How consistent is the rating

Fairly consistent±0.5

We've really enjoyed living here! Our apartment is nice compared to a lot of options for the price in Provo. Our heat and AC have worked perfectly as have all of our appliances. It's pet friendly and was very accommodating when we got our dog. The married student ward is amazing if you are in that demographic! The on-site managers and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive. Overall we haven't had any issues in the time that we've lived here, and it has been much nicer that some of the basement apartments we toured when we were looking for a place.

    ParkingCleanliness

The apartments are well insulated and comfortable. The Parking spot is free and there is extra behind the complex. They are clean and spacious and we love the location! Only 10 minutes from the airport and 2 to the trax station in car! Management is very nice

Been here just over 6 months, its older but nice. they have added a gym and grill since i moved in. and its great they are pet friendly, especially with an ESA. We have had a few issues with some older things in the apartment like some broken tile but they were quick once we reported it to get it replaced. even when our door lock decided to break it got replaced that evening with a new electronic one. The management that live on site has also been good since they took over from the previous ones and are usually pretty easy to get a hold of. and while it can take a day or so the main office seems responsive so far.

  • ★★★★★Mar 2024

The new on site managers are a lot better than the old ones. Most of the negative reviews about management here were valid at the time - but since the managers changed we haven’t had any problems whatsoever

    Maintenance

As a young married couple in Provo, this place has been great. We’ve paid a fair price for it, given the average prices for married housing in Provo. The response to maintenance needs is quick, and the new on site managers do a great job at maintaining the property (keeping the laundry room clean, making sure people pick up after pets, any safety concerns, etc). They respond to texts quickly. Our floor was newly replaced when we moved in and our apartment was clean. I don’t love being asked to renew contracts as much as they do, but everything else has been just fine. Got what we paid for here. **Most people willing to leave reviews for this complex seem to only be from the negative side, but maybe the new management we’ve had here has made it a good experience for us in comparison to the older reviews.

Excellent 1 bedroom apartment for the price! We haven't had any complaints so far and we have amazing neighbors! Scott, the landlord, is always smiling and is always happy to help you with any question. Some of the best parts is that they allow ESA animals and recently allowed non-ESA animals as well (for a monthly price). If anything in our apartment needed fixing (for example, our refrigerator broke down and they provided a new one), we just out in a work order and they get it done as soon as they can!

    Maintenance

My husband and I moved into this apartment complex about a year ago now. The reason we moved into this complex was because it was one of the least expensive apartments to live in in town. When we moved in the apartment was clean and ready for us. AC works, heating works, and it is the perfect size for two newly weds. Management is very responsive and we have had a great experience living here.

  • ★★★★Apr 2020

Heritage Court is one of the least expensive places to rent here in Provo. Hence, why I signed here. It has turned out to be great and my husband and I were able to dress up our apartment real nice. They just switched managers and he seems like he is going to make important changes. This complex and the management definitely has been working to make the steps to revamp this place. It was run down before but little by little it is getting better. Check out the unit before you sign. Some units are way better/nicer than others. We got lucky with the one I have!

  • ★★★★Jan 2020

Great apartment for the price. They've been remodeling some of the apartments under the new management, and we got one of the remodeled ones with new flooring, appliances, and personal A/C units. Management has been great to work with, and most issues get solved quickly.

  • ★★★★★Dec 2018
    Parking

My wife and I have been living here for a few months now and are loving it. We moved from a more expensive complex and have loved the savings. The complex was just purchased by new management, and we have no complaints so far. The price is unbeatable, and we have a reserved parking space for one of our cars, and I’ve always been able to find parking for our extra car as well.

  • ★★★★Dec 2017

Nice, cheap apartment. Sometimes management takes a while to respond.

Look people, you get what you pay for. I think one of the biggest difficulties with this place is how different each apartment is one from the other. Because they've been around so long, some seem to have more problems than others. We have been totally satisfied with ours, especially for what we pay for it. Here are some specifics: THE GOOD: -AC works amazingly. Never had a problem. -just spacious enough for newlyweds. We didn't feel cramped or tight on space -Online payments -Say what you will about management, they are at least very responsive. I've never gone too long with any problem, and if it is serious, they come right away -GREAT ward and great neighbors THE BAD -We always bemoan how far away it is from campus. Having to drive is hard. -it seems every other month we have a minor problem that needs fixing. They are old apartments -Kitchens are pretty secluded But we have really liked this place. Of course we won't be here forever, but as newlyweds we have really enjoyed it.

I've seen so many bad reviews and I was VERY hesitant to sign here because of them. But, after living here for over 7 months, I have not a single bad thing to say about them. I want to reassure anyone looking at these reviews that I have never once had an issue with management, the internet, hot water, the A/C, or anything else mentioned from previous people. These apartments are very well kept for their age and it's the perfect newlywed/single person apartment. It has everything you could need. Management has always been on top of their game and maintenence is right along with them. Things get done quickly and efficiently, especially now that everything is done online now. The internet has never once been a problem for me (and I regularly am streaming videos and doing schoolwork, etc.). We have always had hot water and it heats up fast. Most of the time, we have to turn down the water quite a bit because of how hot it can get. But there is a perfect medium and I've never had to take a too hot or too cold shower. The A/C does work just fine and if it's hot, open the window and it'll cool down quickly (it's not a huge apartment so it doesn't take long at all). They do keep $15 from your security deposit each month, which really only makes your rent $615 (which is still WAY good compared to other places), so I don't know why that would be a huge problem to someone looking to not spend a fortune each month. Parking is a one time fee, one time fee, of like $10 (not sure exactly, but super cheap) and then it's never a problem again so that's not a problem at all. I can honestly say that if it weren't for my husband's job transfer next month, we would be very happy to continue living here. Don't be scared by the reviews. I'm personally very glad I didn't let them deter me from this apartment complex.

I love it here. Management is on top of things. They e plain everything and give their best. Apartments are clean and maintained well. I would recommend this place whole heartily.

    MaintenanceParking

There are a lot of negative reviews for Heritage Apartments. I think there is some truth to a lot of the reviews written here but most of them are blown out of proportion. I think these are good apartments for a newly married couple and I enjoyed living at Heritage. I feel like the management is really good and Debra works really hard to keep things going. The maintenance can take a little while to get things done but they are older apartments and there are a lot of them so I completely understand that. I never had any issues with parking or other tenants.
