job and the people who live here at The Boulevard. I have noticed that he keeps the community clean along with awesome maintenance services (parking lots, park, pool, etc.) Most apartments have their pool closed constantly but this is not the case for The Bouvard! They are quick to fix the pool and it was open all summer! I love going to the hot tub in colder seasons and its so nice that I can depend on it being open! While I am not a Spanish speaker, I love that The Boulevard sends out emails in both English and Spanish making it accessible for many people. If you are looking for a clean, family oriented community whose management is stellar, proactive, and approachable look no further!! I highly recommend living at The Boulevard.

I toured these apartments, Diesy showed me around, it was a great time touring. She didn't hover over me while I was looking around and was very informative, patient, and kind in the process. I highly recommend you ask for her (specifically) to show you around. The place looks like the pictures! - Thank you Diesy! :)

this is one of the better places ive lived, the staff is attentive and caring and the quality of the apartment and appliances is great, would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place with lots of amenities

Jaime was absolutely amazing! I'm planning to move to Utah in about a month and a half and she took the initiative to do a virtual walk through with me of the property as well as the unit, gym, pool, and BBQ area. Any questions I had while filling out the application, she was more than helpful in assisting and getting any information I need. Thank you so much!!!

The Boulevard apartments have great floor plans for 1 and 2 bedroom options. We have corporate lease agreements and have a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom options. The facilities are very nice. Little to no noise from other apartments. Poor area is nice and clean as well. The management and all staff are always very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are fast. I would highly recommend.

Lived here for 2 years. Once management changed to who it is now we had an exceptional experience. Fast turn around time for maintenance requests. Quality customer service whenever you have a question or complaint. Beautiful apartments with a very nice internet package. An awesome pool with a nice setup. Tenants are great. Rent is appropriately priced. Utilities are low. Seriously no complaints.

I have recently from Los Angeles to Utah. Before moving out here permanently I did a lot of flying back and forth looking for the right apartment Not only was clinginess was timportant to me also having things that I am familiar with close by as it's a new town and could easily get lost. ( target) right away when walked into the management office to look at what Apartments were available the property manager Chandie greeted me so friendly so warming it made me feel welcomed instantly. The friends that I was with even noticed it from prior experience from other apartments nearby. in my opinion I think this apartment does not get the recognition that it is deserve it is a beautiful well-maintained building but what makes it even better is having the management that they have now they respond within less than 24 hours sometimes even less than an hour even on weekends and after hours they're always available to take care of any issues that I may be having or concerns. But they are faster responding emails. I recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance guy Benny is also amazing and most of all Chandie has made me feel so Welcome. With a lot of fear moving to a new state that I don't know with people that I don't know I am glad to live here. only thing I could say that they could change or reconsider is the cost of the media package. But at the end of the day it is still worth worth every dollar. It is a great Place to call home.

We've lived here for the past three years and overall have had a pretty good experience with only a few small complaints. (Sorry, long review). The apartments are spacious, have a good floor plan, and are nice and modern looking with washer and dryer in-unit. The ceilings are high, and the apartment feels spacious and clean. There is a lot of storage including large closets, a storage area off the balcony, and a large pantry. Location was close to everything (including some busy streets) but otherwise convenient. Parking is free unless you choose to purchase a covered spot. Can’t usually hear neighbors unless they are vacuuming, or small children are running around. This is a pet-friendly community and they do a pretty good job keeping their pet stations stocked with bags etc. However, some residents here are terrible at picking up after their pets and it can get disgusting at times. Overall residents are good about leashing their pets and it truly does feel like your pets are welcome here. I love walking by other apartments and seeing cats or dogs chilling by the windows or on the balcony. Any maintenance we needed was taken care of quickly. The maintenance workers that have been here the past few years have been super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The gym onsite is small, but we used it frequently and usually had it to ourselves. They have most of the basic equipment you would need. We also used the pool a lot when it was open. The pool area has grills, a firepit, and a hot tub, all of which we used from time to time and were generally well taken care of. This complex uses a required valet trash service that you pay for. Valet trash was fine, but I didn't love their schedule since they don't come on Friday’s or Saturday’s, the days we needed it the most. There were also many days that they were supposed to pick up, and never showed (especially in the winter). This wouldn’t have been a big deal, except you pay for the service so I would have liked better consistency. The internet and TV package was fine as well. Many apartment complexes have required media packages now and this place is no exception. I do wish we could have opted out of having DirectTV, but this expense (and all expenses including valet trash) are very clearly given when you move here. The internet usually worked well. I have just a couple of complaints mostly regarding our specific unit or other people in the complex. The windows in building B don’t open so you can’t get airflow into your apt. Our unit was also on the pool side and had many noise issues with people staying past the pool closing time or sneaking in late at night and making noise. The pool lights never turn off so we needed blackout curtains to block the light. It’s a non-smoking complex but people here smoke all the time and litter their cigarette butts. There is also a lot of marijuana use at this complex, we can smell it 24/7. This complex felt a lot safer than other places we have lived, but there will occasionally be some really sketchy people that move in. I’m sure that’s the case anywhere, but always shocked me that apartments at this price point attracted sketchy people. We have loved the management here the past three years, especially Logan and Amy. I was a little sad when Logan left, especially because for a short time after he left the apartment complex was really starting to have some issues, but Amy has worked hard to fix many of these issues and has made some good improvements. She is very kind and understanding and just an overall pleasant human being. The management has done a good job trying to make this community a better place to live, and making the residents feel cared for. If this were based on management alone I’d give the complex 5 stars. Overall we enjoyed living here and it was head and shoulders above other complexes I have lived in. It is a little pricier than some complexes but you get what you pay for and most issues we ran into are issues you will run into at any other apartment complex.

I loved the Boulevard Apartments when Logan was here. After he was transferred we would report anything damaged they hardly ever came and fixed anything. We still need some damages fixed before our lease is up. We were asked to leave and quite frankly I am happy and sad that we are leaving. I have disabilities and according to the ADA the new manager has to give us a reason why we have been asked to leave. P.s. Jessica the only reason why they are over priced is because it's still a new apartment complex.

LOVE the apartment and LOVE the management! Amy is the best most understanding kindest managment I’ve ever dealt with! Love the layout of the apartment and how spacious it is so worth the move and very impressed!

Had a chance to visit the community, very well run complex and the management team is great, helped with all of the questions I had! Amazing amenities and a great location, definitely recommend checking it out!

Fantastic apartment community. Nice homes with cool smart home tech, and I've worked with the management staff there; they're awesome! Would recommend to friends.

We LOVE it here! Our apartment is gorgeous and huge, and the management is always quick to respond to issues we have and get them resolved. So glad we moved here!

The manager, Logan, is AMAZING! They are onsite and if you ever have a problem, they resolve it the very same day! Even after business hours. Our contract was up two times now, and we keep signing a new one because we love Logan and he makes living here SO much better. Having a great landlord makes a world of difference.

Absolutely loved living here! The apartment is spacious and management is amazing! I have never had a problem that wasnt addressed immediately. The only thing i hated was the dishwasher sucked.
