Central Park Station Apartments

I’ve been with Central Park station apartments for nearly two years n i absolutely love them they are on top of things and always willing to work things out if it’s rent or anything regarding the apartment they’re really awsome at what they do ❤️

We are super happy to be here. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the units are really nice, and we consider ourselves lucky to have landed a spot in one of the subsidized units. Lots of cool neighbors here too. It's nice that there's an indoor hallway leading to the apartment, and you can only enter with a code, because that makes our place feel really safe even though there are sketchy people by the train tracks sometimes who steal bike parts. I would recommend living here to everyone haha

The apartments here are cozy with lots of natural light. Adam the property manager is professional and responsive and the community has been kind and welcoming- I am happy I chose to live here!

Me and my wife been here for a year and it’s been great! Great management and good neighbors that are respectful. They have everything you would need for a comfortable stay and management responds in a timely manner if you need anything! 5/5!

My husband and I have lived at Central Park Station for the last year and a half and have loved it! We feel lucky to live here. The apartments are modern and homey with lots of natural light. We love that there is lots of visitor and street parking for when our friends want to come visit too!

I've enjoyed living here. It is safe, clean, and in a great location close to the train and bus depot, as well as Center St stores and restaurant's. My only and very big issue is with the parking system. Each tenant is assigned their own personal spot number, and can park their car there. When I first moved in we were given a sticker so that we could legally park our car. About a year later, they allowed UTA to take over. I have been on their website and registered my vehicle, however for some reason it didn't go through. My car was towed from my own spot. Approximately 30 days later, and after ensuring my car was properly registered, my car was towed again from my own spot. I had to pay $600 in towing fees as well as face anxiety thinking my car was stolen. I also had a school final that day and I am sure my grade suffered tremendously because of the mornings events. My son also missed school. Though apologetic, the management wasn't able to help me in any way and said that it was UTA, even though my rent is paid to management. To know that I could have just parked on the street in front of my apartment and save $600 has me really nervous about ever parking in my assigned spot again. As a low income, single mother, this put me in a bad space financially.

My wife and I have lived here for about 6 months and we have loved it. The apartments themselves have high ceilings new paint, large doorways and were are cleaned and repaired nicely before we moved in. The maintenance is very responsive and helpful which helps my wife and I have leave of mind. I know this is a Gogol review and most of them you can’t trust but I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family. Yes, I actually have recommended these apartments to many people, they’re filled quick for a reason.

I've been living here since nov 24, and it's been a great experience so far. The apartment is a great and having a washer and dryer in the unit is super convenient. The community has a chill, friendly vibe, and even though I don’t use the amenities much, it’s nice to have them. The location can give you a lot of street parking. Maintenance is always quick to respond when something needs fixing. If I could suggest improvement, it would be adding an EV charging station and being able to grill on the balcony. One thing is it can get a bit noisy since it's close to the train station. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here!

Any issues I’ve had were handled quickly. I feel very comfortable living here and would definitely recommend it.

I recommend Central Park Station to all my friends. It’s my husband’s and my first home together, and it fits all our needs and wants! They had the hallway carpets cleaned today and they’ll power wash the building or repaint the parking lines, etc. They really do a great job to make sure the place is taken care of🤍 Adam, the maintenance guy, is amazing! He knows so many of us by name and is always willing to help. Kelsey has been fantastic at keeping our paperwork updated and answering my questions promptly, whether by email or their text messaging system.

I have loved living here! The staff rock, the building is amazing, and everyone here is so friendly! The only downfall is the loud train (that is out of their control haha). - Chloe Baker💓

My husband and I have loved Central Park Station. We love that the apartments are clean and have nice appliances. There is a nice gym and a nice grassy area out front with a park for kids. It’s far enough away from BYU campus to give you a good change of pace, but close enough to get there easily if needed (especially because we are a few minutes walk away from Provo Central Station!). We tell all of our friends that we love it here and recommend it to all!

Great resource for low income housing in Provo! It's worth it to get on the wait list. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the apartments are so nice!

This apartment complex is well-maintained and has a great staff. Each time I interact with them, they're friendly and eager to help. I've lived here for a few years now and plan to stay for many more.

I have lived here as the first person to move in. This has been the best place I have ever lived in except for my house up in Rexburg, Idaho. These apartments are the best. Well maintained and kept in good repair by an excellent maintenance person, Adam. He also can maintain anything that goes wrong in your apartment just fill out a work order. The grounds are always kept neet, mowed and the snow removed in the winter to keep the walks clear and ice melt scattered around to prevent slippery walks. I am fortunate to have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. With a Large front room open to the kitchen area. It has plenty of cupboard space. Two storage closets, one for food storage next to the cupboards, the other is by the front door where outdoor clothes, and kitchen utensils and household items can be kept. Such as paper towels, toilet paper, cases of water, a tool chest etc. It has a fire extinguisher on the wall that is handy to get to incase of emergency. There is a hallway going from the front room/kitchen area to the back bedroom, which by the way has a walk through closet to the bathroom. In the hallway are the washer & dryer with a shelf above for cleaning & washing supplies. Since I am single I use the second room across from the washer/dryer for my Library and office area. Opposite that room is the first bathroom. The second coming in the back or master bedroom. The apartment has a patio/lanai that looks out to the mountains to the east. As I live on the fourth of 4 floors, The management is extremely personable and easy to talk with. Sometime they provide extra Gifts such as donuts, Ice cream treats, candy for Halloween and a gift at christmas time for each tenant. What more could anyone want for a nice place to live. The tenants here are quiet and friendly as well. There is plenty of parking with one covered stall for each tenant If you have a second car there are places for those as well. We do have rules here we must abide by and most everyone obeys them. There are two huge dumpsters a brown one for trash and most anything else and another for recycling. Cardboard, paper, plastic bottles, and milk jugs etc. Tin cans But NO Glass. And hopefully no trash. That is for the other dumpster. So come check us out for the best place to spend some time. Whether you are going to live here permanently as I am or a short time like college students do. It is government assisted so you have to fill out extensive income and status forms, but The great manager here will be more than helpful in helping you to fill them out.

Central Park Station has been great. The apartments are nice and the maintenance is awesome. Incredibly helpful and responsive. The first managers we worked with when we moved in were very misleading, but management has improved and we are overall happy with it here!

My family loves Central Park Station! Anytime we have an issue, whether it’s maintenance or any kind of inconvience, they make sure to fix the problem asap. Kelsey has been helping us a ton outside of her regular hours this past week to ensure our needs our met and Suzette has helped us in a lot of ways too. Great place!

I have loved living at Central Park Station it has been an amazing experience here. Jess is one amazing Manager !!! She has gone over and beyond for our family and all other tenants. She is so kind and works so So so hard!!!! She has made every experience worth while. Every apartment manger shall learn from her example. We love Central Park Startion and especially its amazing management! We had an A/C issue on a Friday night and our manager, Jess, took time out of her evening (after-hours) to ensure we were taken care of. Great place!

Central Park station is the best! The apartments are very nice, lots of space and well-updated. The move in and move out process were made extremely easy by the wonderful Management. Sydnee is amazing and goes out of her way to be super helpful and kind. The community is great, kind people everywhere, and there’s plenty of parking! Management is very good about communicating about events or reminders. Overall, CPS was the best place I ever lived in Provo, and I would recommend it to everybody!

My family is extremely grateful for the service and care we receive by the manager. She is so sweet and is super dependable. Whether it is in her diligence to find a portable air conditioner or her taking care of snow removal despite this not being her role, you can count on her. Highly recommend these apartments, management knocks it out of the park.

I love it here! This is a great place to live. The new management is kind and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to get a job done as well. I love how conveniently located it is in Provo as well!

This place truly was a special place to live. My wife and I lived here for just over 4 years and loved every second of it. The manager Pauline is one of the kindest people ever and maintenance always showed up within 24hrs. I can’t say enough about this place. So grateful for the time spent here and once again for how helpful and kind Pauline always was. Loved it here.

This is a brand new set of apartments and townhomes, which offers half-market prices to qualified income-restricted individuals and families, and market-priced housing for others. They have close access to the freeway, downtown Provo, and BYU, which make them an attractive option for married student housing. Pauline, the apartment manager is absolutely great to work with, as well as the rest of the property management team. I imagine that the negative reviews of this place come from bad experiences with waiting for construction to be completed (as it was delayed by several months), or with the (very lengthy and at-times stressful) application process for income-restricted tenants. It's all worth the wait though. The apartments and townhomes are beautiful and very well-built. Utility expenses (power) are usually quite low because the residences are very efficient. Google Fiber is available, as well as cable TV. Each unit comes with a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The property includes covered parking, storage units, a childrens' playset, a gym, a community room, and garden plots that may be rented. Again, Central Park Station offers income-restricted housing to those who qualify, which allows students and those with lesser income a very nice place to live. My wife and I loved it here!

Ok, ok...I have to agree with the previous reviews that it took an insane amount of time to get these apartments finalized. The continued delays left my pregnant wife and I couch hopping and staying in vacation rentals at a considerable cost without any thought of compensation. That being said, these apartments are beautiful! It was well worth the wait, and I have never felt any shame or fear inviting people over. They are also very secure, with a card or code required to enter certain parts of the complex. They have a playground, community garden, storage units, parking space, multipurpose room, and indoor gym for all residents and guests. We are very happy with the finished product, and don't regret the long wait.
