Good place to live, responsive management and service team.

I lived at the Branbury for two years while attending BYU. It’s pricey, but frankly, it’s not different than most ever complex around the area. If you are considering living here, it’s honestly probably the best you’re gonna find as a byu student outside of living in a house with roommates. During my time here, maintenance was pretty good (besides having little resources to deal with mice effectively when we had a problem once), and the front staff was very helpful, friendly, and available! In short, it’s a decent student complex and better than most, but isn’t without its faults—then again, hardly any place is.

The service during the application process is incredible. I asked so many questions and they answered quickly and completely. As I have been looking for housing for fall, they have been the most respectful of your time and decision making.

Adelin did a wonderful job of accommodating our tour request and Matthew was a great representative of the community and staff during our tour. They were both incredibly helpful, professional and personable.

I LOVE THE BRANBURY!!! I spent almost three years living here and it was a blast! Management is quick to respond and listen. All super nice, never really had an issue with them. Everytime something would break (normal wear and tear), maintenance would fix it within a day or two. The Branbury is super good with upkeep, the place is never dirty. The gym is excellent! Super social, tight community. The entire Branbury is one stake. Walking distance from Walmart AND Target. Right at the pretty Provo River Trail. Lots of nice natural light. I'm grateful I spent almost my entire time at University here! Met really good people, laughed a lot, and just had an overall great experience.

, I have had two of my college age boys live here. As a parent, I felt that it was a fair price, good environment, offered a lot of activities, and was a safe place. I had good experiences with the office staff, always kind and respectful. . The parent portal was easy to access. I would highly recommend the Branbury.

The Brandbury was recommended to me by a friend living here. Since moving in, I’ve been so impressed with all its quick service, amenities, and kind staff. My roommates and I found a few issues during move-in, reported them, and within a twenty-four hours, someone from the maintenance department had come and fixed them all. In addition to the amenities (the pool, gym, piano, game room, etc.), the staff organizes activities to build a community here. My favorites were a Hawaiian night (complete with cultural and fire dancing), bingo night (with high-end prizes), and more. The staff is also super friendly and has helped me with everything from questions about lease renewal to using the app for the laundry machines. Every time I walk into the leasing office, no matter who’s working that shift, he/she always has a smile and greets me when I walk in. I leave with my day brightened every time. I’m so grateful for the kindness and assistance of Matthew, Emma, Adelin and Hayli. They also have fresh cookies in the front office every day, which is a bonus ; )

I really like living at the Branbury! idk what's with some of the negative reviews, my experience at the Branbury has been nothing but positive! I also have tons of friends that recommended this place and have stayed here for years because its such a great place to live. PLUS I hear horror stories about management from other apartment complexes, but the people at the Branbury are always so sweet and helpful! shout out to the leasing office staff, Matthew, Emma, Adelin, and Hayli! anytime I have a question or an issue they are super responsive, and the maintenance team is really quick to get jobs done. also, the amenities here are great, i use the gym and pool all the time, and the social life is really good! 10/10 would recommend

I’ve had a great experience with Branbury Apartments in Provo, Utah. The property is well-maintained, the environment is clean and peaceful, and the location is super convenient for getting around town. The management team has been helpful and responsive whenever anything has come up. I especially want to give a shoutout to Matthew Arscott, he has been professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. He goes the extra mile to make sure things are handled smoothly and that people feel taken care of. It really makes a difference having someone like him involved. Overall, I would definitely recommend Branbury Apartments to anyone looking for a solid place to live in Provo.

I've had a great experience living at The Branberry in Provo. The complex is clean, well-kept, and has a friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The location is super convenient, and the amenities are well taken care of. What really sets this place apart is the management—Kathrine goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. They're approachable, professional, and always quick to help with anything that comes up. It's refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about the people who live here. Highly recommend The Branberry to anyone looking for housing in Provo!

Customer service was amazing as I prepared to lease. Answered all my questions amazingly quickly and thoroughly. Very kind, and yes it’s pricey but it’s pretty nice and good environment.

Have lived here for almost two years and it’s been great. The staff is always super great to work with, and our maintenance team (shoutout to Nathan and Mark!) are always super quick to respond. They try to make sure everything in the apartment is updated and are clear to communicate any changes with the residents. Happy to be a resident here.

My daughter has lived at The Branbury for three years, and it's been a great experience. The office staff has been kind, helpful, and responsive. The community is great, there are fun activities, a convenient BYU shuttle, and good amenities, including a salon, basketball court, volleyball court, pickleball court, pool and hot tub, gym, tanning bed, game room, and a music/study room. Highly recommend!

There was this lady named Tori and she answered any questions I asked. I had a few laughs with her thank you Tori !

Thank you so much to the people in the office They had been so nice to us even if we are leaving (cuz getting married) they help us a lot in the process answering questions! We really appreciate all that help Guys this is a cool place to live we love it!

THEFT IS COMMON HERE! Likely because of the proximity to the river trail. If you are planning on biking to campus, choose another apartment complex where you're bike won't get stolen. And if you have a car lock it at all times and don't leave valuables inside. Management is fine. The Maintenence crew works fast and well. Accomadations are nice. Social atmosphere is great. Rent is mid-range for Provo.

Edit: I had an issue and was very frustrated and concerned due to a miscommunication….but MaryAnn resolved it fairly and efficiently and was wonderful to work with

Visited this apartment complex and was impressed by the fantastic amenities it offers. The hot tub and pool were a highlight. The management team was extremely helpful, making the overall visit a positive one. I highly recommend this place for those seeking a comfortable living environment with excellent facilities and attentive management.

The Branbury has been a phenomenal place to live, and the staff have always been so helpful anytime I had a concern or need. The property always seemed to be very well kept and any issues I saw seemed to be fixed promptly.

The Branbury is pretty cool! I have my own room so I'm rarely bothered, and it has a great view of the river. I also love how the maintenance team can come and fix things pretty quickly! The only think I hate is the parking, the spaces are really small and if you don't have the money for a reserved spot you have to spend 2-10 minutes looking for a parking spot your okay walking back to. Also they don't tell you until the 6th that your rent didn't go through.

It’s been a great experience so far! I’ve lived here for about 8 months now, and it’s a great place to live. The apartment is nice, my roommates are great, and the office staff is always ready and eager to help whenever you need them. Plus, applying and getting approved to live here was so simple and easy, it’s crazy. Whether you’re going to school and/working and you’re about college age, it’s worthwhile living here.
