Leasing and renewal has been super smooth with the main office. The staff is always readily available and prompt with communications. Fees are fair and transparent. You can count on them to communicate any news or updates about the complex.

Living at mountain run appartments has been a good experience for my wife and I. We enjoy apartment & would recommend new movers to consider. The maintenance department has been responsive and friendly making repairs. Property management has also been easy to work with and speak to when needed. Rent is also reasonably priced. I was grossed out by other complexes we visited prior to moving here. Thank goodness we didn’t settle for other appartments in our price ranges because this place was way better If you live on the 3rd floor, it can be quite a walk up the stairs. Be mindful of that when choosing a unit. There is also a chance that the unit you move into may appear smaller than the sample appartment you tour. Be mindful to ask square footage questions ahead of time. Other than that, the appartment is a good place to live for those considering a move.

Love our home and the young families here. Updated review: bumpy transition but the new management has been doing a good job since they got new office management in and it’s been a positive experience so far!

Since Taylor arrived, the service has been more efficient, she doing her best to answers tenants’ questions and their needs. I really appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

Mountain Runs apt response time in the phone is not the optimal, but the staff if great. I communicated with Jay and Sierra and both of them were very understanding and professional. Could not live there for reasons out of my power but at least the application process and interaction was what i expected.

I’m very glad my partner made me hold off on writing a review for this place until we had fully moved out. If you talked to me in July I would’ve told you this place is terrible, but the new management did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in their power to make the previous managements wrongs right. We lived here for a year and had multiple issues from the get-go. I won’t delve into them because even though the new management had nothing to do with it, they made sure we were taken care of when we moved. I truly do have high hopes for this place, and have full confidence that the new management will make it a great place to live.

Had an amazing experience living here, the management specifically Kinsey was the best I've ever had living in apartments / rentals, she super professional and I've never had one issue she wasn't able to resolve . The maintenance crew was awesome, pretty much does the repair as soon as the work order is written. All around a great place to live really close to good restaurants , UVU and the highway. If I didn't have to move I would have signed an other year lease .

Love my Mountain Run!! The location could not be better for school. The office staff is the greatest. They are so great to help. I also love that we’re so close to restaurants and shopping. This is a great place to call home.

I have dealt with the Mountain Run Apartments as a vendor for roughly six years. They have always been a phone call away if I need something. Although I don't personally live there, I have seen a number of improvements on both the grounds and the quality of living from the current management. Kinsey has been a reliable source whenever my team needs information.

I would just like to take a second to tell you how much better this apartment complex is being managed by Kinsey, as opposed to the last tyrant that ran the apartment complex only for a few months. Probably because she was quite biased, she played favorites, and if she didn't like you she'd do whatever she could to make your life hell. To make a long story short, Shay was charging multiple people (I saw it first hand) more than they owed for any rent that was diverted, she was rude, abrasive, arrogant, she never would admit to being wrong. She would mistreat us, and then refused to give us the number to human resources or the person that hired her. She'd just say I AM the manager. Which is bull. Through some googling, and such I found HRS number. It was imperative I spoke to them because of all the mistreatment, over paying. And the kicker taking money from a government funded covid-19 relief program that kept people from homelessness for the "rent" that was diverted, that she claimed we owed. When I objected she gleefully Implied that if I didn't I'd be losing my apartment, since she said I did owe this money even though when you do the math of the payments made ONLY from when she first got there it WAS STILL OVER what I owed! She dodged phone calls, treated people differently but was consistently rude and abrasive. She charged me a late fee for paying on the 4th when the entire apartment complex was allowed to pay on the 4th, because they weren't open on the 3rd, and my partner and I were told we could pay then top and wasn't given a time to turn it in. When she was late to open I went to the store, and took the check in but she shouted into the main part of the office from her desk where two people sat in front of her! So UNPROFESSIONAL! She'd been yelling to not accept my payment with out a late fee and installment charge to hang the legal notice on my door that they never hung. Shay was an evil with and I'm so glad that she's gone. In contrast Kinsey is happy, compassionate, and unbiased. She greets everyone a dazzling smile, and she does not play favorites. Kinsey is great at her job, the grounds have never looked better, there are new people moving left, and right! Kinsey just has this air of happiness, sincerety and acceptance that makes you want to be around her, you feel right at home with Kinsey because she is genuine, charming, and just all together so welcoming. The grounds have never looked better, she is always on top of everything, and everyone in her crew is also just so kind, and good at what they do. Kinsey is why the ratings for this apartment have gone up, she deserves a raise. 👏

I'm changing my review from "I wish there were negative stars," to "I wish there were more." Since Shay was disposed of everything has been amazing. Great customer service, and everyone I speak to is happy. Kinsey's management skills are exceptional, and her passion, kindness, and dedication is above scrutiny. She is amazing, and goes above, and beyond the call of duty.

The appartments are so beautiful. The noises are almost zero. The Management it’s so nice but the only thing that I’m not happy with it’s that there’s no amenities just a grill area which it’s outside! But we’re have been in here for 3 months and everything is so nice. All the personal are pretty cool! Thank you

I have been living here for a couple months now and I have loved the property. Shaylee and Kinsey are so responsive and are really good at keeping residents informed about appreciation events and they have done a few giveaways too. I really appreciate the office's response to COVID-19 and their dedication to keeping residents safe. The management is always doing things to maintain the property, and I'm always impressed with the landscaping, it is awesome.

My friend and I were trying to find a place to live and we came across Mountain Run. They were so kind and helpful when we had our questions. The new management is very quick to respond and make you feel very at home and comfortable. Honestly love living here, plus the apartments are very cozy as well as fun and easy to decorate. Definitely will want to renew!

They are super nice here no matter who I talk to there is always a smile on everyone’s face, and when I have a question or problem they were there to help me which feels great!!🤩

I’ve been living here 10 months and I have to say that the management is professional and easy to work with. If you have an issue, just go talk to them and they are more than willing to go out of their way to make a respectable resolution. I’ve had one maintenance issue in my current residency. I called it in, and maintenance was quick to respond and replaced my disposal promptly. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for a place to live.

I have lived here since May and just love it! Especially with new Manager & her Assistant. They're attention to details is really helping to make improvements here. I am just too excited about the upgrade to the laundry room, and the Amazon lockers we're getting. I also have the best view in the place. I can see the lake from all of my windows and get an amazing canyon breeze from Provo Canyon. It's really quiet here, too. I'm on the UVU side and rarely hear traffic, let alone people.

I’ve lived at Mountain Run for almost a year now and I’ve loved it! Super close to UVU, Walmart, all the shopping on University, frontrunner, and quick access to I-15. Management and maintenance are awesome too, I recently had some things I really needed fixed and Eric came right away and fixed it, which was amazing. If you need an affordable and nice place to live, this is it!

Maintenance is great, the manager of the property is a bit on the cold, non caring side. Can be a bit rude also, location is great and other than managers attitude great place to live

This is a fantastic place to live. The management team here is very courteous and they do a fantastic job and the maintenance man here is amazing. The view is beautiful it is so peaceful over here and so much green surrounding us. And the bonus everything is within walking distance!

From the moment I called to set up a tour, I knew this would be an excellent apartment. Everyone with management and maintenance has been a dream to work with! Not to mention that the apartments themselves are beautiful! Probably the most helpful (and happy to help) management I’ve ever worked with!

Great location with a friendly staff.

Management here has been amazing. Maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner. Any problems we have had have been promptly taken care of. After the nightmare we had with the last place we lived I can't even say how grateful I am to be in a place that seems to actually care about the tenants they serve. My only complaints would be they we don't have a washer and dryer in the units and it's all done in a laundry room you have to pay to use (it adds up to an additional 30-40/month for us and we don't do that much laundry) and the parking permits are more than other places charge especially for uncovered/unreserved parking, but ill gladly pay a little more for those to know that we will be taken care of when something happens. That makes up for those things enough to still deserve 5 stars from me.

i've been looking for apartments around the orem location and this place stood out to me the most because of the kind staff. Jewelette was so nice and welcoming and gave a great tour. She was very detailed and answered all the questions I had. It seems like a really nice place to live and is run by very helpful people.

I came in and toured with Jewelette and she’s awesome and the homes are great! There’s a lot of storage space that would be very continent especially because I tend to hoard all my things. I’m also a student at UVU and I can forget about a school parking pass and save some money because it’s quite literally across the street from the campus! Thanks Jewelette for showing me around!

A truly great experience. I was given a tour by a woman named Jewelette. She was extremely thorough with the tour and had very helpful answers to my (many) questions! The customer service was a 10 out of 10 which is the most important thing to me when I’m apartment hunting.

Great place to live! Convenient location to schools, shopping, and activities. The new management team is on top of everything. They are professional and polite and are always available. They are genuinely concerned about tenants needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in Orem or surrounding areas!

This place was awesome. I am currently living in California and am moving to Utah for work. I was looking for some apartments and these drew my attention. I was visiting and I went to view the apartments. The girl that helped me was named Jewelette and she was the sweetest most precious thing! She helped me with all the questions I had and was very welcoming and so bright. She had a smile the whole time and she is definitely making me consider these apartments. I hope the whole staff is as great as her and I'll for sure be back soon. Thank you!

Moved In not too long ago but already love this place! The management is super nice and made it way easy to move in. It’s pretty cheap and is updated super well. Only problem is the doors. Front door works and all it just looks like someone could kick it down easy and looks a little damaged. My door locks but if you yank even the slightest on the door handle it opens. But I have not yet told management so not their fault. And it’s not a huge deal cause I trust the person I live with haha. The management is a huge step up from my last place. Walk in any time and they are ready to help! Can’t wait to live here for the year and maybe more to come!

Management is incredible! They have definitely turned this place upside-down. We moved into a newly renovated apartment and we LOVE IT!! Definitely a great place to live.

So the management of the apartments is very understanding and very down-to-earth pretty cool the apartments have been all remodeled they have done their best to get rid of all the Riff Raff that was here and working on the outside I definitely would recommend this place oh I have two other people Mountain Run Apartments woohoo

It's the perfect location (The freeway is seconds away) and the management was awesome. Every work order was addressed within a reasonable time frame. Previous reviews came from people that had experience with a completely different management that was replaced recently. If you're going to UVU then there is no better place.

I'm not sure what was the deal with this and the ratings in the past, however, the new management has turned this place around. The location is perfect with UVU across the street, the apartments are in great condition, and the parking is great. If you have a problem management is on top of it right away and will do whatever it takes to make things right. If you're lucky enough to find an opening here at Mountain Run, I would scoop it up quickly.

Parking here was great, always available just make sure anybody you invite parks in visitor parking as with the close vacinity to UVU they tow/boot quite frequently. Everything worked as expected, the rent was fair for the market and we were able to keep very inexpensive power bills. Location is awesome, being able to hop right onto the freeway either way and you're right next to the best pokemon go spot in UVU. Management has been very good to work with throughout, something too rare these days. It sometimes smelled funky coming home from the freeway side, not within their control but still unfortunate otherwise I would grant them five stars.

We like our apartment the new management is awesome very nice and helpful and they always make sure we are happy they have remodeled the laundry room !!! :) and they paint the doors and fix the stairs and parking lot they have started to remove the carpet and put on wood like floor my only complaint is that the people that already live here are not getting the new floor :*( only the new apartment that don't have residents other than that it's a great place and you can have pets !!!!! As long as you are responsible with them :)

When you see the bad reviews, look at the date they were posted. New management transformed this place. (Note: pets are allowed!) I gave it 4 stars because there are police over every once in a while (as to be suspected in any college town). They redid my whole apartment & the location is literally right across from uvu & 5 minutes walking distance to Walmart with a tunnel to safely walk under the street. They randomly took $300 off my rent once when my husband couldn't work after his surgery, because of an "inconvenience" to us that never actually happened. How sweet! Management is on top of things, based out of the Utah bubble so they're not micro-managing baby sitters, & "focus on making people HAPPY to earn their money, instead of by ripping them off like everyone else in this freaking state." My husband & I move every couple months, yet we actually decided to stay here a couple YEARS.

Moved in a month ago and the management has been very helpful and responsive. There are few things that are in the process of getting fixed which is why I gave four stars but besides that everything has been great.

About the complaint from Nathan Stoker: I don't think you have the right apartments??? Remington Place isn't student housing and doesn't assign roommates, so. ANYWAY, THE REAL REVIEW: Maintenance is VERY quick. The guy in charge of it all will be up same day or the next day, if its a week day, and if he can't fix it himself he arranges things within a week or so. Since I've moved in—admittedly i've only lived here about a month—they've replaced the dishwasher, cleaned the floors from where it spilled, and had carpet men come in to fix loose carpet with no trouble at all. Other than that, no maintenance has been needed. The lady at the front office (Lisa) is very lenient and quick to answer questions. The first month we paid rent, we didn't understand the fee for WSG was due at the same time, but once we got that sorted out we were not charged a late fee. The lease itself is also much, MUCH less strict than any I've seen! Instead of paying ALL the rent until your lease would be up if you want to leave, you only have to pay one additional month's rent! The application process was quick and you get to see the actual unit you're applying for. This place is cheap and though there are some downsides (water pressure, walls can be thin sometimes, the air conditioning is really only good for the living room) it is absolutely worth the cost. The location: ALSO GREAT.

The Remington just got new management and I've seen SUCH an improvement while living here. The maintenance guy is super friendly (he can keep a conversation going, let me tell ya!) and works really hard to make us happy. It's an older property so just assume it'll have some issues. ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY, PEOPLE! The brunette in the front office is new and doesn't always have the answers but she is very sweet and will find out the answers to your questions if she doesn't already know them. I wouldn't pay attention to these old reviews because the new management staff is great (Alliance). The only downside is that they aren't here on the weekends.
